Love the cookies. The app was easy to load the box (like the visuals). But the payment feature was incredibly difficult to use. It took me a whole day of trying repeatedly before it would finally allow me to add a payment method. Even then, the screen is super dark and hard to even see what it's asking for (and the info you enter). That feature needs to be fixed big time or you'll lose money b/c people can't order. Nearly cost them my order, too.

This app has a very poorly designed UI. For example, if I try to add a payment method while placing an order, the "add card" prompt is almost illegible due to the dark brown/almost black background with black text. Originally I thought it was just being slow so I backed out and went back in but it turned out to be the color scheme for the UI. This and other things like making it difficult to choose a location with location services turned off are very bad design. Update: App is even worse now.

The cookies are absolutely delicious!!! However, there is no option for tech support. I have ordered from crumbl 4 times using the SAME address. But all of a sudden, the address is invalid and there is no number ir way to contact any means of support. I would want to rate better but it seems to be one of the apps where it works well when it works but once it stops working you might as well delete it and visit a location if you are fortunate enough to live near one.

1. It's garbage that you have to download an app at all. I'd much rather order from a computer so I don't have another app taking up room on my phone. 2. The "location" check-in is garbage. I tried to check-in for a friend who was AT the store to for curbside pick-up, but because it's location based I couldn't check-in for them, so they had to go inside anyways. Don't require the app for orders, and especially don't require GPS based check-in.

Taxes, delivery fees, tip 😲 The app seems well designed and easy to use. I was about to buy a 4 pack. Reviewed my order. Then it jumps $10 after taxes, delivery fee, and a small tip. They should be more up front with the final price. Also why do I need to share my precise location to leave a review from the app? Approx location is perfect for this, and honestly you shouldn't need it at all.

Great cookies. Just downloaded the app. So far so good. Update 7/19/21: The app is no longer working on my phone. I order for curbside pickup, get all the way through to the "send order" screen, and the app freezes. My orders are not going through anymore, which means I can't get my rewards points. Hopefully the devs will fix this issue soon, it seems a lot of other reviewers state the same issue.

EDIT! All previous issues have been resolved! I love being able to order cookies ahead of time! (Original review) 1 star: I really liked the app, but it has gone downhill. It was kind of annoying having to log in and send a code to my phone almost every time I opened the app, but now it won't even load past the payment screen. Really disappointing.

The app mostly works fine, but has loading issues and bugs. I tried to order delivery and pick up for the last few days, but haven't been able to because it only offers future order, a week ahead of time. Today is 03/08/24, and I can only place orders starting 03/13/24, for delivery or pick up. Tried on the website as well, same problem. Also, the app does not let you choose what cookies you want at the moment. You can only pick a set amount and that's it, but again, a week in advance only.

I had an issue with an order (wrong address and immediately tried to cancel while it started to process) and called the store as there wasn't an option to cancel the order. They said they couldn't cancel/change the address but that they would call door dash (who does deliveries) to cancel it. I reordered to correct address, but still paid for 12$ fees for original box to go to a home nobody was at for the weekend and can't type that in the app as no text appears on the type to describe order.

The app is easy to navigate and functions well. A small thing that isn't a big deal is that the location finder should be part of the main GUI. The main issue I have with the app (and website) is the video that plays at the top of the screen. It moves too quickly and is visually overstimulating. If the video could be slowed down or slower transitions between images, that would make the app more accessible for more people.

This app has become very buggy! And quite annoying. If after picking a date and time, you switch the location for delivery, the date/time resets to ASAP today, so you have to go back in and change the date/time again. And the app won't allow me to cancel and order for days ahead or change any of the details. This doesn't make sense from a customer service perspective.

The app was great for a long time. Recently it wants to require location from your phone when you say "I'm here", but if your location isn't caught up, you can't check in. I've been sitting in front of the store for sometimes 10 minutes and it refuses. Obviously that was just testing it and I just give up and go inside, but people sometimes have injuries or disabilities which makes this change and inaccuracy pretty inconvenient. The rest of the app and ordering is very easy and great to use.

This app is good for the most part but for it REFUSES to let me put my birthday in for the birthday club so that is extremely annoying, I've tried probably 50 times now and nothing happens. I also don't like how when I order ahead and have someone else go pick it up they then have to download the app. I should be able to check them in from where I'm at just like any other app but they only let u when ur at the location. I also don't really like how it won't let you check in if ur early.

Used the app to place a pick up order. No one could find the order. After waiting 30 minutes (even after showing receipt on phone) manager had a new order made. They were all confused saying the order never came through to the store. Side note I have tried joining the birthday club six separate times and it still pops up with a notification to join it and shows I haven't yet. For these reasons, three stars until some of the kinks are worked out.

Mostly works great, but changes the tip from what I type to something different when I try to put a custom tip. I tried multiple times to input what I wanted and it changed it every time. I have to take a lot of stars off for that. You cannot have an app that steals money from the tips or from the customer. Because either way, that's obviously very bad.

Seems like it would be fine, at first. The app requires your location or you aren't allowed to order. The map doesn't load the locations, even if you use a Zip Code or City. I experienced other problems, but I decided I wouldn't force it. I'll just have to order in person. This was going to be my first order from them, but I'm definitely rethinking it. There aren't any locations by me for MILES, so it'll be a real inconvenience, if there's a long line.

Perfect app to order and go...when the app decides it wants to actually work. Half the time when you order for Curbside and pull up, when you go to click "I'm here" it says you're too far away, even though you're parked right in front of their building. Due to this issue, since the point of curbside is so you DON'T have to get out of the car, I would have given more stars. Other than that annoying issue, the app and convenience works great.

It's a great way to view the cookies for the week, but it's should remove the 5 points option once it's been completed and add them to your points. So far, I'd say the app isn't difficult to use, but it's not exactly straight forward. Someone not used to technology might have difficulty figuring out things. I'd suggest a tutorial or the option of one.

Great product and customer service, will be a longtime customer for sure, but the website and app both could use some basic adjustments. for example, adding a view cart option in the top corner so you don't have to replace a new order to have "view bag" pop back up so you can checkout. is it stands now you have to add something to view cart, then delete one of the two items you only added for cart access, then, for me, it removed the item but the price stayed the same, had to start all pver

Half of the options do not work. Example: You get extra reward points for following them on social media, joining birthday club, signing up for emails/ texts, etc. Each one I have completed, I received only 2 of the rewards. You can sign up for notifications on certain items, but when you go back to that item, the notification you selected is gone. Certain tabs will not load (and no it has nothing to do with my internet or the network). Only a few examples. Too many bugs that need to be fixed.
