The app worked fine at first but then kept charging me fees. I disconnected my bank account and uninstalled the app and when I needed to borrow again it said I had to wait 60 days, and now it still won't let me in, just keeps saying account is still suspended, and I'm not able to reach customer service, keep leaving messages and no one ever gets back to me. These ppl are nothing but scammers Don't waste your time!

I sign up for this app, and over time, I get to the verification to get a code from my phone it never gives me one so I tried with a different email to make sure my number was right and still a no go. And I asked every 2 mins for it to resend a link for about 10 mins, and then I said this app is worthless. However, it sent a code to friend right away.

I don't recommend this app in my opinion by my experience with it! I had to wait an extra week after each advance payback and also have to re-up date my bank information constantly and just recently was completely cut off for complaining to them about having to constantly update my information. Was in good standings, never missed any payments!

This is a trash app. I received an advance and have been trying to pay it back but it does not let me connect my debit card and now won't even let me log in. I get a message saying account deactivated due to terms violation. Would have been nice to get a response from the email I sent several days ago trying to fix the problem. Don't waste your time downloading this app, absolute trash.

Only approved for $10 once. Paid back on time, but it took a week and talking with support to get it fixed because it would still say I owe. Once fixed, it won't approve you UNLESS you have adequate funds in account, which defeats the purpose. Don't wast your time and money they charge for service you can't use! Even if you pay on time.

I had been using the app for a while with no issues, and then it just disconnected from my bank. The customer service was no help saying you can't use this bank account anymore, but you can add another one. This is the only bank account I have. No real explination or help from them. Until now I didn't have any issues, besides customer service takes too long to reply if at all.

This app sucks! I've had it for more than two months and I've only been able to cash out three times. It keep saying that I'm not eligible. When I've had positive balances since I've had the app. Then I disconnected my bank cause I thought it had my old account. And tried to reconnect. Now I can't connect it for 60 Damn days. This app is garbage!

Wasn't able to use the service and still got charged 4.99 for a "Bank connecting fee" just sent an email gonna wait and see if they actually have a support team. I forgot I even signed up for this thing it was almost a month ago at least and now they want to try and charge me for something. Just seems like a scam to me. Terrible service would rate zero stars of I could, don't use this app.

Requires a $4.99 monthly fee 'just for having your bank accounts linked & logged' within their app.. #questionable While a good idea, It seems flawed & not a worthy replacement for several other finance apps. While it appears great on the surface, I believe one should consider other viable options, esp. to those seeking such services or whilist in a pinch & in need of funding. This app is terrible. Everything moves slow. It took days to receive the payment. There was an automatic repayment taken from my account but it still haven't processed on their end. Its been a week and it's telling me I have an outstanding balance, when the balance have been paid. If you need instant cash, then this IS NOT the app for you. I'm deleting immediately when they process my payment.

Charge you 2.99, and you have to request within a window of time to receive funds, and even that is unclear when if those funds are deposited. The app crashes a lot. If you're in a pinch to get money asap, this app is not for you. They don't do instant cash like float me or earnin. Update: I was able to take out a loan and paid it back, but it takes them a week to process the payment. Only contmeets. Via email, no phone or chat features. It's a slow process. It's ok could some improvements.

Settlement went through on the day it was supposed to (Friday). Here we are Wednesday and it's still showing an outstanding balance on my app. Takes way too long. The other apps I use settle and I can get another advance that same day. This is ridiculous. Also the $11.99 fee to get it instantly is way too high compared to the other apps. If you need money once, and don't mind paying the high fee then this is a good app. If you want to repay and get another loan, don't unless you can wait!

Terrible. Got a cash advance once, repaid and then ran into a issue with Plaid being able to connect to my account and was unable to access another (despite the $2.99 BS "bank connection fee" charge). Once this issue finally fixed, I was never approved for an advance again and without explanation. Pretty sure this is just a scam to drain $2.99 out of people's accounts at this point. Avoid at all cost.

Not approved which is fine, but... can't seem to navigate past the page that says I'm ineligible, and I'm being charged, because I can't get to the home screen in order to cancel my subscription. Annoying ASH, and I'm getting kinda mad about it. Can't disconnect my bank, bc I can't get to the home screen on the app, makes it seem like a good way to keep billing people, with no assistance with cancellation.

CURRENTLY TESTING-- Kinda sketchy, use as a last resort. Their "Instant" deposit takes almost a day to deliver, and you can't repay an advance before the due date. However, they ARE quick to take their $4.99 for the subscription, and there is no way of canceling (unless you disconnect your bank, which can't be used again for 30 days). Even if you do disconnect your bank-- it looks like they keep your information so they can keep withdrawing money out.

I successfully paid two advances with no issue. Despite continuing to charge me the subscription fee, Credit Genie refused to extend me any additional advances with no explanation. Initially, they were denied outright. Now they are saying there is an error when I apply for an advance and to try again, again without any explanation for what is occurring. They have no issues charging my account so it is not an issue on my end. No need for me to keep paying for nothing. This app is a total scam.

Find another cash advance app guys. You pay a $4.99 monthly fee off top and the most they approved me for was $10 lousy bucks. Then there's the borrowing fee. In addition, it does not get credited to your account immediately like basically every other app can do. Mine didn't post until 6 hours later. On top of all this, you have no option to repay early. There are so many better options out there.
