I use Connecteam not for its original propose, but since the system is highly customizable and due to the fact the service and support are very good and has a very good SLA, the app is just what we needed and wished for and the app is easy to use (we have some 70 yo users). The app and the web interface get frequent updates and we are very happy with the product and service.

As an employee, I had to often remind it that I did not want it to watch my loca when the app was not active. My employer must have set it that way, they weren't very smart. Not a bad app tho, it would log me out, which was helpful. But my employer only allowed 3 min to log in so I forgot a few times cause I was having convo w co-workers. The texting part was cool. Funny fact, my employer did want us on the wifi but I would have to get on it to clock-in due to their location (face-palm)

My employees really like to keep work stuff separate from home life. This app helps do just that no mass group texts. We had used CREW for 2 years but they got bought out by Square and we didn't like that app so we had to find something else. This was it!! Love it so far!

I run a small non profit organisation that has alot of moving parts, and manage a large team of volunteers that mostly do 1-2 days per week. Connect Team is the single biggest system to bring the team together, everyone knows what's going on and adds resources to everyone's fingertips. It's so easy to use that some of my team are in their 70's and can do it just fine. The Connect Team support is brilliant, they are always accessible when I need a hand. I recommend Connect Team to everyone.

I used to use Excel, whatsapp & other apps to organise 12 stores, was painful & too much time waste. with this app everything's easy now and looks professional in just one app. one thing if I could request.. please add "Darkmode" for this app or if I missed the setting let me know

The app works but they require to be able to track your location even when off the clock. It's a pervy move on their part and none of their business when clocked out. Find another app your employees will hate you for this one. Edit: your response of "when your off the clock your location is NEVER being shared" than why not make it a option to only be on when using the app? It has to be on all the time. You're app is most likely data harvesting all the time would be my guess.

I like the app don't get me wrong. It just takes wayyyy too long to load any media - photos, videos, etc. Other than that, the app itself is really good. Easy to read new posts, the layout is user-friendly, and everything is perfectly placed right where it should be. Just the loading times for photos and videos. Happy to change my review if there's a solution to this. My internet is fine, btw. (Samsung S21 Ultra for reference)

Definitely not the best of experiences. since the updates have occurred every time I upload photos what tends to happen is the photos come up as black with no picture my 2nd issue is daily activity reports or Internet reports that are created if you back out of the app your last entry is completely gone even though you still are not done with your report. Having major issues loading opening app and messages.

Connecteam is genuinely extremely impressive, and has really streamlined day to day tasks, its not an exaggeration to say this app has been game changing for not only my company but myself as director. It is literally saving me so much stress. The forms are amazing, no more forgotten monthly checklists, no more drowning in procedure paperwork. To top it off, best customer service I have experienced in 20yrs! Genuinely wholeheartedly recommend this product and the company. Thank you.

We absolutely love this app, although there are a few things that could be added for ease of use for admins. I can't wait until admins get full access to the dashboard so there is no need to use a web browser. There has been a few kinks, but communicating with Reps is super easy and they are great at following up. Definitely recommend this app for businesses that work out in the field and want to keep track of employee hours without having to use a physical time clock!

Downloaded this app for my small business. It has issues with messaging. Luckily, some of the other features make up for it, but I would like to see them resolve the issue of severe lagging and freezing while trying to type a message in chat. When I reached out to customer support, they danced around getting to the point, then just said it's because of my Andriod & it works better with iPhone. I have the newest Galaxy S22 so there shouldn't be any issues. Very frustrating & hinders productivity

06/30/2022 Went to bed thinking I could sleep in! Woke up scheduled to work. When it was not the case. Any advice how to get the app to reset? 10/10/2022 Asked to edit my review. I didn't get a response the last time! My app has been. On loading mode for the past day and half. Now I've deleted the app and download it again. This is so annoying...not know when I work. Not a fan of Connecteam!

Needs a quality of life update. There is no quick clear all button in the "My availability" section. So if you have a rapid change, you must manually delete every day you set previously. Adding the shifts scheduled so they appear in the "My availabilty" section can also help people work with their hours quicker without flipping between multiple tabs. The devs respond quick to feedback.

Good when things work correctly. The only way to add to you androids google calendar is via email. Everytime I select the add to calendar in email it tries to open a page not available on aws ref webcal:// that can't open in chrome. My guess is it's the calendar not opening the link or unsupported ics file/ incorrect address. Ive been trying to figure out on two phones for months. If it's not your apps fault let me know and maybe a work around. It's a 5 star result.

I was very surprised at how well this app was put together! The features were all nicely put into an easy-to-find place. The clear understanding of the cleaning specs, options for requesting time off/shift edit requests, chatroom options, and required site informational training are also available. The best part!? IT'S ALL IN ONE PLACE!! The Connecteam app developers have really outdid themselves & set a very high bar for everyone else!! T Sheets better step up their game! Way to go, Connecteam!

There is nothing out there with such complete features. Bugs sometimes but nothing that affects funtionality. Price is high when you want all features but thats the way they structure, but it is what i need so i pay for it. Downtime very little but sometimes, still there are no other options out there for my company. Great app on phones and desktop. Loaded with many things i still want to try, if it where more price friendly with several hubs it would be 5 stars.

Amazing App but can't edit to-do list once created. Every time I do it crashes. I can't add, edit, remove sub-tasks, I can't change or extend time. The work around is having to duplicate the task. Then make changes. (The Amazing developer already had these bugs in it's spotlight and was working hard on a fix long before I wrote this which I love! Thank you guys. You are phenomenal fixing a common problem for your clients so quickly!)

I've been using the app for my company for a few years, and it worked fine for a bit, but now it has constant issues. My team has reached out to customer service multiple times, and issues never get resolved. Shifts get deleted, hours change, shifts get double booked. Customer service is incompetent. I'd look elsewhere for a scheduling app. There are too many bugs/issues.

Very clunky app that's required by my employer for scheduling shifts. The UI is circa 2008; the notifications require opening the app to figure out if a shift is changed, added, or cancelled. It does not have the option to export my work schedule to another calendar (e.g., Google calendar) so my spouse can see my work schedule. I have to manually transfer all this information whenever my schedule is posted or something changes.

Update: Connectteams reached out and said that it isn't their fault and that its set up differently place by place. It needs to use your exact location to clock in, I have all of my internal location tracking turned off on my device and use a VPN. The headache that is having to change every setting on my device temporarily every time I need to click in is outstanding
