Cooklist introduces an entirely new way to think about your relationship with cooking and grocery shopping. It connects to your grocery store loyalty cards and automatically downloads all of your food purchases into a digital pantry. Over 1 million cooking recipes are then matched to the groceries you have in your fridge and pantry and filtered to show you a feed of recipes you can cook with the food you already have.

Really good inventory app! I love that I can link it to my Walmart shopping and it automatically adds everything to my pantry. The only downside is not being able to count items in percentages over ONE. So if you have a whole bag and another HALF bag of say, pizza rolls, you have to input TWO. But once you get to ONE, you can start subtracting used portions in 10% increments. I'd also like to do butcher cut meats like ground beef in POUNDS. But other than that minor issue, I'm loving this app.

AMAZING TOOL! Especially for people who are budget and waste conscious. I OFTEN forget to scan in receipts after grocery shopping (which is an absolute A+ feature), but even manually updating my pantry 1-2 times a week takes WAY less time than meal planning before Cooklist. I've been really impressed with recipes database. Each one used has been delish and the "save" option for recipes to use in future is CLUTCH.

Just started using it and it has all the features I imagined and more. Use an app like Auto Clicker to share recipe links from apps like paprika for import. Love the purchase integrations and auto-renaming of recipe ingredients for inventory tracking. My only gripes are that the ui is cluttered due to all the features and likewise there are some bugs and occasional lag. Hoping it gets worked out, and once more stores have their carts integrated (WinCo, Vons) it will be usable for years to come.

Just downloaded, I am having issue with adding multiples of a item. Scanned it asks if you want to add it even though it's in your pantry. Does not add have to cancel and just toggle the up down quantity. Has extensive library of items. This makes it easy to add things like ketchup, salt ect. I have not used the pantry/recipe function yet. If allowed I'll update this review in a few days. It's going to take a while for me to add all we have. My use is to inventory, we stock for about 3 mths out.

This app is fantastic! I really do love it, it's convenient and through. However, giving 3 stars because originally set my settings to be both vegan and low-carb (a very tricky combo) and was thrilled with the recipes. I accidentally tapped them off and now I have to pay to turn them back on! Now I must personally make sure every vegan recipe is low-carb, meaning I spend WAY more time looking through recipes than I'd like to.

This app is extremely useful. It makes tracking all my consumable items (not just food, but other essentials like soap and such) a breeze, as well as figuring out where to shop for the best price. I've been using this app to plan meals for a few months now, and it has been great. Makes me feel like a chef, even though I don't actually know what I'm doing. The only nitpick I have is there is no search filter specifically for ingredients that are about to expire.

This app does 100% of what I need and more! My only complaint is even when you mark a Meal Plan as complete, and start a brand new one, you have to refresh that page to see the new Meal plan. Every. Single. Time. When I log out and back in, it constantly brings up an old Meal Plan. It's just annoying and makes no sense. I think the Meal Planning part of the app needs the most work.

I really struggle with meal prep and planning, especially when it comes to remembering and using all the ingredients I have available. This app has SO MANY different approaches to helping me keep on top of weekly prep as well as making things on the fly with what I have. The initial setup was a little intense as I hyper focused on cleaning my kitchen and logging EVERYTHING, but now deciding what I can make and want to eat is so much simpler. Saves me mental energy and money!! Thank you!!

I paid for a subscription to access everything, and I'm very disappointed. The features are good ideas, but the interface is frustrating and clunky. It is so busy, searching for items or reading recipe directions is difficult. The recipe side is really lacking. Everything from storing recipes to listing the directions is just a little frustrating. For the pantry, scanning barcodes is great, but the shopping side is frustrating if you're adding additional items not from a recipe.

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. This app may be for some but I tried it and to me it was just not helpful. I did not use it again and deleted my account. I have now had them try and charge my card close to 10 times in the last few days alone! I blocked it as again my account doesn't even exist anymore and I never used it, only tried it. So unless you're totally sure you want to use this app and pay for it don't bother unless you want to have to get a new bank card!

I love this app helps keep things in order to avoid food expiring and find recipes I can cook now. One downfall is that the price of the subscription is overboard. I do enjoy the free version, but for a subscription, that is expensive. I expect a larger difference between the free version and the paid.

I love everything about this app. BUT I refuse to pay for a subscription for a checklist app.... If you offer a flat rate of up to $15 and I feel that is still high but the program is very well made. Then I will come back and buy it. Till then sorry.... Bye!.. No thank you. I hate being bombard with ADs, always happy to pay to not see them. BUT NEVER A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN. Call me when you have a Buy Once with no ADs for Life option.

This app is awesome. However, my issues with the app so far are that the logins to the store accounts are always having issues. Also, Meijer is not available for me based on my location, but I travel to other locations to grocery shop sometimes, but it's still not an option for me to connect my Meijer account. Hopefully, these issues can be fixed.

I was having no luck trying to contact the developer through the in-app contact form. My issue got resolved but after emailing them to the email they provided on pay store, theyve been trying to figure out why my app messages weren't reaching them. I really appreciated their responsiveness. It seems like they care a lot about the app and my experience on it. I changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars for that. The app does feel a little busier than I wish it was, but I'll give it a shot for a while

I like the app well enough but a lot of things need fixing. The scroll function is terrible. If you're older or you have trouble with scrolling, it automatically pulls up recipes to be saved which is very irritating. It also freezes the app sometimes when you hold down on a recipe and you have to close it to get it to work again. The sorting feature is abysmal. You can't exclude things, only specify things, which is irritating when it comes to recipes that I don't have the tools to make.

Great App!! Needs improvement! They track everything I buy, so it helps me know what exactly I have instead of looking through my fridge and pantry. It needs work with the product images and details for sure. Sometimes it can get lag, overall wonderful app!

Can be a really great app when the bugs are fixed. I have to close the app constantly. It's always freezing or takes a century to work when you click on it. If I'd known the bugs were this bad I wouldn't have started my pantry. Currently not worth the subscription fee with these issues.

The included AI tool that interprets even handwritten recipes scanned in with a phone camera is alone worth the subscription. I have many family recipes that I can now include in my meal planning and shopping lists. I can download a PDF of the recipes I've added, for safe keeping, should this app go bellyup eventually. I have used/tested MANY (many!) food/recipe apps over the years. This use of AI is a positive one IMHO. Thanks.

Scanner wasn't working then it stayed working. When I modify the expiration dates it doesn't save. I just got this today. Happy I can put my entire pantry easily with connecting with my Walmart plus and Amazon accounts 🙌🏼. But I need to set the exact expiration dates. I tried multiple times. I give up, its broken.

This is the best app I have found so far. The subscription fee is reasonable and definitely worth it. A widget would be super helpful, though. It needs computer integration because i use my laptop the most for finding recipes. A minimum on-hand feature would also be great! It connects automatically to some stores but needs a broader selection.
