Not being able to open a trading app at any point is unacceptable, let alone without an explanation. This is the third time this week I've been unable to login with an error pop-up simply saying 'Something isn't right, try again later or contact support.' This is without mentioning that the UI is highly counter-intuitive - making it simple to set stop-losses and take-profits should be the a given. You've made it easy to trade, but difficult to trade successfully.

What a frustrating app to use. Everytime you exit to check the authenticor it takes so long to load back up that your key probably expired. Sometimes it will make you authenticate twice. You can't even copy paste the keys because it only inputs thw first digit so you have to memorize them. I don't understand why crypto and crypto exchange just can't be integrated, it's extremely frustrating navigating between both because they're both flawed and limited.

Locks up, Had to reinstall and the file wouldn't install. I am going to pull my business from this platform if they can't do better. It's super frustrating!

There is no customer service, I am waiting to get help already 14 days and none, except AI is responding. I don't like APPs of this company, I liked it at the beginning but I was blind, I really don't understand how it can get so high ratings.

Worst app on earth! How can it be called "Advanced Crypto platform"? Accessing to the apps is so lagging or can't enter at all during most of the important periods. REALLY STUCK!

Very frustrating. Please fix this issue. Transfer the coins is still challenging. Every time, I need to contact the help desk to clear my tokens. Message the help desk 2 days ago. There is still no answer.

I've had an account for a long time and yes all the reviews mentioning bad performance and lag are correct, sometimes its mind numbingly slow but I have put up with that. The thing I cant stand is getting locked out of my account - when I open the app and sign in im asked for additional information, there are three questions (annual income, how much I intend to trade in a year and employment status). After filling those in it tells me to contact support... And won't let me proceed. Terrible!!

Charts and trade data frequently lag behind each other, and often outright freezes so you have to keep switching tabs to reload them. Loaded indicators are not saved as well, so if you need any indicator you need to apply them one by one every single time you open the app. The issues exist in both Android and iOS. The tech is obviously licensed from Tradingview, and yet they can still botch up fundamental features.

My account has been locked funds has failed froze since September 23 since last withdrawal ACH was 10/02/23 since my account activated locked trying to contact customer support no resolve yet team's have no ideas to help me to receive my funds back 😭 and teams do not know how to give answers 😭 form one to anther so many teams just asking questions ❓ no resolve 😭 more's l reports 100000000 times The tramS abusinimg timer was playing games my account status still blocked Since 10/23

I do not wish to enable notifications. The answer is not "later" it's no. Please turn off this incessant nagging for notifications. On top of that, I'm pretty sure the app intentionally doesn't enable the later button when it asks sometimes because it simply doesn't respond but the "Yes" button always works. Funny that. Don't be toxic guys, respect your customers.

Wallet tab doesn't show correct balance USD amount. According to the app I have hundreds of thousands of dollars. Also the favourites on homepage keep resetting their arrangement.

About cleaning the phone. I do not understsnd. It is mot user friendly but every second is repidatly requesting a cleaning, and if not might cause the phone to be slow

Lag's all the time, no changes. Sometimes impossible to start application for few hours, it is simply not responding. And by Murphy law it happens when significant changes happening on the market. I am starting to think that it is in purpose. I am not talking about other lags. The worse exchange platform I ever had! Have to use it only because of crypto com wallet. And no response from support.

This app is very buggy, animations do not work properly and certain aspects either do not load or take ages to load, for example when I click an asset in my wallet, the data and history page will not load. For a crypto exchange, you'd at least expect them to get the website / app working properly. I feel I should probably take my investments and trading elsewhere if they can't even get this right! Edit: now the app doesn't even open!

Can someone figure out what is wrong with this app. Its beginning to piss me off. When trying to login I keep on getting messages like, ' under maintenance, 'something is wrong' or when I try to trade an asset like Sol, it brings me to BTC. Logs of bugs and issues. I'm thinking to get all my assets off the app soon 😕

Probably the worst cex I've ever tried, I've tried better low liquidity dexs.. full of glitches and more, if you need to contact their support, you are totally f$#@d. They lost some tokens by "recovering them" with a 50$ fees, and sending them back without any memo ( which seems to be normal but didn't even mention this, difficult to maintain a conversation in a chat where they answer every couple of days tho) Save some suffering and move to another one!

Support is horrible, they give you standard answers with no effort of resolution. Transfer from Crypto app does not require SMS OTP but required when you transfer it back. Now crypto is stuck since unable to receive SMS. Withdrawal to Fiat is also stuck though deposit has been made to verify account. No status on anything at all. User friendliness is almost zero for this app. DO NOT USE as its a one way ticket and there are no alternatives if you are stuck.
