It is very poor. There is no contact method other than the chat bot, and the chat bot is not good.

Always showing sorry we can not open in this moment, When you go to website by google always asking for code and recovery for nothing. Take appointment by phone giving 2 weeks time for smallest problem.

I have uninstall n réinstallé this app si many Times and it keeps restarting my phone when I try to open it....it disent work with face recognition but the app is necessary.

The last update 10/12/2020 is not working. I updated the application. However whenver I try to open it, it asks me to update it .. I agree, but nothing to update .. click on open and the same problem comes again and again!!

i am using this app since a year now and it is really helpful in communicating with the Assurance Maladie and recently I made my new Carte Vital (after a loss) by using the App rather than sending picture and paper documents. Excellent service!

No way to respond to messages or to upload documents. I've asked twice by message how to do this and they have told me to submit a request, which I can't do because it's already submitted. They don't read their messages properly.

It's a great application but once you make a mistake with something on the app it doesn't even allows you to correct it , it just shuts down and tells you to contact them in the phone which we don't want to do all the time. I understand it's for security reasons but it's annoying sometimes that we can try to fix it for ourselves.

The application/App is very nice , well organized to read, understand with all the necessary features available, portable to extract information for personal used. I find it's useful to me daily. It help me to get updates information on my journey. I strongly recommend it for every one.

Getting kicked out of the app while trying to write a very important message to them and needing to restart it thrice. Chat bot hiding the send message and other functions behind talking to the AI is very unfriendly to less savvy users.
