Love the idea.... but there should be a better pricing option for small companies. Having a minimum of 3 users required and charging for each is alot. $57 a month.... I would rather pay a flat fee per job. Especially because some construction work has months with no job sites.

Misleading with price, signup on phone hints at $34/month with fineprint stating its $34 per user and automatically 3 users minimum. During my free trial a rep reached out to me and I told him how I love the app and would end up signing up after my trial, he then got me signed up over the phone. It would be a better business practice to simply state pricing without trickery instead of layering pricing. Loved the product; will stay away from working with businesses with these annoying tactics.

Phenomenal App what else can one ask for I was always looking for a way to involve my clients without all the phone calls text emails and headaches. I can rest assure that as I'm doing my work and documenting everything my client knows who is working on their Airbnb, what there doing and whether it is active, in progress or completed, better yet as a I complete the project I can submit the work order, estimate or invoice. The home owner doesnt need asking me for images, they receive it instant

Company cam has revolutionized my Construction and roofing company. We are more organized and on top of all of our jobs more than ever. Highly recommend this app to anyone with any kind of business honestly!

Seems promising I wanted a simple method of segregating photos I take for my job, specifically IT.. network drops, backs of computers, serial numbers, etc... $20 a month is exorbitant for that task.

This is a great app for any business that needs to share information between different departments. Photos, documents, contracts, installation manuals, etc. can all be uploaded. You can type notes and draw on photos to convey additional information and customer expectations.

I'm a small 2 to 3 man home repair and renovation business. This is a great value for the time that even I saved on projects. There are several apps out there that do the things companycam does. companycam is all of those apps in one. it's a streamline for on site client management. send the client a link and they can follow along as you upload photos, updates, notes etc. time saver.

I use this app mainly for the before and after pictures, much easier than creating it on google photos app as company cam has the outline feature. Reason for 3 stars (will update once features are added) : 1. In camera mode, I need flash and 0.4x lens for every photo, however the app doesn't remember the lady setting and always defaults at flash off and 1x lens which is annoying. 2. Camera app doesn't allow taking a photo with my phones volume button like my native photo app. Less convenient

Doesn't work well on Pixel 7. Crashes 80% of the time when trying to launch the camera in the app. Seeing as I need to launch the camera tool about 10-20 times each appointment for construction inspections, I have given up on using it as designed and just take pictures on my primary phone app and then upload them as a second and more time consuming step. This makes it much more difficult when trying to talk with a coworker on the phone and upload pictures simultaneously.

I have a small painting business and the app is great, the problem I have is the cost not for me but if I were to add my employees to it. 20 bucks each is a little outrageous to pay per user. It would be awesome if you guys could have a plan for businesses to be able to add employees and not charge the 20 bucks per user. That's the main reason I use the free version now. Come out with plans like a 40 plan and gives you a total of 3 users a 60 for like 6 and so on!!!

I work in the landscape and big power washing jobs in South Florida. This app is designed to help keep pictures and work orders all in one place. It also lets you take notes on what the job is, addresses, numbers, etc. It kèps it all in the app so your phone isn't filled with work pictures. You can message on the app as well!!

I mean good app but the pricing is way out of line, customer service on the other hand I mean wow. I was concerned that if I wasn't paying for it I wouldn't have access to the stuff we put on there and the response I got was. "Lol. You can/will always have access to all your photos/videos and info. Even if you don't have a subscription. You can pause, start, stop at anytime. No contracts." Not worth it at all, 3 people is like $102 a MONTH! Then add that kind of customer service to it. Nope

Much better now. One of the worst camera apps ever. It always opens to the photo editor, takes forever to get to a take a picture. If you're a project manager you like drawing on your photos it's great. If you just need to take some pictures it sucks you need about three minutes to take a picture. one of the worst photo apps I've ever used I would not recommend this to anybody actually I tell people to avoid it

This app freezes a lot and crashes, every time I click ANYTHING in the app 15 seconds go by AND THEN it does what I want, sometime its even longer, then it continues to do that until im done with the app. It makes it EXTREMELY frustrating and hard to take pictures on site in a timely manner. I dunno what is wrong with your app but you need to get this issues resolved especially because we need it to get job recorded. Please fix your app and get better at software maintenance on it.

Buggie program and for the most part the serious bugs dont get fixed with each revision. The last revision presented a new pretty face with menu items moved to unfamiliar locations, but the same bugs. For instance, all to often when taking a picture, the is a substantial delay between hitting the shutter button and when the actual picture is taken. The delay can be substantial and if you move the phone too soon you get another blurry picture.

So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily download photos to those folders. In order to download images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.

Super glitchy. 9x out of 10 it takes 5 or more seconds to register that you've selected to save a new task within a to-do list. Other times you have to hit cancel instead, close the app, reopen and then edit the task. For an app to be worth it, the user friendliness needs to be top notch, this far it has not been. The features are good - when it works.

Can only open documents half the time, which is most of my job. It's constantly crashing. (EDIT!- Support was on top of it right away and helped me get a temporary solution to the problem I was having. Adding 1 star to my prior review for the excellent customer service but still not giving ot 5 stars until the bug causing tje issue is fixed.)On the plus side, it definitely makes organizing photos of each job very simple
