Got the app for my 16yo son so he could direct deposit his check from his very first job. He had over 500$ saved up and boom they said he can't have access to his funds, and they are no longer offering banking options. They said they would send a check within 14 days. Now they are already sending emails about delays in refunding his money. How many kids had their life savings frozen and taken from them?

I played the games earned bought in game purchases earned and when it was time to cash out they forfeited my creds saying I violated the terms how is that possible they give you a certain amount of time to complete levels I didn't cheat and they not explaining why loss of my time and money I have a android 11 or better I have a samsung s 22 plus so how did I violate the terms I have the in game receipt they told me too bad so sad basically smh a real waste of time and money DONT DO IT!!!!

I and my children loved this app and its features until, with very short notice, we were informed that the debit cards and accounts would be closing. Now, I am scrambling to get something in place for my kids to use. Not to mention, the app won't give me access to my balances, and there is a fair amount of money that has not been transferred out of copper to my external bank account.

This app is soo bad. I tried to delete my account but it kept saying the same thing over and over again using a BOT to answer my questions which was annoying because it didn't specifically walk me through the steps to delete my account. Overall, very bad experience.

I've really enjoyed this app! And some games that you play are super addicting. But the last two days the option to redeem to my copper card is not there. Not sure why, but I can't redeem until that's back??

1 star because everything I redeem works except the visa digital card because I spent 500 creds 2 times on 2 visa cards and both of them would never work whenever I tried using them. Devs if you're seeing this, I would gladly give 5 stars if I got my creds back since their hard to get, and fix the issue with the digital visa cards.

I wouldn't recommend this app to My worse enamey I can't get logged in can't get a code for my phone number on my message l did contact customer support I didn't get any answers back sence you guys can't help me out I'm going to delete you guys you are starting to get a lot of bad report to that does mean a lot

I cant with this app first you need to share it to someone to use like As a person who doesn't have so many close friends I feel like this is kind of like a bad promotion tactic I know you want to promote your app but Don't get the people who are using your app already, Involved. like that's what I hate about so many apps. personal feedback a way to promote your app is ever friend you invite you get a something, I just cant Uninstalling unless Reply to me and fix this.

So they give you $5 that part is true. I went on to accumulate more and finally went to cash out. Got the cash on a card that was fine. Spent the cash and the transactions are still pending which is making my Cash Giraffe app ( where I spent the money) slow. When i called the company to fix it they weren't able to help. I went to spend the rest and Google (not their fault) wont let me. I dont even know what my current balance is.

At first copper is a really wonderful and trustful app and even cashed out a $5 Google play card! But when I bought a $5 Visa card, the card did not work on any platforms and ultimately did not work at all, I'm so confused and pretty upset as I think I got scammed. If there's a way to let the card work or get a refund please tell me any tips. So far don't buy the visa card if you want to buy something quickly.

The app is good at first. Cashed out one time $20 and they gave it to me so I keep playing their games. I made $180 from playing one of the games on the app and went pending for 5 days and finally cleared so I requested a $100 walmart gift card and today when I checked my account it said my account has been closed. Do not download. contacted support may 8 and still no response

I give this app two stars because surveys take long and there are some games that they request you to do and it tells you to level up a certain amount of times and all the games take very long. I would rate this app higher if the minimum level to reach was lowered significantly.

I like using copper for my banking, but the app is TERRIBLE. I am constantly trying to refresh or redownload to get it to work. Most of the time only half my screen shows the app and the other half is white space. Extremely unreliable. I am currently writing this while I am reinstalling the app because it wouldn't let me send or see how much money is in my account. If it weren't for my parents, I would have a normal bank account with a WORKING app. Improve yourself copper.

The app was buggy and their entire "earn" feature was sketchy from the start. I got daily notifications for this feature that I never wanted and couldn't turn off notifications because I would still want to be notified when transfers were made. They notified parent accounts on a Saturday that all debit and savings accounts would be shutdown on Monday giving no time to move money out. No bank statements were given for the month they closed and money is still unaccounted for. Avoid at all costs

Withdrew $5. I was given an option for a prepaid card. So I chose that option. Then I am taken to a page for activating a rewards card? I didn't receive a rewards card? And I wasn't even asked for any payout information. When I tried to ask the chat bot about it. I keep getting told that my child will receive a debit card for her account but i won't receive one? None of this makes any sense to me. If there was an option to not give any stars, I would surely not give any stars. This app a scam.

We've had copper for a while. Always enjoyed it, had no problems. The reason we got the app In the beginning, was for my daughter to have , and for me to be able to send her money. Today, wanted to send her money. Can't find an option to. Am I missing something? @Copper: What y'all should've done is give your customers, advertised to children, the opportunity to remove their money! This didn't happen without y'all knowing, & y'all knowing for a while! Dirty move on your part!

It is just too inconvenient with the options it gives. You can't add prepaid debit cards. The auto reload sucks because you can't add a specific amount of money on your balance when its below your selected amount. They charge money for sending with a linked debit card which I think they shouldn't charge for. It also takes so long for bank transfers to enter the copper balance and its just irritating and annoying. Kids can't even link thier own cards and bank accounts. Step is a better option.
