it is not working, i still cannot open the app till the last day on the ship, the app also glitches alot and the chat system doesnt work well.

When connected to the onboard wifi, the app does not even launch, making it useless.

Onboard the Costa Pacifica, the app was very useful; pitty that the chat feature was offline most of the time. Now no longer able to log in via this updated app version.

Won't let me enter as Costa club member on the app. It says it doesn't recognise me. So then I select to register and it says I'm already registered. Very frustrating. Freezes all the time.

Close to useless. It doesn't log in or if it does it takes ages. It either has a technical error or maintenance but for sure one of the most annoying thing in taking a costa cruise

The cruise app is absolutely terrible. It is so laggy and once you open the it completely freezes

The app is extremely slow and unresponsive on my and all my friends' phones. It will randomly fail to recognize the ship's WiFi network, have chat contacts disappear or completely freeze or close.

Dear App Team, Can you please provide Costa Mobile App for crew only? Because first thing we are not passenger that need to check the itenerary, crew welfare provide us itenerary, to check what is the menu in the restaurant we have crew mess,staff mess and most specially is to update every month that requires to log in onboard portal. It is not really helping. Provide us some application which is very accessible and convenient to get keep our friends onboard in touch. Thank You!

The app worked well enough, the chat feature was helpful and it gave some useful info about what was happening on board, but it was missing some very useful info about things like how to use the laundry service and extra charges and other more critical things that I would have liked to know at a glance.

Application is crushing after the last update. It was working for some time but suddenly stop working while on board. It is quite annoying especially you need the application to get on board information.

i was onboard Costa Fortuna last year. i was able to activate the ship's wifi on my cell phone but i couldnt activate the app using the ship's wifi.i was told by the reception that the app doesnt work properly onboard.That wasn't the case when i was onboard Costa Victoria two years ago. I had downloaded the app so that i can make internal calls to reach family members in other parts of the ship.Could you bring back the calls??

Was working fine between updates and mostly very useful, especially the countdown timer to the next booked cruise. A few days ago it stopped working and even though we can log in, the homepage were you could find the countdown and itenary is not working anymore. "Try again" is all it says.

The previous Costa Mobile is better, call is allowed to each user. only chat is supported with this new Costa App. some bug is present such as , you cannot delete an accidental add contact request, unclear and small default photo. Overall is a decent app but needs more fine tuning and to add some user friendly options like calls and clear photos

Saying that is a total s..t, would sound like a compliment. When you install it on your mobile data works fine, but you can't access onboard services. So you switch to on board WiFi and it crashes saying that the info inserted are not OK. If you switch back to your mobile data when you are in a port it works again but you can't access on board services.

Very poor app. Crashes a lot, shows wrong information, doesn't let you do most things you should be able to do like adding a credit card or get infos about dis-/embarkation. Worse than all cruise app i've come across. Worst thing about is that you are forced to use it e.g. for the emergency drill which i. The end doesnt work. Really really bad experience and not something that should be published like that.

Can't progress past first page, suggested I try again later. Also can't get a drink as the system hasn't picked up that I've registered my credit card and arrived at 10.30am as requested. Not impressed.

You pay so much money for the cruise and their charge you every day $11×2 for cleaning your room, the food sucks by the time their bring you your food it is cold, you have to pay for water to drink you don't even get anything for free on this ship I would not even recommend my dog on this ship that is showing you how bad is the service the best thing on the ship is most of the workers
