Reducing 5 stars to just 1 star because of the annoying ads - the ads pop up every now and then and it really gets creepy. Recently the app has been crashing a lot and it's responding very slow.

It's extremely frustrating. I've subscribed for a paid subscription in a promise to broadcast T20 World Cup streaming, and now they're not doing that. This is simply about misleading for getting a subscription. Won't recommend it to anyone at all.

There should be an option to disable auto play on videos. I have the cricbuzz plus subscription and whenever I want to just see the scorecard in the match I open the match page and the video plays automatically which is very annoying and very surprising that disable option is not available to the user. I am forced to download another app because I am not interested in watching the match from cricbuzz app and tired of pausing the match video manually everytime I want to see scorecard

Used to be my favorite app for cricket commentary until the switched to this new interface with videos at forefront. Almost like commentary is now hidden somewhere. I get the logic of ads but you can't be struggling to find readable content and every time you switch tabs and pages you are greeted with full page ads. If needed to watch live I will get willow and get the content there don't need this app.

It's a best app for Cricket Lovers. I should rate it to five start. I have been use this for years. But now, too much of advertisement, sometimes we are not even able to close it and it completely force us to wait and watch the advertisement. And app performance also become very slow. Cricbuzz should consider this otherwise people will go with upcoming apps.

Bring back your old logo.... App was working like charm but after last one or two update I am even found trouble to open any article Constantly lagging. Another update and now this time it's worst user experience. As soon as you open app it goes to that big subscription pages. I don't need that. That is so annoying

I recently subscribed to the Cricbuzz app in hopes of enjoying an ad-free experience and exclusive content. However, I have been unable to access the app at all since subscribing. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot and contact customer support, the issue remains unresolved. This has been a frustrating experience and I regret investing in the subscription. I hope the developers can address this issue promptly to ensure a better user experience for paying customers.

First thing after paying for subscription, I have to see adds. I can understand that. However, today App server is down or something is wrong it's just loading and loading. I checked all the networks and tried on other devices but still it's same. I don't recommend this app to anyone as it's kind of a scam

While streaming any cricket match, when you click on watch now always say "server authentication issue" first time and then when you refresh it works. Also picture in picture does not work, you can't open other message of app while streaming or it will stop. Also so much issues with stream itself, during peak time like weekend matches stream quality is horrible.

Cricbuzz has the best commentary on the game. This includes the text ball by ball commentary and the post-match videos. However their recent move to include watch cricket as the main page is extremely bad. It essentially links me to a third party app. If I wanted to watch cricket, I would have just that app only. I opened cricbuzz to follow text commentary. Instead of giving me that, you ask me to link to other app. That linking process doesn't work as well.

Performance dropped since last few months. When I click on a match it takes 30 secs or even more to reach the live score. Why would I pay for annual subscription when the performance is so bad. One year from my previous review, performance of the app is still bad, no improvement

This programme contains multiple advertisements.... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Whenever we wanted to see some important events, scores, results, etc., it blocks by the unnecessary advertisements. Some time it asks money to show advertise-free programs. Many times we cannot delet the ad's..... the symbol 'x' appears very-very small, if we touch to clear, another ad apperar on screan.

Worst app i ever streamed. I can't even logout from one device after logged through my app. It's a basic feature. These dumb app can't even provide that option. Once you login account in friends device it's logged in forever because I will not be able remove my account from my device. Now I can't watch match because it is logged in that device. No option manage device from my device now I regret paying this stupid app. I have complained this issue through mail but no response from the team.

After the recent update, the videos have become very intrusive. When I click on an ongoing match, I am taken to the 'watch' tab instead of the scoreboard or the commentary tab. Even if I myself navigate to other tabs, a pop up screen opens for the video that blocks my view. Very poor user experience for paid customers.

Great app in many ways, but how come I'm getting notifications when I've selected not to in my settings? UPDATE: I contacted Cricbuzz to enquire about the unwanted notifications. Three business days later, there is still no response. I shall delete the app because it seems to be an issue that could be addressed but hasn't been, and because there's been no acknowledgement from Cricbuzz of my communication about this. Disappointed to get rid of this app, and disgusted at the lack of response.

It was once the best app to check cricket scores. But now there are too many ads. Which are not closing. App crashes very often. Takes more time to load even a small page. Changing my rating from 5 to 1. Hope these issues gets resolved soon.

This app used to manage ads well. No one minds a small Ad on the side or bottom of the screen. But now whenever I open the app it feels like I have entered Time Square. I used it mostly to see schedule, match start time as I am in ET and live scores when I am working that's it. They have been shoving up the absolutely not needed features lately and Ads management is horrible now. Looking for options to move away.

Why so many ads are coming now a days. Every time I open the app, it shows 8 secs ads which I can't cancel. This is very irritating. I am going to uninstall this app and find an alternative app to check cricket scores.

I subscribed to the World Cup package for a full month at the cost of 8 USD, despite it only offering pre-match, post-match, and commentary content. I acknowledge that this oversight occurred due to my failure to thoroughly read the description before subscribing. Consequently, I promptly canceled the subscription and sent an email requesting a refund, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. I kindly advise all users to exercise caution when subscribing paid plans.

The latest update broke the screenshot utility. I hope it's a bug rather than a feature. Taking screenshots of the wonderful commentary and scorecards and sharing with friends has always been a great way to enjoy Cricbuzz. If this has anything to do with DMCA compliance now that there's a live streaming tie in with Willow TV, that would be such a shame. Wouldn't it be possible to enable the screenshot utility while blocking any screen recording applications? Please fix it.
