I don't recommend this app until when you improve it, it's keeps being down under maintenance, and you can't do transactions, imagine more the 5 good days it's under maintenance without informing us, this is stupidity!

One of the best finance banking solutions ever. 1. It to me less than 10 minutes to get my unsecured loan approved automatically. 2. I can access my bank account from anywhere in the world 3. Quickest and most reliable to open an account with National Identity Number 4. I can request for blocking my card, unblocking, request for card replacement in real time. NB: there is a lot of new features that you cannot review all of them here. It's just convenient and easy to use

This App has come a long way for sure, but it does not beat Stanchart's for ease of navigation and transparency of information. Things to improve. 1. Don't charge people for viewing their banking history. There are entirely too many charges already. If you must charge, show how much it costs. 2. Fix your favourite button. What's the point of favoriting transactions if I can't find them next time I want to transact next?

The best app on banking. It helps me to mingle with my children at schools and colleges also to clear fees for my children. I will never leave this app

I think your tech guys should work on this app closely, because your program fails to recognize if it is in the correct number or not. For example on the phone I use sometimes it works and sometimes it tells me to re-register as a user for the first time. The worst thing, This app affected even my normal banking of *150*03# it also wants me to register as a first time user. And I have already gone to your branches and they don't even know what the problem is, look at your app i insist.

I think you should fix the problem on opening accoubt section on th3 part of switch to the camera for capturing hands finger print, it is not working. Fix the bug please i think you should learn from NBC mobile App it works perfectly

Its a good app, but some functionality are irrelevant, you cant pay through Lipa tigo, Lipa mpesa or Airtel Lipa, why also charging for balance checking??? is Transaction charges not enough for them, why just a minor service like that being charged within an app and im using my bandwidth? mini statement is charged also why? i think its better to check mini statement for free unlike that of monthly, sometimes the app just loading
