Why is this app even still on here?? It hasn't worked in over a year!

was really good, then I got a connection error and now I cant read messages or send messages but still get the notifications and when I tried logging out and then back it it has now stopped me logging in. I've lost all my messages and contact with some really nice people who were becoming friends on here... and when I tried to give feedback about it in the app it wont even work because of the "connection error"... my internet is working fine.

I've been using this for 20hrs and after that it doesn't send messages anymore. It says Connection Error so i tried to uninstall it and install it again but when i tried to login it says Connection Error again. I tried it so many times but it's not working. I tried to restart our wifi router but it didn't work too. Please help i really like the app.

I don't know what happened to this app, but now there's just the same people showing up. There's not even enough people to fill up the area where you find accounts, and because of this, I can never talk with my friends ever again. Her account doesn't show up when I search for it, and I've tried everything, even doing a damn factory reset. Just because of this, if I could, I would rate it under 1 star, not even deserving a tenth of a star. This app was the absolute best. It's the worst now.

Great app for meeting people from different countries and friend them.. But the PROBLEM that after using it for a while, then an annoying message appear (CONNECTION ERROR) can't you see messages, or even send. Also after reinstalling the app, and try to login, or even make a new account, it still shows that thing.. That's really annoying and bad.. Joel you fix it..

# Can't save photos nor clips. # Can't listen to old voice notes nor can be saved. #Can't get notified about new massages some time. #Sending texts through some one's stories doesn't work most of the time. #Just got banned for no clue or good reason and the help center of this app is pointless plus you can't connect with them (which is ironic). So sad cuz this app have so much potential.

My account has been forced on shuffle every time I take it off shuffle and leave the menu or the app to return. I got a report in the first 30 seconds of making my account whilst I was still editing it and when I left the app and went back into it my bio, posts and tags have been removed without a single message from the app after I justified the effects of the report. I was planning on deactivating my account but it's lovely to know every time I try I get greeted with "incorrect password".

Most of the profiles are offline!! Poor customer service Some ladies profile picture are taken from elsewhere, impersonation! They want you to send them money or nude photos to blackmail! This app need photo verification system

terrible, at a certain point, people stop receiving the message that I write for some reason (not block, cuz ALL people not receive the messages), but to me appears to be sent. For all that I know for now, other people will see the classic animation that im writing the message but they will not receive it for ever, seems like I'm 'stuck' not be able to deliver the message to the one im writing. wrote this bug HUNDRED times so support but is the worst that I've ever seen, ignoring all emails.

The app has a lot of technical issues, such as delays in sending notifications, videos in chat, sometimes photos. I changed my phone from IOS to Android, and I tried to send a video that been taken by my IPhone, but the app refused to send it, and turned it to a link instead of watchable video. It needs more enhancement and updates to fix it. Another new issue is I can't type/comment on my stories. I can just hand writing!!

It's great but Connection Errors happens way to often. My Wi-Fi seems to be working properly and when I check other apps as well it seems to be working properly so I'm not so sure anymore. It's also inconvenient that we can easily leave a call from one accidental click. Having a "Are you sure" question or making the call possible on the background would be great but other than those the app is great.

April 2024 don't bother about this app 1. Keeps saying connection error. 2. Can't register cos saying connection error 3. Can't chat anon cos of 1 and 2. 4. Epic fail... I'd rate it minus 100 cos it's no use putting something on playstore if it "doesn't work"

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using this app. It has consistently failed to meet the basic expectations, from frequent crashes to poor customer service. Despite multiple attempts to seek help, my issues remain unresolved. This experience has left me feeling disregarded as a customer. I strongly urge the team to address these critical issues promptly. Improving reliability and customer support should be a top priority to regain trust from users

Randomly doesn't allow to text anyone and says no connection while everything else works fine in the app. Please fix it, it's really annoying when I randomly can't text anyone but I still receive messages normally. It doesn't make any sense.

I just shared my cat in the story and my account was blocked. This happens twice this month. Thats why i cant appeal again. Accounts should not be blocked due to fake reports. Moreover, I purchased a membership. My account was blocked a few hours after receiving it.

I've signialed a lot of people with accounts that didn't make sense, that their photo was inappropriate or their messages were inappropriate... ok, everything looks good there... but on sight someone signialed me saying that my account was inapropriate but I've never placed photos of me bare chest or whatever ? I always have a hoodie on me, but i get a warning? Like whats going on? And also.. this thing saying connection error?? Like help?

This app is getting worst. I cannot send messages anymore. I’ve waited for hours expecting it would be fixed but, until now it still says “connection error”. This is the second time that I’ve encountered this issue and it’s so annoying. I hope that this issue will be resolved as soon as possible because we costumers really need your assistance. Thank you!

Why did you change everything to worse...!!!! What are you trying to do here. It is getting really boring in your app. The program stuck a lot. Maybe you don’t have proper back end setup or infrastructure to run it. I used to send a lot of messages. Now it get stuck after like 7 or 10 messages. People just report each other for no reasons and you lose your account for no valid reason.

Pros: Easy to use. Simple interface, fast, clean UI. Cons: Matches with 6 or 7 people, and doesn't seem to refresh often, shuffling only swaps out maybe 1 person at a time, every 10 shuffles. No way of targeting who you want or any criteria, and not enough users. Not really anonymous either, everyone sees what you put on your profile, so it's as anonymous as a blank Facebook profile. You CAN do it, but if you do, no one responds. TONS of pay for function options, and they are NOT cheap.
