It has some good ideas but ultimately it is not much different than regular text messages for the communication and the planning is just stacked with unnecessary robot middle layers so the calendar was ditched quickly. The kids info all in cute tabs is nice but not worth $7/m. Communication should be organized topically not just one stream of texts where one person forgets what they said and it has to be screenshot for them. I am in the exact same place I was in without Co-Parenter, less $7.

Horrible!! Dont do it or you will be stuck. They are hard to get a hold off. App has many issues that will make you crazy, they aren't easy to contact. They can charged me twice, charging me monthly and also per year! Careful cause they throw the ball at Google. Wont pay back.

This app is great! My ex and I are not always on great terms, so this app is helping us keep it civil and putting our child first. Even though I kick myself for it, sometimes I get lost in the heat of my emotions. Between the coordinating and mediation, it's really helped keep things smoother

I liked using this app for keeping track of things and don't mind the small subscription fee, it's a vary useful. Only inconvenience is when you get a transcript of your journal they can't include any attachments. Besides that it is vary useful, I recommend this app

The app now charges monthly which would not be an issue. But for a month now everytime I write the app shuts down. If I get a message, the app shuts down. If I'm reading messages, the app shuts down. It's beyond frustrating for an already frustrating situation.

There is so much possibility with this app. But overall it is finicky, logs you out, disconnects paid accounts, doesn't show both parents when messgaes are ready (one sided), doesn't notify consistently. I'm not happy with it and would have stuck with a shared Google (free) doc had my ex not been talked into this one.

I had a hard time logging in. As soon as the first month trial was over it stopped letting me in but I had paid for a year of service. I tried contacting them for help and I never got a response. I had tried contacting them since June and only this month I got a response. The tool to get a password rest doesn't work. The contact support button does not work either. They did help me log in and I paid only for a month this time but I worry this issue will happen again after my 30 day trial ends.

I liked that you can set a schedule and requests and such but what is irritating is i tried again and again to send a schedule over to my coparent and it would not work it just kept re creating it again and again and he never could see it. Hes terrible with technology and schedules so me making it for him and his having reminders about it would have been great but oh well. The app has potential but doesnt do all things necessary

Here's everything wrong with this app: it may crash if you attempt to click on an in-app notifications (provided you even receive an in-app notifications), provided the app doesn't crash when you click on notifications it will likely lead nowhere, the application does not provide accurate out-of-app notifications, date/time stamps are inaccurate, punctuation works sporadically, and good luck talking to IT (they'll tell you the issue is with your (~6 month old) phone and not their app)

This app is informative, organized, extremely useful and supportive. Unfortunately the other parent didn't want to utilize the app and it's awesome features. When I sent an email to support about cancelling my subscription I got a response the next Day and they offered to refund this month and did so immediately. I honestly was almost in tears of gratitude for just how easy and amazing the whole experience has been.

4/2/19 since my last review they have gotten a lot better, sometimes you have difficulty logging in when there's an update. Customer service is generally quick to reply. Before I was using a free version the version I'm on now is $20 for the year which isn't bad. I recommend this app to anybody that asked me or I hear about having a difficult parenting situation.

Lots of bugs in the app, notifications come late on never on android phones. Issues with the calendar schedule, keeps changing without requests. It is important for a family to keep an accurate schedule. We now have to make a parallel schedule with Google calendar. Expensive app for what it is.

An overly expensive app that provides false promises of functionality but is actually surprisingly limited. Ex. You can't have more than one conversation with a person (yet they force you to specify a topic, which makes no sense). If the other person sends you documents, the app (by design) doesn't allow you to download them. Confirmed by their support. On top of this features like the schedule are buggy at best. Less functionality than any free messenger, for only $20/month.

The shared calendar function has been a lifesaver, eliminating any confusion about visitation schedules, school events, or extracurricular activities. It's incredibly convenient to have everything in one place, accessible at any time, allowing us to plan ahead effectively. Moreover, the app's documentation and tracking capabilities have helped us maintain detailed records of expenses, appointments, and important milestones.

Notifications don't work, and are misleading. Chats don't come through until I either send a new message, or restart the app. Chats may send immediately, but I can't tell, about half the time I need to restart the app to see. The calendar is not intuitive, and functions very poorly for anything outside the regular schedule. On the plus side, the mediators are very professional.

Pretty, but missing significant important functionally. OFW is not as pretty but works and supports you so much better. This app drops messages after you spent an hour composing them, etc. The developers obviously don't actually use the app. Super basic functionally, none of the stuff you need for court. They are obviously not actively maintaining the app, as they have removed functionality for syncing with your Google calendar, and more. Boo.

I think this may be a good app for messaging. The schedule only has a button for vacation and appointment. I can't see a full calendar, just a list of appts. Appts should overlay a general custody calendar. Also I need an option for recurring appts. Soccer ever saturday for 8 weeks, but sometimes a holiday is there or a make up rain date, so recurrance needs some flex. So far, i like lay out, but i don't want to spend time entering appts when custody trading is also an issue.

this app no longer sends notifications of messages. there are no settings in the application itself to turn them on, and there is nothing in app permissions in the phone's permissions. actually, it says that this app doesn't send notifications. how are we supposed to know we've gotten a message from our co parent, if it doesn't send a notification? this needs to be fixed, and fast.

I LOVE THIS APP. Everything is available for parents to keep THE CHILDREN'S NEEDS paramount. 4 Stars because: 1. In some situations, there isn't a way to edit a mistake without starting over. 2. The app could be more user-friendly and isn't always straightforward to navigate. However, the features offered are nearly flawless, so you'll be willing to persevere through your frustration in order to utilize tools and access information that will be beneficial for your entire family.

Great app! Needs more details tuned up. When writing in the journal, the cursor constantly drops to the bottom of the page and I can't click next to words to change what I wrote. I have to drag the cursor all the way there. Also, creating a "Parenting Schedule" tab on the calendar activates a chat with a mediator. Im not sure why it does that, but I cant create a parenting plan schedule from the tab. I just get a message from a mediator about a day later. I also would like to edit Check-Ins!!
