If you’re a customer of the first TAG Heuer Connected, you may notice that our partners’ themed watch faces (Golfshot, ViewRanger, RaceChrono, Formula E etc) are no longer available. You’ll soon receive a major Wear OS update, which will open up a whole new collection of watch faces. As well as some new themes from our exclusive partnerships, you’ll also have access to a new interactive theme – a classic TAG Heuer watch face that you can transform with live data from your favourite applications. Or for a truly custom design, you will be able to create your own watch face through the TAG Heuer Studio.

Modular 45 needs an update! I don't understand why this expensive of a watch has become abandonware. The new 2020+ models are getting all the updates while my "swisss made" timepiece has seemingly been abandoned.

I really dislike the fact that all of the new "2020" watchfaces are not working whilst a lot of existing faces are gone. Furthermore Android studio is no longer functional. Very disappointing.

Just updated, many thanks for fixing the problem with my Connected 41. Just updated the app and now I cannot connect my connected 41, worked perfect before this update, it keeps saying I have to use wear

Dislike the fact that now I cant put a custom background on my watch any more. Had a picture on my watch face for years and now i'm unable to have it back on there as an option.

False advertisement, one of the reasons I bought this watch and download the app was the custom image background. This has been scrapped, watch face's used to sell the watch and app have been removed.

Love the watch and the app except for there is no way to turn off the ambient mode on the watch face. I don't want that face to show.

I have the original Connected watch. Can only sync watch faces from Google Wear OS. Unable to sync watch faces from this app even though app recognizes my watches serial number, built number.

So very disappointed with Tag, if this is the best they can do they need to fire everyone on this project and start over. The customization for this watch is abysmal. Save your money you are basically just paying for the logo on the watch.. Their software sucks

still cant use it as a remote shutter, like you can with EVERY other WearOS device. google camera works with all others but this. you would think the most expensive smart watch, besides the Hublot, would support it....

Doesnt work. Heuer 1 custom design from studio is stuck on "Sending design to watch". Ive tried restarting both phone and watch. no luck. EDIT: Updating the app watch worked. Thank you!

Redid as instructed. Still says cannot find watch while the wear is app says connected via bluetooth. Can you say suck and blow. App remains useless. Useless app. Tells me to open Wear OS to pair, which I did and it is, then nothing. Just stalls. Don't waste your time. Uninstalling now.

For the last few months my watch refuses to update the date on its own. The only fix I've found is to change the watch face literally every day. Factory reset does nothing to fix

Tag heuer is worse than apple, when you buy it you have to know that you won't control the watch at all. It will be rusty before the end of the warranty, but it's because of your skin.... If you dont want to update the app, you won't be able to use your watch anymore, tks to marketing, never trust big industry!!! When you buy that kind of watch you except more than just be a milky cow...

This is terrible. says I cannot ise the app until I've updated the watch software, but the watch software is up to date. I've verified multilme times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset the phone, restarted my phone. nothing!!

My Modular 45 was working absolutely find untill the last update March 19. Now it's not connecting to the app. Every time it keeps looking for the watch and suggesting to update the connected App in the watch which is having system upto date. Make it work and make my watch usable. Can't throw away 1800$ watch just like that. Sorry fellas.

The phone and the app will not connect. Ver 2.8.0 on phone, 2.7.0 on watch. Watch cannot find phone, phone Bluetooth cannot find watch. Uninstalled, reinstalled NOTHING works. I emailed the support email listed here it came back undeliverable. Looks like I have a $3000 paperweight. FRUSTRATED! WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS INACTIVE?

Love the app and the watch. Could you build in the functionality to change the time between bright mode and dim. They are lovely watch faces but they go off within seconds. Up to two minutes in 20 intervals would be perfect.

Updating my review now that they have 2020 watch face updates. However they do not install at all on my watch for some reason. All the others work except for the newones. I still really wish there were some updates to include more like the Tourbillon, Autavia, Monaco, Aquaracer and Formula 1 faces for example. The most recent Orbital watch face is so far from what I would want as a TAG owner. Save that for Apple watch fans!

Very basic app. Tag should also add password protect ( BOOT PASSWORD FOR THEFT MISUSE) only after reboot. Every time it asks for password if i keep password on which is frustrating. Always on provide dim effect after few seconds and not the actual display screen. Hope to see improvements in future updates.

The update has now made it where if I go to the studio and try and make my own watch face it will not let me. It takes the watch face to a simple mode which is just a digital readout of the time near the top of the face with a solid black background. If I reset the watch and do not do the update, the studio works great. Very disappointed for such an expensive watch and the operating software makes features worthless. Update to response, I go to the site mentioned and have no way to contact customer care????
