App and website don't let you login. When you type in your username and password it will always say something went wrong. Tried to re-register. Said it's already a registered account. Tried resetting password (even though I know it was correct) no emails sent to me. Tried calling support and nothing could be resolved.

Your App doesn't even let me retrieve my password or username, I tried to put my card #, but it's not letting me put my ssn or dob....🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨....update ! Don't you think I have done this ???...if I can put my account #, I can put the SSN ot the DOB...just a horrible App, I miss the Milesto e and Destiny ones...I never had troubles with them...

Decent but needs to have more features. Please add option to lock and unlock the card through the app. Biometrics wouldnt hurt.

Will not let me make a payment! App AND the site are crashing repeatedly and won't let me make my payment or even view my transactions. EDITED - was told to go to the site which I already stated wasn't working. Went again and was once again unable to make my payment.

The app was fast and easy to use except I couldn't use boimetrics. I'm guess from the survey they have biometrics but it didn't offer it to me so I had to look up the password to sign in which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. When I can use biomentrics I'll give it a 5 star.

Would give negative stars if I could, I've had issues with this app for months trying to manage my credit card, but despite having reset my password and username to try to fix the issue I cant even log in to check my balance or make payments.

I have 3 credit cards on this app and it is easy to move between them to check balance or make payment. Life is hard enough without paying my bills to be complicated. Thank you for this app it makes paying these cards so much easier!!

Worthless, unprofessional incompetent customer service. I have 2 credit cards with them and have to go to 2 separate places to pay on them. Inconvenient

Their payments are picking up when paid and none of the payment transactions are making sense so it mix matching payments from days ago and putting it paid daysss later so then current payment you can't see so now it's trying to seem like I haven't paid a darn thing and charging fees ..I'm going to close this account its making me feel like it's fraud then the agent telling me it going to take 14 days to show my balance payments..I didn't have this issue till it went to concora.. now saying-8 BS

Not used this app only the browser version so can't quite comment on the app itself but I have a Milestone card and everything was fine until I really screwed up and made two payments in one month cause that's the way my pay periods fell. And customer service is truly a sad joke. I had the problem fixed at one point but this last guy was a total idiot to the point he got himself confused and then tried to tell me that I couldn't record our conversation. Really? .. lol. Problem still exists. UGH

Frustrating. This company takes forever to withdraw and process your payments. But as soon as you make a payment it reflects it in your balance within a day or two making you think they processed everything when they didn't. Two weeks to wait for a payment to go through is just plain stupid.

The ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST! SINCE this company took over. My credit score has gone from 640 to 460. I sent in payment electronically. I had sent payment from wrong bank so I had to resend. You CANNOT SEND THEM AN EMAIL! not an option. So if this happens your screwed. I had the new payment sent properly fro. Right bank then the other payment i get a 44$ charge for bounced check. Only because i COULDNT CO TACT THEM TO CANCEL VIA EMAIL or over phone. Pif 923 bux they waited 3 weeks to pull $

Can not make a payment. I have never used my card since receiving it. I have tried numerous times to pay online and through the app with no avail. After multiple calls to Concora they finally stated my card is invalid. I have now submitted payment using another card and still no transaction has been made. My due date is today and I have been trying to pay this annual fee for 2 weeks. After reading reviews and seeing 197 pages of complaints on the BBB I believe this to be a fraudulent company.

I can not access the app or the website. Error message on both website and app states the information provider does not match our records. I will need to send a check or do the payment over the phone. I called earlier today that the use of the app had been suspended. Very frustrated!! Glad several times today.

One star is one too many. As soon as I pay it off, I'm going to close this card. For several months, I've authorized $40 payments each month. Concora processed my authorized payments, but also took an extra $50 unauthorized payment each month. They refused to reverse the fraudulent charges, added return check fees, and dinged my credit report. They refuse to fix any of it so now I have to deal with my bank and with three credit reporting agencies. Concora is not going to fix your credit.

So far, the experience with this card has been bad. I am aware that my current poor credit situation comes with certain challenges, but my conversation with the customer service representative was very unpleasant, rude, and off-putting. Additionally, if you make a payment with this company, you have to wait 14 days for the credit to become available, and they won't accommodate you if you need it sooner. There is an option to make a payment at Walmart for faster processing, but ease of access is

Notification settings are automatically blocked and cannot be changed. Every app out there allows notifications but this one doesn't. I can't set any alerts. Every card app out there allows settings for certain things like payment due, payment processed, when a card is used but this app it is all blocked in the settings and can't be adjusted. I've tried uninstalling, deleting data, as well as double checking the website with zero luck. Calling customer service is absolutely pointless.

First of all, this app is trash compared to ALL my other credit card apps. No biometrics, no saving a different password for a different card. No easy way to do anything. For a company that runs SEVERAL credit card brands, it's a bit insulting to think this was the best app my interest payments could buy. Even my lowest quality card has a fully functional and feature rich app. This app will help you pay your bill, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.

Okay app. It needs the option of selecting between accounts. Like I have milestone, indigo, and destiny accounts. But I have one card account on the app. The other two I have go to the website to make payments. Which is fine, I think I'd rather do that to save space on my devices. But either way it's kind of a pain to use if only card is able to be used by the app.

Overall, I do enjoy the app. My only complaint (and I'm pretty sure it isn't the developer at fault) is that I can't pay early at all whatsoever, and it counts as the monthly payment. In most other places, you can pay at least a few days early, and it counts. Synchrony allows a week early. It just kinda sucks as someone who gets paid monthly and likes to pay all bills at once and be done. I have a system that works it's just annoying as hell.
