Just a little update whenever I have to add somebody I have to off my phone do it like I'm not on a mobile browser like I'm on the computer and it works just fine to add them but I got the premier account for my phone but I never get any notifications not on my Gmail account or on my phone or anywhere maybe they'll get it updated one day I mean it is 2024 these reviews with the same problems go back really far

I've been using this app for five years now. And lately I'm not liking this app anymore. for the past two days it is not syncing with my server. so I cant send messages or receive messages. I paid for the premier account and granted it's only $6 a year. but if I'm going to pay for something it should work. Also it doesn't take a day to get your email to the prisoner it takes an hour and a half

Haven't received sound notifications in over a year, i never know when I receive a message to respond too. I only find out when I check in manually which cause of busy life is hard to do and so when I do if there is no message I might not check again for another 2 weeks just to find out i have several old messages from 10 days before. This service sux without notifications and i have a note 8, its not an issue with the phone or settings. Notifications were working before about 16 months ago.

this is really easy to use dont cost too much. they need to add the feature where we can send pics or cards etc and it takes awhile from the time I send email until they actually get it and the other way around as well. all in all the app is good. and it's cheaper on this end than a phone call.

I've used this app for the past year and haven't had any problems until today. An account balance notice has popped up at the bottom and shows the amount of zero. My subscription doesn't end for 3 more months, but I am unable to open my message or even draft a new one. There is no link or option to renew my subscription or to add funds. This is extremely irritating as this is the only means I have to communicate with my inmate.

I've only been using this app for two weeks, before that I used the mobile webpage, and it seems a lot of people writing reviews don't understand that this is a very limited system because of the prison system. It's not text messaging, the emails have to be approved by someone at the prison before they are sent so it may take a day to get an email. This app is only for emails. It's still much better than the website though, better user interface and notifications make it worth the $6/yr!

Frustrating! This app used to work perfectly, now this past year it's working worse and worse. Now it will erase messages that you've typed, stop you while you're typing swirl, and then close. It locks up constantly. I have already cleared my cache, clear the cache and usage from the app itself, cleared all messages from the website, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone several times, clear the cache and disk base again, rinse and repeat this for about 2 to 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!

The person I write to usually gets the emails I write to him within hours. The emails he sends me however, takes days to arrive and sometimes never do arrive. He has to use phone time to read then to me if they are things he really needed me to read. It's not right! To mess with communication like that is inhumane. There is no customer service to contact to troubleshoot the issue or to even to make them aware of the issue. We pay money for each email sent. In both sides. Many I never get!!!

I have a premier account and currently have 2 inmates on my contact list. I received a request from another inmate (third contact) but I cant find a place to accept him and add to my contact list. I have sent 2 requests for assistance but still no answer. Also, I frequently get messages saying "unable to sync with server at this time". Really disappointed.

After reading the last 4 reviews I see I'm not the only one experiencing not able to sync with server problem,I hate to see its recurring for quite some time now,it really sucks after a person writes to their loved one then when you (I) go to send it,it won't sync. Let alone deletes the message. Hope that hasn't to others,not sure if Corrlinks read the reviews but PLEASE do whatever you guys need to do to fix this issue. Yes $6.00 isn't much but it would be awesome if we could actually send our loved ones a message,specially when their waiting to hear from us on the outside. Thank you if this gets taken care of

It's worked fine for a year or so, but today it says "Unable to sync. Syncing requires an active Premier Corrlinks account". I clicked on "learn more", but it doesn't do anything. I thought I did have the PremierAccount. How do I fix this? I've updated the app and restarted my phone. If the developer will fix this, I'll add more stars to the review. Any help would be appreciated.

Takes so long to receive my messages. I am talking anywhere from 2-3 hours in between! Then I will get multiple messages at once. Plus I get no notifications at all once I do get messages. Have to continue to check the app. After paying for the premium. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is simply due to the fact I get to message at all. This app really needs some attention.

It's a wonderful app, but unfortunately something about the system delays messages (from both parties). Messages sent sometimes won't even arrive till the very next day. I had three messages come in all at once from a two day span. It's a well built app, and I love it, but it's incredibly unreliable. Note: I'm a premium user.

I have the premiere account which does not expire until may of 2022. I have not been able to sync for 2 weeks. I see this is an issue reading other reviews. I have also uninstalled the app and still the same issue. Very annoying to have to go to the website when I have purchased the premier account months ago and was working fine up until a few weeks ago. Been trying every day still isn't working. Once it's resolved I will change my review. I sent an email to cs waiting on response.

I have used this app since 2015 and it was great until February 2019. At that time, the notification that a message arrived stopped working. CorrLinks issued a fix that restored it but their latest update took it away again. I have to randomly open the app to check for incoming messages since the notifications don't work. I brought this to their attention a few months ago but once their beta version was released, the problem returned.

For what it's used for its not bad at all. There's a delay in receiving messages but that's actually to be expected. My issue is paid for the year which allows app use, and that is priced awesome. But I wanted notification when a message arrived. When I started using the app it was fine but now I have to actually open it and sync messages, which can make a delayed message have a later response. Hopefully this gets fixed!

This app is helpful in communication when the feds only give up 200 talk mins a month. I've been using this app for over 8yrs now & the problems I've found are, if your screen times out or your phone dies before you get to save a message or send it, it's gone! The notification for new messages seldom pops up so you have to keep checking & syncing the app. For the most part, this app is a godsend for those seeking to stay in constant contact with an incarcerated loved one.

I've used this app for years and the last year and more recently have been super frustrating. It sometimes says it can't sync and deletes everything you wrote. I've saved drafts of long emails and they don't save. I had one appear after several days that I thought I also lost. I actually lost several this week. Extremely frustrating! The last thing is the window when replying to a message seems to have shrunk making it hard to read what I've written so far and lots of back/forth scrolling.

It's great to be able to email loved ones who are locked up, however it should be noted that there's a delay in receipt. Perhaps its cause they have to monitor and read messages, I don't know, but its still faster than postal mail. What I dislike, is the app failing to sync for the past month after renewing Premium service. I tried logging off and uninstalling and still it won't load messages. I have to access my account from another phone or laptop to retrieve messages. Need an update to fix!

UPDATE: I was contacted and the problem has been solved! I am able to open the app, log in, and sync! Thank you! I have been having issues with logging in. I can login fine on my laptop but the app just keeps telling me that I have invalid credentials. I have done everything to try and resolve the issue with no assistance. Paying for the premium account is a waste if you can't even use the one feature you need!
