I've had Control since 2012 i think and it has ALWAYS been a great experience! I have even got 4 people to love Control and the Control app! Much love!

I don't like the new update. It won't let me transfer money to and from my saving it just keeps loading and not doing anything else.

Unable to use my fingerprint login even though I have it set up to login that way and I have to keep hitting the remember me button and have to keep hitting the button that allows me to set up fingerprint login every time I want to log in with my fingerprint

The app is very user friendly but the company its self is a shame! False advertising, hard to contact a peron & when you do they cant or wont help.

I have been with control card for 10 years now never had issues before up until November of 2021 all of a sudden They have allowed charges on my account and when you dispute them they tell you it has to be in pending status to be able to dispute them when before they tell me it has to be out of pending status to dispute them.... And in 2022 it has gotten even worse they are allowing people to charge your account refund the charge and then charge it again so they're saying and gives you a lower b

I only have problems with the app. Can log on and when customer service resets password it doesnt send me a email with a temporary PwC so I cant use the app.

The app was perfectly fine until they changed the whole format. The navigation and visuals are absolutely terrible.

Great app and service when it's actually working corectly... worked for the first two times then wouldn't and now i cant access the mobile check load and called customer service twice and still cant get the issue resolved...

They have a lot of problem's with that card I only want to borrow $1,000 But all insiston more but when I opened the account they got my email wrong I thought I fixed it and I could have this lender put a e-check but when I tried repeating it several times I gave up I don't need new problems now

If i could give no star i would.I could never get the app working and when i called customer service to activate my card after several attempts online they asked me to send in all kinds of verification before they will activate my card even though all the information matched what i typed in on the application she said it was wrong.customer service was no help at all and rude.I will close the account and cut the card up.had i known it was another netspend company i would've never gotten it anyway

Used to love this app. But lately it has been freezing up. I have installed and uninstalled countless times and there is still no change.

Trying to sign up but it's saying that my home address (20+ years) isn't a valid address!!! Tried calling the 800 number has no option to speak to a human being!!! I've been waiting for 2 days no for a reply to my email!!! B.S to say the least! I got a response and a phone call when I wasn't home. Returned the call the next day and the day after that! STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK OR AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO GET MY UNIT GW PUT THROUGH!!! None of my other credit and debit cards have a problem

There wasn't a issue taking all my personal information when I applied for this card but in order to activate it I have to go through a life history. I have been using netspend for years and never had a issue until I tried to activate the control card. I have also sent in all required documents and you still have my account locked. CRAZY

I've been with control since 2007, I've had a few card's with control/NetSpend never had any issues until I started working a place that pays decently, yet I can't seem to get my funds on my card until late Wednesday night when before I was getting paid at noon..... Not thrilled about it , and have actually started you too looking for another get paid 2 days to pay day apps.

Horrible.... so I submit an application like you're supposed to. Get approved get my card and everything. To turn around and get locked out my account. Verify my identity. That's fine so I send all the documents needed for them to turn around and say they can't reopen my account....smh soooo furious because I had already submitted my direct deposit to my job. Will never recommend control!

I've been enjoying this app until today. I went to get the balance on my card & found out that it was not showing my available balance. I know my check had been deposited cause I was able to buy something off of it through the web. The app keeps telling me that I'm in the negative, which is not true. I need for this to be taken care of. This is a big inconvenience

The service is good I've had them since they came out some years ago but now having problems with the app. When I'm Uploading my check to be cashed the app just freezes and closes itself out after I snap first pic of check and the check cashing fee want up tremendously sadly... What happened to my control card it use to be perfect for me not anymore 😢

Fees are stupid and outrageous. Especially when I can get a better card with no monthly fees, haven't had any problems at all whatsoever with, easy app to personalize different things and show you all the benefits, all kinds of perks, plus they have cash back when you use your card. Yeah I will not use this card ever again once I get my money off of it in just a minute. Horrible customer service to by the way. I'm sticking with my other 2 online banking who actually look out 4 their customers
