app sucks! can't even get close to hitting on drops. it'll say my address is invalid & not accept my cards. even if I tried using a different address/card it still wouldn't work

Pathetic how many glitches an error you get when a new shoe drops. Kept saying my address was invalid even though I had alway purchased past shoes with that same address. Lost me so much time there. Do better developer team.

Terrible... Full of Bots, server issues, EVERYTHING...... if it's a big drop and a shoe that's got just a little bit of attention YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!!! I get why it's a horrible app but still why??? Adidas can't afford better servers? Workers? Systems? Smhhh guess it is CHECKS over stripes ✔️

Worst app. Always crashes and never able to get drops. I would have given it zero stars if possible. Can't even compare to the other brands. Horrible.

Just as glitchy as the usual Adidas app when it comes to purchases or entering draws. Constant errors, "invalid" addresses that have been repeatedly used successfully, "invalid" payments that have been used successfully. Really annoying, and of course it gets worse during high pressure drops when you REALLY NEED it to just work.

Horrible user experience. Constant address and payment errors. Address? Invalid. Payment? Invalid. Oops something went wrong. Nearly impossible to make it through these errors to actual buy something.

Worst shoe app ever. What's the point of a queue drop if you can't actually join. App Plagued with server issues and invalid address errors. Without yeezy I wouldn't even have this app. Once yall are done with yeezy, I'll be glad that I can Uninstall this app and never have to use it again. Good riddance to a trash app and company.

Error after error after error after error after error just to get to the final error, which makes you start the process all over again. Why have an app dedicated to your flop/(drop) days if your app can't handle them. You're a multi-billion dollar company, do better

I love all of the adidas products. This app especially allows you to purchase items that you see in videos I think that is awesome. I just wished I could find more products to purchase with my points to spend.

It's always errors and complications when you enter a drop. This app is so dumb. It requires you to select an address as if we move every time they drop something. Don't even waste your time on this app.

Terrible app, terrible customer service, you are better off buying your YEEZYS from a 3rd party seller. The last straw was getting an email saying my purchase was confirmed, and will arrive on said day. Said day came around and no emails, checked with customer support and Even though email said it was processed and they gave me a delivery date, 6 days later im told it was back ordered. They gave me a 30% coupon with a 60 day expiration that CANNOT be used on YEEZYs. A slap to the face.

Can't even get through the queue without 20 errors popping up. I cant enter my saved address without it being hung up, then get the "invalid" message. By the time I get through the fields of "errors" and "invalids" my size is sold out. Last time I am trying to buy 1 pair of slides for myself. Yet see resellers reign in multiple pairs. Deleting and done. Slides just aren't for me I guess. I'm not going to pay resell prices.

Exclusive drops just freeze, payment, and address have to be retried multiple times before being accepted. And if you happen to get the address and payment info in, just crashes submitting to have to start all over again. Luckily, no more yeezys, so you don't need to use this worthless app anymore.

One of the most buggy and irritating shopping apps I've ever used. Constant errors and back and forths inputting information to try and purchase anything, repeatedly inputting the same payment and address information hoping it would actually work. Very frustrating and time consuming. The items they sell are good, the app is very bad.

I'm a HUGE fan of the brand, actually its my favorite brand but not anymore! I've purchased shoes 👟 , clothes 👕, soccer ⚽️ and hockey 🏒 stuff. I've purchased items for my family and friends. I've spent thousands of dollars 💸 I'm very loyal and I'm an adiclub member I've reached the highest level a member can reach through multiple purchases and acquiring the points. I'm Level 4 member. Adidas is a ripoff, cheap quality and they rob! Scammers! Fake hype of products that are trash 🗑.

Tried to buy a yeezy slide from the new drop, couldn't select my address and when it finally let me select it, the app displayed a message saying that it was invalid. I tried buying other shoes and it worked perfectly for everything except for the drop. After 30min of trying it finally started working however when I tried to pay, it displayed a Spanish error message (on the Dutch app). Additionally to that the app is extremely slow. Do not recommend it even if you desperately want adidas merch.

Good in theory, poor execution. Entering a queue to be picked randomly is a much better idea than quickest to check out gets the win. However, sitting at a loading screen to see if you actually got in the queue for an hour is ridiculous. I'm not sure if it is actually still doing anything or if the request timed out and the app lacks the error handling to show that. Either way, I don't want to sit there at the screen for an hour before i can even enter the queue.

Haven't gotten anything in over a year and it takes forever to sign up for draws for anything that is popular. Just error messages, getting stuck loading, and having to retry. After maybe 100 tries the draw entry might go through for what seems like no chance of getting a pair. When I see people hitting, they always are getting everything that's available. Whatever system they use to choose winners is horrendous. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

You're rarely going to have a smooth experience with no errors. Sure, when shoes drop their is a fair amount of interest at times and you could not get the pair you're attempting to purchase, but this is more like they paid a high school kid to develop the app for them to save some money. Sometimes I can get my orders through, but every time I use the app there will be at the very least 1 errors. Most of the time I get frustrated and just give up and they loose sales this way. I can't be alone.

I can't be the only person in the world who would love a language option that isn't locked permanently to location. The inability to add a payment method unless purchasing an item is also such a step backwards. Look at your direct competition in SNKRS; they allow you to change the app language and also allow you to save multiple payment methods at any time. These quality of life issues only amplify the terrible experience when trying to enter a draw unsuccessfully.
