I have tried and rejected several compass apps. This one is easy to calibrate, accurate, and very easy to use. It has a ton of very helpful information that I wasn't expecting! Great app!

Thanks for this app. Ease of use. When you open others of the same design, they want you to enable them to control your pictures, then hit you with $10 dollars, and the list goes on. This is an honest service.

I am VERY directionally challenged. I only know where East is if I'm staring at the rising sun. Now I don't need to. I have this exceptionally wonderful compass. Easy to use. Stare at it 🧐 wonder...learn directionally different degrees. My Father was a Navy pilot. He knew with no compass where North was. I know there was pigeon in him somewhere. If I wrapped him in plastic, hung him upside down from a helicopter, his head would always point North. FOLLW DADS NOSE!

The digital compass app is currently off significantly (e.g. 45 deg in two locations in the woods; and about 22 deg off in the cul de sac where I live). A careful comparison with my hand-held compass in my yard, working with my topographic maps and well known reference sights shows about 10 degrees disagreement. The variance here in Nanaimo is 16° 09'. Not sure what is going on but the significant variability concerns me. I won't trust the readings and will continue to rely on my handheld.

A great app. It works wonderfully straight out of the box. There are ads in the free version, but these are not intrusive. Very clear and responsive graphics. An accurate compass.

This app is so handy. I love the simplicity, yet it gives so much information. Location coordinates are easily accessible, direction accurate, and the level an added bonus. And of course, I always know exactly which direction I'm headed!

Rating 1 star because this does not accurately show directional headings. I'm literally standing out in the middle of a field approximately 50 yards from a road and my tried and true compass that I've used in Scouting, and hunting shows my heading is 10⁰ North, an the app shows that my heading is 107⁰ East South East. All of the sensors show High. My GPS in Google Maps confirms this. Don't waste your time.

This app seems to be targeting a very old version of Android, so it looks outdated and doesn't use all available screen space of a bigger screen. A lot of blank/ad space at the top and bottom of the compass which is really distracting and feels wasted.

Very good simple app. Shows compass, level, location, altitude and more. I would pay for a version without ads, but I don't see how to. One problem is that after a few minutes, the whole screen gets taken over by Google Play, trying to get me to install a different compass app. I have to close the app and reopen it to continue.

Used it most recently for installing a TV antenna. Trying to pick up stations 74 miles away. Used a location TV station map to determine distance and compass direction. Pointed the antenna using the compas, went in and turned on the tv only to find it was dead on and I can receive 36 digital channels. I can't beat that. Great product with a very high degree of accuracy.

Excellent app!!! Very simple and clean design. Love the black colors against the white. Very accurate and I love how you can check the sensors and see all the sensors available that a phone would have in it. Almost forgot, it shows the magnetic field strength around the phones electromagnet sensor. Very thoughtful design. 🙏👍😊

Everyone should have at least one compass app on their phone for safety and this is that app. Not only works well but is easy to use even for the geo-challanged like myself. Highly recommend. Question for author: Is there a "premium" ad-free option for purchase? Not only would I like to get rid of the ads, but I would also like to support your hard work. Thank you.

This app , is really good, cause it tells you every angle there is, a complete 360 angles if you can see it that way And you can use it everywhere possible , for instance, use it , in the car or, hiking and on your bycicle , if you have one, even for short walk s , you can't go wrong with ,this app,if you understand it ? Which I do it s a great app ! It's very easy to read , iv known how to read a compass since I was a kid , I learned how to read a old fashioned compass

Seems to need calibrating often, but that's very easy & quick, and it tells you if calibration has been done. And for me, it always calibrates. Screen compass is dramatic looking (very nice), easy to read with lots of detail. You can read it degree by degree. I have *not* compared it with my traditional type non- digital backpacking compass, but this one acts very similarly. Like it a lot.

I have been having trouble with accuracy lately. It seems to be off by almost 90°, where North is where West used to be. The app suggests calibration, and shows it to be highly accurate in all aspects, except it's 90°off. It lacks a means of contacting the developer, so I suppose I'll have to contact my cell phone provider. I'm looking forward to this getting resolved, as the app has usually been balls on accurate. (it's an industry term! 😉)

I've been looking for a good compass app and i found it with this...it downloads smoothly, doesn't take up alot of space and it comes right up reading accurately as soon as you open it. I'm impressed and love this...it even has a built in level!! Thank you for this app, I recommend this for anyone wanting a quality compass with good features. ❤

As a compass, it's annoying. Within seconds of starting the app there was a video ad running with sound, and there is no way to turn these off. Other compasses offer a more pleasant experience, and work as well. It is most useful for its list of phone sensor information. But that information is available elsewhere. Its reading of how accurate the magnetometer is is not completely accurate, similar to Google Maps. Buy a $2 pocket compass at the store IRL, and avoid being slammed with ads!
