I don't expect full replication of functions on the app, but I do expect to be able to copy an old email campaign, make some simple changes and resend it under a new name. If that function exists, it is not found easily or intuitively.

No use at all. You have to go back to desktop for everything! You can't view or edit campaign. You can't check registration details. The mobile version of the website is worst, can't display properly, can't click or check in any campaign..not clickable at all. Very poor interface and experience!

The ap works well for adding contacts and for checking my open rate after sending an email. It does NOT interface with the website when it comes to writing emails. Campaigns started on the website cannot be edited/finished in the ap and campaigns started in the ap cannot be edited/finished on the website. And the website interfaces horribly on a mobile device. Thinking of checking out other email services because of this.

UPDATE. These people are crooks. Think twice about paying for their services because if you ever want to cancel, you have to go through hoops and red tape. When you are successful, they delay cancelling your account and won't refund the money. This is unfair business practice 101. Could be good but the app doesn't sync properly with the website. My campaigns aren't showing in the app nor their status. I reached out to the developer, but I got an erroneous response.

I Purchased the pro version through Wix in which they have Partnered with. NOTHING WORKS AT ALL. When I contacted constant contact specifically to get help with customization of landing page prompt. They basically told me I paid for the Trash version. My Only concern is being lied to. As a customer I'm not responsible for who wix decides to partner with so ANYTHING Specified as what I'm paying for should be provided period including proper customer service.

Not very helpful. If you still have to do most important things on the website then the app really serves no purpose... Perhaps it would be better to fix the bugs and interface errors on the desktop version instead of trying to keep up with the Joneses by releasing an app that can't do what it needs to do

Appears to be an excellent company. Certainly the person or company I heard from and received a link to them is someone I would trust with all I own and know it would possibly be in better hands than it would had I just kept it to myself! I created an account without even looking to see what exactly it was all about. But if you ARE just starting out?? At £10 a month starte?? It's a NO BRAINER!! FOR ME.

Mobile web interface on the Constant Contact site is completely (intentionally?) dysfunctional, so you have to download their app. For your trouble, the app fails to properly display images in campaigns and has a choppy interface that makes it difficult to see response and click rates. Very poor.

I used the app to edit on the fly; however app crashs upon login now. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing.

Great to supplement desktop version. So far I have just used the app to upload photos to my Library and send a Campaign that I forgot to schedule before leaving the office. I can't see trying to use it for all functions, that would be kind of difficult (and silly!) but it's great to use in conjuntion with the desktop program.

When you go for refund its an absolute joke. You have to call them. Can not do it online. If you are calling from outside US, expect more than 40 minutes call waiting time. An absolute joke. I had to call multiple times and imagine being charged more than your monthly fee for the call to stop your subscription. If I had to describe my experience in one word: PATHETIC. As for the services, AVERAGE. I now have started using mail chimp. Way more features and way way more convenient.

Overall the app is decent, but it doesn't include Events, which was the primary reason I wanted the app. I wanted to be able to manage or view the list of registrants for my events from my phone. Also, on the Emails page, it's a pain in the butt to have to swipe through dozens of emails to find the one you want. A "list" view, and the ability to search, would be a welcome feature.

REALLY bare bones UI... I don't use it much for creating campaigns but reading the reports and editing individual subscriber bios. It shows Lists, but not Tags?? I can understand list Segments are more dynamic and conditional but I have Tags I would like to update.

Customer support contacted me and resolved the issues related to my original post: Crashed not once but three times while trying to write an email campaign.. and it didn't save so I had to do it three times. Not to mention that you can't use templates you created online. It's so bad I'm considering a different service. I deserve a free month due to frustration.

Horrible experience here. Installed it to make a quick edit to one of our emails. Not only is the app sluggish and wouldn't load the emails, I'm reading in reviews I couldn't edit anyway. What on earth is the point of this app if it can't mirror the functionality of the website. I'm uninstalling. Very disappointed.

Very useful. I use it every week. However, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the mobile version used to have an "engagement" tab. This would show when people would open the emails, and how many times. That has been gone for a couple months now. Hopefully they decide to add that feature back, because it was extremely helpful

much improved! convenient! IN past I was not able to edit campaigns created on desktop, which left me wondering about the apps usefulness. Somehow now I am able to both create and edit campaigns, in the app, very helpful for last minute changes or community notifications needing urgent attention. Grateful to have this as a support for the web application

Since I wasn't clear on my last review, I put a little bit more detail in this one. So I downloaded the app. And my main objective was to be able to resend campaigns, and check on my list to see if it's growing. None of which the app was able to do. It does not refresh with my latest campaign and it does not allow me to access my contacts. It appears the app is to be frozen, almost in a buffering type state. I hear MailChimp doesn't have these issues.

I prefer to use on my phone or iPad. The functionality is different on each device. When I copy a campaign on my phone it easier to edit the text versus the computer. On the computer it doesn't except the edits for me. I begin on my computer and switch to the app to make the edits. It could be user error (lol) but I adjust and switch between the two devices.

The reports are useless. They don't accurately list the opens and clicks etc. They will omit people who have opened up the email. For example, I open my email yet my name sometimes is listed and other times it isn't and the times it is listed, it might be listed several times. Very frustrated with this app. The desktop version reports are better but they have issues too. Thinking of going back to Mailchimp.
