Don't conect, it just won't connect to pick camera, Bluetooth and wifi. I got it free with a Canon camera I bought, Well no wonder, it's useless junk. But made in Japan! How embarrassing 😳 Now wonder it was free, no one wants it or buy it.

This app does not work. There is really no use to it as I've been trying to connect this camera for hours to the app yet it will not pick up at all. Its such a shame there's no other way to use it. For a small camera, its quite expensive. For a "reputable" company, this is a terrible product.

Absolutely refuses to *use* BLUETOOTH . It seems successful in pairing, but then just seems to use BT to bootstrap a WiFi connection. This is NOT what was advertised with the Canon PICK camera.

Terrible app or camera. It just cannot connect to camera. They wanted you to spend over 500$ on camera, but you can't connect it to phone. Sadest think is that you must connect it to phone to set up. Horrible.. Stay away.

It works fine, however instructions should be clearer. I was able to connect via wifi, but the key is that the led above the on/off button should be green, and then by pressing the connection button, you should get a vibrating blue led above it. then you are set, and should connect via wifi to the camera with the given password

Need to use this to control the Canon Pick, however after many attempts it fails (at the last step) when trying to connect via two different Android phones - Samsung Galaxy A52 on android 12 and S21fe on 12 and now 13. The app has full permissions. The iPhone version works though.

Easy to use. Easy to set up. The directionally the app for the camera are great. My only disappointment is the app is very basic. It would be great if there were features to edit your photos and videos. Otherwise, the camera is great. The app only just works. If you don't like a lot of frills, this camera and app are for you.

Almost impossible to connect my $450 camera to a smartphone with this app. Constantly telling you "the camera is paired with another smartphone" or "could not pair with camera". And then it prompts you to reset the camera's communications settings, and then still doesn't connect, but then ALSO the camera stops taking pictures on it's own until you do manage to get It paired, which could be DAYS later.

Connects...sometimes, very random. Also if you want to switch between 2 devices it's an end users nightmare. Whole thing feels like it's still in alpha stage of testing, the potential was there but I doubt Canon will ever get this device functional as there is no $$$ incentive. It's almost like the intern team was tasked with designing a product and it got launched by mistake. Shameful product and software by Canon.

I can not begin to explain how utterly useless this app is, I have tried for three hours to pair my phone via bluetooth and via wifi. There are very few explanatory notes and the screen keeps getting stuff on ''Bluetooth pairing'' screen. I am about ready to throw the camera and my phone along with this ridiculous app in the bin. The frustration is just, arrrggggg.
