1 Comerica Mobile Banking is available to Comerica Web Banking® customers. Balances and transaction details are only available for certain Comerica accounts. Bill payment can only be done with existing billers set up through Comerica Web Bill Pay®. Comerica will bear the responsibility for any late-payment related charges (up to $50) should a payment arrive after its due date, as long as your payment was scheduled in accordance with Comerica Web Banking Terms and Conditions. 3 Must be enrolled in Web Banking and Zelle®. A U.S. checking or savings account is required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes but can take up to three days. If a recipient is not enrolled with Zelle®, it could take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money once the enrollment is completed. Zelle® is to be used for payments between friends, family and businesses you know and trust. We do not recommend that you use Zelle® to send money to people you do not know. To send and receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience. Im being going through some embarrassing moments with this bank, specially when Im trying to use Zelle to pay for food & other items. I end up driving 30 minutes to the bank to take money out their atm ( which by the way has been down for the past 2 days) The app is no different. It always says "System is down, try again later". The problem here is that when my information is compromised i can't get hold of anyone. Sucks 0/10 stars! Bank is outdate!

4/30/24 no automatic app update, had to visit app store and manually update app. Then app forgets credentials and biometrics forcing a whole new signin. My other financial apps autoupdate and never forget biometrics.

Why does it say loading bulletin message for soooooo long can't sign into app have to go to website to do my banking? I thought the purpose of the app was to make banking easier. When issue gets fixed will rate higher.

Most recent update doesn't allow password manager to fill in password any longer. So you either need to use a less secure password that you can memorize or keep your password written down somewhere. Horrible "improvement"

You make it to hard to do anything use and I will never recommend it to anyone else PERIOD. I had to get a new phone. It's a government phone, and you refuse to acknowledge the number so now I think you just don't acknowledge it so you get the use of my money for a couple of weeks and I get screwed so that's why I will not use your service again or recommend it to anybody in fact everybody I talk to that might have it I'll tell them how you do things and they'll probably cancel theirs

The app always seems to be down or it doesn't recognize your username and password even though you know you're entering it correctly. Same goes with their ATMs, they're down as often as they're working.

Used to work good until recently. Now I can no longer log in using my Samsung pass fingerprint. I realize this may be for security, but it would be better if this was an option you could enable in settings. Now it's a pain trying to remember my unique password.

Mobile deposits broken again, 2nd update in a row.... Decent app, like the deposit function as it saves a trip to physical location. Only downside is the slow update cycle breaking app with beta versions of Android and lack of response to complaints.

Mobile deposits never work. No biometric login. Theses are a must have. About to close all my and families accounts and go to a bank that can work out these simple, very convienient features. Have tried mobile deposits on several different kinds of phones and they always fail. Have checks in very well lit area, with dark background. Check is very clearly legible on my screen, all parts of it, yet it fails no matter how many times I try. Business checks personal checks, all kinds, always fails.

This app worked fine for years then I upgraded to the galaxy s22 ultra and now it's not working. Can someone please update this? I get a message that there's a bug and it needs to clear my cache, but then nothing happens. Another update 3/6/23: constantly telling me that every keyboard i use will have an issue with me logging in. Then i have issues logging in and now im locked out of my account.

Old UI, needs a major revamp and also needs to make use of fingerprint senors, which almost all of our devices have now, for sign-in purposes. The iOS version of this app on my iPhone supports TouchID & FaceID, so why doesn't Android support fingerprints? The iOS version also runs flawlessly while this Android version is pitiful. And push notification alerts DON'T WORK! Really bad app and thinking of switching 100% to my credit union and just closing this account completely after 16yrs of mediocre service. Comerica is trapped in the past, while every other lending institution is leading the way into the future of banking.

The app has been the same for a number of years with the same features. I don't really have issues with the bank but their app has to be updated. They don't have biometric logins and a lot of times it takes a while before you are signed it. The selections on there aren't much and there's no option to change your debit pin. They need to change their app

it suddenly stopped working.it keeps saying to try again later, for like three weeks.. Update -- after 3 months of 'try again later' it suddenly started working again. When I originally reported the problem, they said they put on an update that required me to buy a newer phone. I pushed back hard against this and asked them to fix the update and let me know when it was working again. They didn't notify me, but it is working now. Still, three months is a long time to fix a bad update.

I have been banking with Comerica for a very long time and used to never have an issue with the mobile app. For the last 7 months I have not been able to access the app, it keeps telling me that an error has occurred to try again later. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, called customer service, and talked to my branch about it and no one has an answer as to why i cant access the app. This is incredibly frustrating. This needs to be fixed or im closing my account!

I like the new fingerprint feature for Android, but you made such a big deal about incorporating your new logo into the app, only for your graphic design team to do absolutely nothing with it beyond the login screen. If you were going for streamlined, you instead ended up with plain, dull, boring, unimaginative, and unfinished. The user interface and design of the previous app was MUCH better.

Compared to Bank of America's app the iconography and the font of Comerica Banks app makes it looks like it was an app for the iPhone 4 from 2010 just upscaled for modern devices and the UI elements are very inconsistent. It will always ask for my two security answers making it inconvenient. There's no biometric implementation and It looks like they are reusing the same assets as a cost saving measure. It's very slow and a poorly optimized mess. It needs to be rebuilt from the ground up!

Do not rely upon this App for anything important (like banking). If something fails in the background after you are done using the app, you will get a "pending" notification but will never get a subsequent notification that something failed on their end. This is especially problematic with deposits because of a "deposit pending" notification. If something fails after that, you will never know unless you constantly refresh for the next few days and happen to notice that the deposit never posts...

Used to be an okay app for general banking, mainly used for mobile check deposit since I don't live near any branches of the bank. For the past couple months, however, the app freezes when attempting to start a mobile deposit, resulting in force closing the app. Every time this is done you have to relogin, and after doing it a few times it locks the account (even web banking). This forces you to call customer service to get it unlocked. Very aggravating!

I've banked with Comerica for many years and have no issues with the banking experience. I must say when it comes to electronic interfaces though they lag behind EVERY other institution that I've dealt with. This app used to work and was tolerable, but bare bones. Now it doesn't work at all. It just closes instantly. Also, Comerica doesn't allow their cards to be loaded to Samsung Pay. They seem to be more Apple friendly as at least there you can use biometrics to log in... Not on Android

This app is extremely unreliable, which is obviously not a good thing when managing money on the go. For the last two months now, the app will fail to recognize your password, even if you type it perfectly. So you have to reset it at unpredictable times, which is a time consuming annoyance. Also, Zelle integration is terrible. Sometimes, the Zelle interface simply won't load. When it does, it fails to complete transactions each time, with no reason given. Comerica needs to do better.
