App crashes and forces me to change password way too often. Can't even remember the passwords at this point. After 3 reinstalls, finally for the app to open. Couldn't remember the password that I've been forced to change 1000000 times and cant change it because "the input cannot be authenticated". This app isn't complicated. Makes no sense as to why it can't function.

I gave one star, when first used it, was great, no problems, now after months of having it, few times of having to change the password, tells me I need to change the password again! I did change the password, several times, 2 days ago, It was saved, and kept getting same message past week!! Tried logging in with the saved password, it gave me 2 times today, it wouldnt give any more chances! The error was saying I didn't have any more chances, and locked my acct. No one to fix and unlock? Waste!

betting pool for how quickly this app get hacked? alarmed when I saw only accept password btwn 8 & 12 characters. password generators generate stronger passwords for a reason. Can't use an automatically generated password & It was not let me shorten it and move forward. no way to see what you've entered to see if typo or something. Took me about 30 minutes to finally get through it all. Couple times nothing I did but let me move forward. Do not feel my personal information is secure at all.

IT ONLY WORKS ONCE!!! I think this is the most poorly designed app I've ever had the displeasure to use. In order to login, I have to uninstall, reinstall, and go through the signup process all over again, every single time, or it doesn't let me login. The State of Oklahoma should be ashamed of itself for having anything to do with this completely useless non-functional app, and whoever designed it, needs to find a completely different career. EDIT: It STILL doesn't work!

This was a great app. I could login and check my balance anywhere, and didnt have to worry if I missed hearing it because its loud in my house or at the store. I loved how simple and quick it was getting in this app and then on with my day. Now I cant even get logged in, it keeps giving me a Sever Error message everytime I try. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone. Nothing has worked. I even tried finding a new app, but nothing has worked as well as this did. Its very frustrating.

This app used to work but now every time I try to log in I get a sever error message. I've tried uninstalling and re installing the app, tried resetting the network settings on my phone and restarting my phone. Nothing worms to fix the issue and there's no where to go to report the problem so kind of feeling like it's a lost cause at this point. It was good while it lasted. UPDATE. Here we are mid August 2022 and the app STILL isn't working and says server error. Please fix your app!

It was wonderful for about a year. Then something kept saying User ID or password wrong. I changed password (several times) after verifying user ID. Still get the same message that User ID or password is wrong (Yes, I have it set to the correct state). Unable to find a fix, getting ready to uninstall. I even Uninstaller and reinstalled, didn't work. Tried to create a new account but it said I already have one. Very frustrating.

App has not been working for months. Go to log in, and you enter user name and password, and hit login, the screen flashes like it's logging you in, but then just goes back to log in page. Been going on since 7/2020. Not sure what the issue is but it would be nice if you can get it fixed so I can use the app to check my balance instead of calling the 1-800# on the back. If it's not fixed soon I'll just uninstall the app. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Your app is very frustrating. I have been trying to check my ebt balance for the past month using it, and it keeps coming back there was an error when decrypting the data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app seeing if that would help and has not. I have been waiting for an update for it and have not seen one. Please fix your app soon! If i had the option to leave 0 stars for your app right now i would. I have tried being patient about this.

EDIT... Still does not work. No notices on how long it will be down. Completely ignored by all involved Used to be great, now it is broken. If I could give a negative score, I would. I loved that I no longer had to call the hotline, and this app gave a bit more info. Has not worked for almost two weeks. Feel like somewhere a bait and switch happened. Why offer an app, if it is going to crash and then not give any updates on when it will be fixed?

The app and the website are worthless. It's apparently too technical -- not user friendly. All of a sudden, I'm asked a security question I don't remember answering. There's always a snag trying to access the site. 2 months ago, the error message was I had to change my password but it couldn't be the same as the last 13 passwords I used. No one remembers all the passwords you tech people force us to create. EBT balance doesn't need top security. We have PINs to purchase.

I like this app! It's more convenient then having to call the number to get your balance everytime you need to check it .. and it shows every transaction used on your card with the date, place and time. And theirs an option to lock your card so it can't be used anywhere (if needed) .. just wish it was nicer/more upgraded but This app has always worked good for me

the fact you must change your password every few months for no good security reason (the bank never requires it unless you've been compromised) makes it not practical since eventually you will get to the point you can't remember which one it is. it's better to program your phone to auto enter touch tones. it might seem great, but the password confusion will caught up in a few month. Not worth it.

This app used to work, but we haven't been able to log in for at least the past month. Tried it on two different phones in several different locations. The circle spins for a couple of minutes and then we get a server error. We even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue. Pretty worthless if you can't log in. Don't know where to get support or submit a report about the problem.

Worked great at 1st, but now about a month in Every time I go to log on, it says "Password expired" I have to retype the password twice every time before it lets me in after saying "password successfully changed" even though I never actually changed it. Seems to be a glitch in the programming. It is annoying and very inconvenient, but not enough to make me stop using the app altogether.

The app worked great at first, but in less than a month it stopped working and now won't let me log in. It keeps giving me a message of, "There is an error when decrypting the data". I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I think the error is on the end of the programmers and won't be able to be fixed until they look at it.

They require password changes entirely too often. I never know what my password is. A lot of time the app just randomly won't log you in, and has to sometimes be un-installed and re-installed, which is terribly inconvenient when you're in line at the grocery store and need to check your balance. Worst app ever. 90% of the time I just call the 800 number on my card for my balance and transaction info.
