Not a good bang for your buck, there're much better learning apps with better offer. My free unlocks expired so fast, many "teachers" even use AI to answer my questions, which pissed me off. I reported those and they didn't do anything about it. Money wasted.

Is a good tool to help you with math and it also tells you the answer and a way to solve the math problem and if you don't understand the problem it explains it to you .You can also type the problem ,take a picture which is very helpful and you can even get a tutor .Get the Course Hero app NOW!!!!

The quality of the material is very average. After pausing my subscription, I unwittingly received a month of automatic renewal. I contacted support a few hours after this involuntary renewal to request a refund which was refused. My rating therefore considers customer service, so if you use this platform be very careful...

I have been trying to message their support teams, but no one has responded to my inquiries. It's been 4 days since my tutor account was disabled. I have done the verification process before the 48 hours deadline, and I still haven't gotten my account back. They were prompt in giving violations, but so slow to respond and fix the issues. I have earned a lot as a tutor, and I wish to withdraw the money, but they disabled my account and I can't withdraw my hard-earned money.

I'M EXTREMLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS APP RIGHT NOW. I SUBSCRIBED THROUGH THE APP AND SPENT $ 29.95 AND WHEN I WANT TO UNCLOCK THE DOCUMENT IT DIDN'T LET ME SEE THE CONTENT ALSO IT TOOK ME BACK TO THE SUBSCRIPSATIONS MENU, TELLING ME TO SUBSCRIBE AGAIN. I'M REALLY FRUSTATING RIGHT NOW. I ALSO CLOSE AND REOPENED, LOGGED OUT AND LOGGED IN BACK BUT ITS THE SAME THING EVERY TIME. I ASLO CHAT HELP CENTER BUT NO ONE REPLY MY MESSAGE I REALLY HOPE THIS PROBLEM CAN SOLVE BEFORE ENDED MY SUBCRIBES DATE

outdated app, can't upload anything but images, which makes uploading pdfs docxs and other files a headache, the ux is atrocious and the fact that you can't zoom in on a document is insane

After buying premium it keep asking for money to buy unlock features, a nasty greedy practice, if you buy premium you should get everything, what a trash app.

Free five unlocks not working. Considering that 17 of my files are already scanned and uploaded. Not getting those unlocks suck. Maybe the system is bugged. Either way, you should fix it and provide the unlocks your app promised

If you need assistance on an exam (open book of course), you are only able to unlock one document at a time, which is often one unanswered question. Your unlocks are limited as well. I had a limit of 30 unlocks and some of the questions weren't even answered. Quizlets free version is way better than this overpriced service. I wish I never paid 25 dollars for this useless service.

EDIT: I sent an email and they are refunding my and canceling my subscription for me. They got back to me very quickly. I paused my subscription, but it automatically un-paused and charged me $40 this month. So, I went to cancel my subscription but the 'manage subscription' page won't work. Also, other than 'submitting feedback' there is no customer support, so I'm just out $40 and can't cancel my subscription from the app.

I really enjoyed this app but the one thing I do not like is the fact that it's a bit more pricey than many people want to pay. The thing that sets me off more so about the price is, you only get so many unlocks and tutoring sessions. Everything overall is really good because I'm finally passing my classes with this app (only semester so I got a 3 month sub) , but I would really enjoy it if they found a reasonable price that students, who need help, can manage.

It's okay for quiz submissions, but any written answers need to be completely rewritten. A lot of the papers are written by people with a tenuous grasp on the English language; and most quizzes are old which may or may not have the answers for the current quiz. It saves some leg work, but you won't be able to submit work you get straight from course hero without red flags.

Really helpful documents that are hard to find elsewhere. But soo expensive, and for $40 for a single month, you only get to look at 30 documents, which don't even unlock permanently. I had to use two unlocks on one document since I didn't inagine you'd have to do it twice. It's pretty insane. Definitely the only month I'll utilize this platform unless it becomes less expensive.

Excellent source for homework help in all subjects, with plenty of resources and study guides, as well as documents that provide a starting point if a topic or question is confusing. If able, the one-time, annual subscription is the best option, so you at least don't have a monthly bill or auto-deduction. It is well worth it. I don't generally use paid services, but it has helped tremendously!

The app is kind of helpful, it helps you alot with your classes, quizzes, homeworks, and so on. But there is one thing that I really hate about this app. When you subscribe with it, it allows to ask the tutors for only 20 questions, everytime when I tries to ask tutors, it takes LONG time to answer my questions, even if they are short and clear. I think the best helper to yourself is yourself.

So to start I would like to say that the app itself and all the help is outstanding. However I do not and will never support shady business practices. You are unable to cancel your subscription without emailing the company directly. The only options readily available is to pause your subscription for one month and then it will automatically renew itself. For the price you will pay for course hero I strongly recommend alternatives as they are comparable and most likely have far more content.

This app is frustrating me so much right now. I subscribed through the app, spent the $25, and when I went to unlock a document, it didn't let me see the content. Rather, it took me BACK to the subscription menu, telling me to subscribe again. I've closed and reopened, logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, and still it's the same thing every single time. Not to mention when I subscribed previously I had paused my membership but it automatically renewed itself after a month.
