If you're going to force people to use your 3rd party payment processor make sure you fix your app error when it attempts to redirect us there. Not a good look, especially when it involves payments.

They are taking so long to create my profile after i register on line it was better with phone call that the on line service you try to talk to an agent and is so hard to get to them.

this is the worse app ...you must enter all information every time you want to pat a bill...you should take notice and learn from spectrum app so efficient and easy to use

they always send me my money back after it says the bill is paid....the app is always loading one time I waited 40min and give up.....but definitely mostly mad about paying my bill and them sending me BACK MY MONEY def 1 star

This app is terrible. It keeps making me change my password everytime I log in. I give this app NO STARS! THOUGH GOOGLE FORCES YOU TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR SO YOU CAN POST A COMMENT. Even Playstore is riding. Why do you force people to give a star in order to post comment. This app is Terrible. I rather go online to my account then deal with this app that doesn't even work right.

I found Con Edison's app to be userfriendly and simple to navigate. Simplicity seems to be in the mind of the designer of the app, and it certainly paid off. I consider the app to be intuitive and well thoughtout. I enjoy the process of paying my bill, and get price shocked by my high energy bill in a simple to use way.

No nonsense, straightforward UI makes taking care of bills very easy. Plus I like the ease of tracking the usage in the household and I love the fact that they give you notifications about any outages and how factors can affect your usage. I prefer using the app over taking care of things the old-fashioned way. Keep up the great work !! 👍🏻

Very easy to use, good interface. Paying bills is a breeze. Supports multiple accounts for the same customer. Good job! Updated: Oct 25 update broke push notifications. User is receiving multiple the "bill is ready" and "thank you for your payment" notifications multiple times per day for many days long after the bill has been paid. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed.

The whole reason why I downloaded the app was to be able to send in meter readings quick and easy, but if you have an older meter it is NOT! Customers must manually enter the meter numbers instead of uploading a picture of the meter which ConEd allows one to do by email. Just allow customers the ability to upload a photo directly from the app. Not that hard folks...

Straight forward and simple to use. When paying with a bank account though, for some reason, after a day the app appears with a balance still due until it actually clears from your bank account. This is despite a confirmation E-mail having been sent for payment. This is misleading and I am aware it can take a few days to clear from my bank account, but the app should not show a balance due if a payment was made. Double paying is not fun. This is the only reason why im giving 4 stars.

For the most part the app works fine but not today.! Thirty (30) Minutes trying to log in on the app with multiple devices and even tried using browsers. Unistalled/Reinstalled 2x's and nada; then received notification to properly log out yet I never logged in. Eventually it started to function as a major monopoly company app and stopped the freezing hiccups like some low budget app.
