Previously used this app back in 2016 & forgotten after 2019 but came across when installing it on new device, CPU X is a worthy app on your device that tells you more about device than about phone info page. Neatly arranged sections, no confusion. Plus points, the phones, news & forums section for someone into techy stuff but unfortunately it's not updated like in years like Lava mobiles under phone has no new device since 2022. News is outdated. Hoping to bring some resolutions to these. 👍

So far I like it! Just hoping that it doesn't mess up the sync in the device. Mine has been sticking.

Once network speed turned on in notification panel it disappears suddenly. Then, move to app turn that off and then on again.

I've just find out this app from advertise and after installation when I use it. I find it Excellent. The fully featured about Phone. The list of new phone and comparison of two devices on the other hand news ideas are superb.

Good. But not great app. See if you can add advance functionality to check mobile's CUP loading, app multitasking, CPU multitasking ability, GPU ability, RAM speed, memory w/r speed, etc. Based on that you decide mobiles score.

I may be a huge nerd, BUT I LOVE THIS APP!!!! This tests just about every sensor, function, feature and component of cell phones. Believe it or not, it was ENJOYABLE to test my touch screen, speakers, controls, etc. There is so much you can analyze and rest with this!!

I think this app is good but lacking in one area: even more tech details. I would really like to see even more technical details on the CPU, GPU beyond the name. Go deep into the weeds for people who really like details on what's under the hood. I would love to see an icon/little photo of what each component looks like too. The phones tab showing current phones on the market is a good touch.

This app is MUCH better than the pre-installed Google Files app. I can find my way around my phone storage much easier and with less headache. Plus, you can set it to notify you when your total phone storage (including an SD card set as phone storage) gets to a certain percentage (also set by you), versus the Google app that only looked at the phone's internal storage.

listen here you guys your product is exceptional I've had it on my previous phone and the one I just got rid of the Coolpad defiant kind of a crappy phone but now I have the new Samsung J7 Star. You should know that your expertly crafted software will always be at the top of the list of preferred, must have, Android applications. Thank you very much, Charles.

This app shows a lot about the device, both known and unknown. The only gripe I have about this app is the data speed and battery monitor can't seem to stay on when the device sleeps by itself or when the user prompts it to; after unlocking the device I have to pull down the drop down notification page and tap them both to resume the monitoring.

For a free to download app it's fantastic. There are no video ads, or pop-ups. There's tons of information available in device tools, nicely formatted and easy to digest. A couple of tools, like 'ruler' and 'level', aren't useful but mostly they're great. Besides phone info it has a tech news tab (love it), forum tab, new gadgets tab. I downloaded to keep an eye on RAM use and battery temp, which it does plus much much more.

I mainly like the data speed monitor but every time I restart my phone it does not bring it back up. I have to go into the app and toggle the option off then back on, and I cannot see the data speeds when it is on because it is white and blends in with the status bar at the top of my phone. Other than that no complaints. Thank you, keep up the hard work.

Solid app. Two suggestions. In the phones section, add a link in the top right drop down menu for a "go to" option that opens up a webpage to the phones on the manufacturers website (or amazon, gsmarena, google search). I'd like to be able to read about them in full. Not just specs. For news, you open up the articles in the app, but i'd like an option to open up in a web browser. Would be nice if you threw in a settings option for that; or let us long click on the article to see that option.

Honestly, well worth the 5 stars! There must be hundreds of apps that list the same system specs -- they all read them from the same place, so they'll all be equally accurate (or rarely, inaccurate) -- but this is the only one I know of that also let's you easily look up other phone models and compare their stats, plus news and some Q&A message boards. My only gripes: you can't compare your own stats with other phones directly unless your phone is listed there + Pixel 6 & Pro aren't listed yet!
