Worst app not recommendable, No offers and benefits only making fool to customers, useless vouchers or 1 or 2 rupees given in the name of cash back, support services are worst class if you face any issue you can't connect to support team easily, on spin section you will never will anything you will only get useless vouchers, in store section prices are too higher and product specifications not completely given, cheap quality items are deliver and do not aspect any support.

They stopped showing the due date in credit card dues. When seeing unpaid bills in the bills section, other bills are shown due dates along with amounts, like 'Due in 3 days' and similar, but not credit card bills. It was shown before. It's really really not user friendly. They changed the design intentionally to get you to their "Cards" section.

On October 6th I placed an order using the voucher given by cred app which also clearly states that they are not responsible for anything. Then why do you promote such vouchers on your apps if you cannot be the bridge. Your people clearly asks us to contact the merchant website and you have no reference for the payment made on your app. They have not given an order number but have acknowledged the same. Though the value may be Rs 99 only. Imagine with millions of customers being cheated.

Extremely disappointed with CRED. My CRED Cash limit was suddenly reduced from ₹2.85L to ₹2L without any warning or explanation. I had planned an important purchase based on that limit, and this last-minute change completely ruined my plans. What’s the point of showing a credit limit if it can vanish overnight? I have an excellent CIBIL score and always pay my EMIs on time — yet they penalize responsible users like this. Terrible experience. Not reliable at all when you actually need it.

The best app to manage your credit card especially if you are holding multiple cards like me. Rewards are now very nominal almost negligible. AND DON'T EVER PLAY SPIN & WIN GAME or any other game, You will waste all your coins. This is a trap & you never win the jackpot no matter how many times you play. Shopping - Yes sometimes you do get good deals but for that you will have to keep exploring multiple times in a day.

Why I'm getting recurring alerts even after I have already made CC payment and that too through Cred only. This creates a lot of confusion and unnecessary trouble. However, it is indeed a great application to track your cards and payments. Need an improved system for card usage analysis to compare cards' benefits or terms.

I have a pixel go credit card by hdfc i am able to add the card in the app but when I try to pay the credit card bill it says the number does not match the cred registered number, whereas I have the same mobile number. I tried everything possible but unable to.pay from the cred app. also i cannot add the email id where we need to verify the card, don't know whats the issue with it

I have been using this app since its launch, for the past 4 years, and despite giving feedback many times, nothing has improved. You can’t search, you can’t reach customer support, and there is no call support unless you proceed to delete your account. Today, in a very difficult situation, I made a transaction with the only money I had. The transaction got stuck, and instead of helping me, they backed away. The money is neither with the receiver nor returned to me.

CRED was very good earlier...but recently the service is deteriorated. Customer service is some faqs/canned responses and its impossible to talk to some one at CRED about the problems you are facing...sure seeing a downfall of CRED soon. The assurances on the App never meets with what they actually do...lost faith in CRED...better to look for other apps which are more reliable and do what they assure their customers. i am greatly disappointed. I was assured someone will call me, only assurances

Now CRED is no longer the best app for credit card bill payment app. The rewards for continuous users are very tiny. No matter how big amount you pay, the reward is only ₹1 or 2. While the other occasional user gets ₹100 by doing nothing ( Not even a bill payment), just to come back on this app after 4-5 months. For CRED is more interested in calling back the users than retaining the users. I was very disappointed seeing this.

I ordered plant protein powder from cred store and received the product.I want to try another plant protein from a different brand but it's saying maximum quantity ordered. I cannot buy any protein powder whether it is whey or plant. developers don't want the user to visit the app more than once. if this goes on most of the users are going to leave the app as few already left due to the worst ui possible in an app.hope they rectify this error.

There are no discount reflected in store. Everything is at its base price. Used to love this app, but Devs are not keeping up with issues. new update: they have removed the option of daily rewards from my profile while it's still available for other profile. I'm going to switch to other app now. No rewards even on credit bill payment, just useless vouchers that too at higher price than amazon n other market place

horrible experience, I tried to pay my credit card outstanding, though my payment from bank was debited, due to their technical problem it was not credited to my credit card, it was a bigger amount, its more than 5 days, neither my money has been credited back, nor my payment was made to credit card. Every time I contact them, they give me same message that refund has been initiated and it is repeated Every day, without my money being refunded. I'm now in a huge financial disaster

The CRED app has daily rewards and spinning games, but even after playing many times, you never actually win any prizes. It seems to be controlled by AI. I’ve played multiple times but have never received any rewards. Also, even after making UPI or credit card transactions, no cashback is given, even though they keep showing cashback advertisements. Overall, it’s a waste app.

I have purchased 4 items at different intervals and of various nature. The items received were either did not perform even to 0% of a normal persons expectations. Extremely loathsome, doesn't disclose any information about items, and have to fall back on Amazon to check about the details. And most often you will find a better deal at Amazon which is clear, transparent, and details about warranties. Cred, totally dissatisfied. Cred doesn't help, and may be enjoying fooling clients.

This app offers an “instant payment” option for an extra fee. I paid the extra amount, but the money was deducted and the payment didn’t go through. When I complained, they blamed it on a “bank issue.” I’ve tried other apps and the payment worked perfectly fine, so there was no bank issue. Extremely frustrating! Don’t use this app.

The application is fantastic but I had a bitter experience using Cred coins in Cred rush festivals. It says the product/s are free and you only have to pay for shipping but worst part is product never gets delivered to you. The issue was highlighted to the customer support team and they had their own limitations, which I totally understand. I was told that, They do not have visibility and I have to contact the vendor. Honestly it's too much of a hassle for INR 50. Disappointed ☹️

Initially I got a good amount of cashback but after some time it reduced drastically. At once I got nearly 1 or 2 Rs on paying bills of large amounts. Once on myntra there was an offer of cash back up to Rs 500 but they gave me only 1Rs, which is not justified. I could have chosen other methods where there was assured cashback. So use this app for 1 month and deactivate. It's simply a waste of time. You will never get a good offer, they give offers on very cheap products with large amount

Got some vouchers by redeeming some coins. I always thought they were useless and I should have continued with that thought. One day I was stupid enough to place some orders, although the vouchers made the cart value zero but there was a "shipping fee". Needless to say those orders never came, no order confirmation, no email, no record on the app either. Nice scheme.

Only good thing about this app that you can manage your credit card payments on a single platform. Rest everything is pointless. The rewards they offer are useless and pointless I have been offered an Audible subscription for 3 months about 15 times roughly. They fool you in name of cashback... you can only get them through that reward game and that also deducts your cred coins on every turn. Aside from the payment gateway everything else is just a Ponzi scheme.
