Worst App, The app can be manipulated. The match was drawn on app but the opposite team has changed to win by contacting Cricheroes staff and they changed without consulting another team, which is so unprofessional and negative. Poor handling

I'm dis satisfied with the recent updates where communicating with other team for Opponent is hectic now. Before and all we click on looking and connected with opponent directly either through call r WhatsApp who looks for Opponent but now cric heroes DM which is total waste. We can't able to get what's is required . Change looking options.

Worst app ever seen for cricket scoring. Anyone can use our phone number to add a wrong score. Rude customer service also.

after the new update the app is crashing continuously, use it for sometimes and it will freeze then have to restart the app and find what you were doing!!! even after buying the pro then what it the purpose of it?

This app will suck your phone's battery at 2x speed. One of the worst implemented app intuitively as well which is also full of ads and wants you to subscribe for the smallest of data. Cricket clubs force this app on people because it's cheaper for them compared to CricClubs app which is excellent app. The players in return suffer from this cheaply built money grab of an app.

I paid for the lifetime free (infinite option). Yet, I have been seeing ads when watching match scores. The whole point of paying for the app was that I do not want to have ads in between, even if they can be dismissed. If you want, have a section for businesses which customers can view on demand. Stop selling ad free and then displaying ads. It's just plain misrepresentation.

Below Par. Scorecard showed completely wrong info for more than 2 days before it was Resolved stating it as Server issue. Why would it take 2 or 3 days to sort out such glitch?

Excellent App for cricket match scoring and live streaming.. Insights are great with pro detailing..Very professional customer support team who are quick to respond and address the issues.. Big shot shout out to CricHeroes team especially Ronak.

Too many ads.. hiding most basic details from one's own profile to coax users to go pro (paid version).. thoda toh kulla chodo bhai log..revenue Ads se mil Raha hoga.. but hiding one's own stats from the players too bad. You're using my details to generate data but hiding my own stats is a total deal breaker. Won't mind switching app if a better alternative comes up (am sure some day a competition will emerge who will at least not hide basic information)

Dear Cricheroes, Kindly stop considering all matches with 2-4 players in a team as fake matches. They are deleted even though the batters were bad, the bowlers were not good or otherwise. Kindly consider the matches if you want to review it as a fake match or not. To my dismay, I am not liking the app which doesn't change the stats (batting, bowling and fielding) every time a match is completed.

Monthly subscription at $9/month does not make much sense for Canadian users where we hardly play cricket 5 months in a calendar year. Yearly subscription $24 is less expensive but still cover only 4-5 months throughout a year. So probably bring down your monthly plan to $2.99 and you will have much more people opting to be Pro in Cric Heroes. You have better chance to sell more services and features after you have more people joined as Pro. Give it a thought! BTW, this app was a wonderful idea.

This app is very good but also have Some little bugs. 1. playing team can be more than 11 players. 2. A new feature should be added of cathes and run out by subsitute players. 3.Players should be added in team by their permission not only by captain's permission.

App is great for scoring. However with this new update I cannot even see my own stats unless I don't take Pro membership. What sort of logic is that? I understand you can lock it for other features but its really frustrating I can't see my own stats? Really?? This isn't done.

It is obvious that app is outstanding but from past 2 matches they are putting my matches is is under review and they are also.not updating our stats on CH leaderboard which makes a player demotivated. I have contacted to the customer support also they told me that they have solve the issue but the match is still in under review and also today we have played a match which is showing under review so I don't know why customer support is failing to solve the issue. Please solve the issue. Thankyou

This app is a much needed one if you are a player who wants to keep track of your individual performance in a consolidated manner. "Book Ground" feature is a revolutionary step for us but unfortunately it doesn't consider the typical Indian scenario. You can book a ground by paying 20% ground fees as advance but most of the times it will get cancelled after a couple of days and you may have to spend your Sundays at home. Ground persons must be held accountable for fake bookings.

Great experience so far and hope it continues, the backend support is amazing and cooperative as well. I had a Corporate tournament with the sports club and the issue was with their in-house scoring application glitch which didn't link with cricheroes and they went in depth to solve the issue for me. Appreciate the initiative taken to resolve the issue.

It is very very helpful for cricketing knowledge and also the career of one individual. It also stores our best performances and also helps us to recall those back. In conclusion I would like to say that it is very helpful in our Cricket career and every cricket player should use it. Thank you

Very good app.. We are using this for our internal matches and tournaments... But sometimes we do mistakes while scoring and app doesn't allow us to edit after the match... Maybe I am not aware of that. It could be nice to have editing features... Also what i extra we get for pro. It is not clear. Having said that wonderful app.. I would have bought pro version if it accepts international payment.

Everything was fine until the last update. Don't know what happened, but on Android phone, we are not able to start a match. After selecting the teams, it always says 'Please enter correct city name'. I have used this app for numerous matches with different city names and never faced such problem before the previous update. If this can be fixed, that'll be awesome. Also tried to go pro, but there is no option to pay in USD. If these issues are fixed, it's a 5 star app. Great job by Cricheroes!
