Changelly is such a good platform for even beginners like me. I encourage all my colleagues to use it. There's this certain feature that actually does come in handy everytime, that's the option in the explore page to set it to show changes within 24 hours, a week, or a month. I find it really helpful

This is a great platform for anyone new to cryptocurrency. Swapping between cryptos is fast and straightforward, and I love that I don't need to create an account. This app is very informative. It shows the most current news about the crypto market and it also lists the gainers and losers in investments. There's an option to be able to chat with an agent in order to have any questions answered, or to take care of any issues. It also has a part in which it gives the options to sell, buy, or exchange crypto. Part of the format keeps you informed of the transaction history. Overall it's a very detailed and useful app👍

Changelly is a fantastic app for exchanging cryptocurrencies quickly and efficiently. The interface is sleek and easy to navigate. However, I've encountered a few minor bugs when linking my wallet, which caused some frustration. Customer support was responsive and resolved the issue promptly, but it did take a couple of days. Aside from that, the transaction speed and transparency are top-notch. I appreciate the detailed transaction summaries and notifications. Overall, a solid app

Very cool and very unique. The Exchange you're using might not have the trading pair you would like. But changelly might have it. This is the exact reason I use changelly. The fees are understandable and not unreasonable. I have no idea how good the customer service is because I've been using this app for years and never had an issue. 5 star for sure!

So far, after 3 months using changelly, I've had not 1 issue. Done prob about 10 transactions. I get nervous based on a lot of info i read but honestly, so far, not 1 issue and not only that, it's always worked flawless. Ex transactions, ex exchanges, fast, private, but yea, i still get lil bit nervous everytime i do a transaction, haha! No reason, just do. Use changelly, you'll be fine, i assure u of that.

Good app for swapping. No two swaps are alike. Comes in handy for certain swaps.. And people complaining about fees .. FYI, you gotta pay to play. Don't forget that. This is a service. They pay their employees. Which I might add, Are very helpful. Had a failed transaction on my part. Put a memo where there shouldn't have been one. Chatted with tech, sent memo to specialist. Had my transaction straightened out in ten minutes. Hit the correct wallet for previous agreement amount👌👍💯

Site has incredible support. Even though Changelly is incredibly easy to use, Digital Assets can be confusing to some, especially newbies, this is why support is sooo important. I have done many transaction & once forget to add my "tag" number, Changelly was able to recover my funds & place the funds in my account within the hour of losing it. I cannot tell you the stress that I would have had, had it not been for their incredible support!

Speaking as an absolute novice, I've been using Changelly for about a year. It has given me 0 (ZERO) problems of any kind. The staff has been first rate. The ONE time I did contact them had to do with 2FA and not the app itself. I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Given the subject, caution is always necessary when trusting your funds. I feel very comfortable recommending Changelly. Well done guys!
