Absolutely love the concept of this game, but forced ads are after every level completion, before the next level, in the middle of game. Want to go back to the home screen. AD. Want to play the daily level. AD. It would have gotten 4 stars if the ads were the ones were you could skip after 5 seconds but you have to wait at least 15 seconds. I'm now deleting after 3 days because the amount & length of ads makes this game not enjoyable.

Love the game but you can't really get into the zone with it. There's a constant banner ad at the bottom, sometimes there's an ad first thing after opening the app, then there's an ad between each level (or stage if daily challenge), and you also have the mandatory "ad break" while you're working out the puzzle. You can't just get into a good session without interruption and there's no purchase option to go ad-free. And the hints are also not for purchase - you need to watch an ad each time.

Just started and on a low level. So far, so good. Going to keep playing! 💙💜 I've been playing now for a month or so. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. I'm getting tired of getting kicked off my game and when I get back to the game, the ads I watched for hints did no good. My hints disappear so I have to start over and watch more ads to get the hints back. FED UP!!!! Unstall? OH YES!! PS -my other games never kick me off while I'm playing. 👎👎👎

I'd give this game 5 stars if it weren't for all the "Ad Breaks". I understand free games come with ads. I can deal with ads.......between puzzles that is. This game has "Ad Breaks" during puzzles. During the 3rd level of the daily challenge, I've had 6 or more ad breaks. It is very annoying. The puzzles themselves are fun and challenging. But I guess the creators are more interested in the money from the ads than the players getting annoyed. I'll stick around a while, but not long.

the concept is great but the words and categories are questionable at times. in the last level I played there were negative words like outcast, tramp, vagabond, and idle (similar to lazy I'm assuming) that were categorized as "homeless". I uninstalled after that. As someone who was homeless for most of my childhood this was extremely offensive and awful to read. Im not sure if this was intentional or if an algorithm chose those words, but regardless it was poor game design. Do better.

It's a good game. The major problem I have is that the ads sometimes cause the game to stop and close the app on its own. Also, a lot of the levels have repeat categories and themes, which become boring once you've done them 10 times or more.

Has potential & was gonna give 3 stars; amount of ads made me choose otherwise. Banner ads started appearing upon finishing level 2, then upon level 3 completion starts a video ad that plays everytime you finish a level, & finally around level 5 a video ad that plays in every level midgame (ad breaks) begins showing up. Last thing I need is to lose my patience from disruptive ads when already using more brain power & focus for this time-consuming puzzle game.😓 Uninstalled after level 10.

Background sound fx or music? settings? just started so far so good 👍 ...............ok edit : I am really liking this game. Hehehe, the quiet actually helps focus. Which makes the ads 🤔 less annoying. Speaking of, I really love that there is unlimited hints with quick ad runs, and boom back in for another set. Holds your place pretty well. Amazing variables, subject,icon etc. Love how a combination gets you thinking, Yep, that works too. I highly recommend as an educational tool.

I like the game but the ads are too much. I mean, I get why they're needed but they're excessive. One plays before each level, several times in the middle of a level. You have to watch an ad (some that are 90 seconds) to get 1 hint. You should get a least 5 hints per ad just like you do when you need extra swaps. This app is ad crazy!!!

It's now placing two words in the same space in multiple locations, so I can't continue because it won't let me move the word underneath, and it won't match when items are matched. It also won't match in the rows where the word was supposed to drop to is now empty. Loved it until it suddenly stopped being playable. Clearing cash, restarting phone, etc do nothing to help. Edit: I was ultimately able to "restart" the levels this happened on to continue playing.

Ad Grab. BY the time you reach level 9, they're not giving you words that go together, so you have to watch an ad for a hint. 90 seconds. For me, the ad played, then black screen came up. Closed the app and re-opened, and what a surprise--no hint. Uninstalling. It's too bad; I liked the challenge, but that kind of stuff seems underhanded to me.

I love the game, but as it stands now, it's basically unplayable. Every time it decides to toss an ad in during the middle of a level, the ad never loads, the game freezes and has to be closed. Restarting the app, all the progress from before the ad is gone and requires starting the level fresh. Never put ads in the middle of a level. Games that do should be banned from the store.

It's an interesting and fairly challenging game. But I have 2 major issues with it. #1: Ads during the levels. I understand you need ads for the revenue they generate, but having the between levels and in the middle of the level is a bit overkill. #2: The color scheme. The beige on off-white is hard on the eyes and it gets hard to focus after a while. Is there a way the designers could make it to where you could change the background colors? Having more contrast would help a lot.

The game itself is simple, fun, and satisfying, but it has frequent intrusive ads that can't be removed as there is no paid version of the app. Sometimes they pop up in the middle of the game before you even finish the level, then it forces ANOTHER ad on you after the game. All of the ads rammed down my throat makes me want to just close the app.

The game is made well. Runs smoothly and makes sense. However... Finish a level? Watch an ad Want to switch to the main menu? Watch an ad. Need a hint? Watch an ad. Use your hint? Watch another ad. Taking your time solving a level? Take too long and endure an ad break mid game. It's just too much.

When it works, it's great. I'd pay to disable mandatory ads. It puts two words in the same slot, which means you have to restart the level to continue. They've supposedly been working on this since Feb according to other reviews. It's April and still happening. No way for me to send them screenshots.

The app is fun but I'm giving it one star for having ridiculous ads. It has ads that take over 4 clicks to exit and it has ads what open up a browser page with no warning. You don't have to watch too many of them but the quality of ads is terrible. I've never had an ad that opens in a browser and not in the app itself before I played this game.

just had to uninstall and reinstall. game keep crashing. just made level 93 woot! I love this game ❤️ I like the unique combinations and symbols for themes before the final sets. I also like the vertical sets at the end of the difficult levels 😁 unfortunately I have now lost all of my levels since I wasn't able to backup my game before it started crashing 🥲 please help?

I'm up in the 300s, number of unique puzzles. It's challenging and will expand vocabulary, as some combinations are of esoteric things like fancy pasta and varieties of cheese, food from around the world. The subjects are wide ranging, science, math, history, literature. I have only occasionally been lost enough to need more than three hints. Hints cost an ad each, and there are ads between levels and when you have been on for a while. It's not too much.

Edit: I've now played this through just over 100 levels. It's basically an ad delivery mechanism with a little bit of game play time. I enjoy the challenge and it's a nice change from the typical match 3 games that are all over. Very heavy on ads, I'm ok with ads between levels but the ones in the middle of play are just plain annoying.
