my first transaction on this app sending $9 on usdt(ton) to convert to Ethereum waited for hours yet the transaction is still pending . I chatted the supports (Emma, james,tiffany, alejandro) they said that they are working on it for like 3 days now and still waiting it is obvoius that it goes well for some people who are using it like my friend that referred me to the app but you might fall a victim one day so you have your choice to make

Great service. I've used ChangeNOW for almost 2yrs+ without a single issue. So far, I had been using the website for my exchanges/swaps. Created an account (Pro) too later on. Then I found this app, and while it's mildly okay, 2 things I don't like are: It keeps logging me out of my account without stating I've been logged out when I open the app again & There's no dark mode.. Also, the UI on the website is far different (and BETTER) than how it shows on this mobile app. Please do this. Thanks

I've used this app 3 times thus far to convert fiat currency into binance coins while living in North America, where binance does not operate. the rates are very reasonable and the transactions have completed very reliably within minutes. 5 stars!

DO NOT USE CHANGENOW!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY FOR A SWAP FOR 2 DAYS TO NO AVAIL. I REPEAT DO NOTTTT LET THIS 🤡 A$$ APP RIP YOU OFF **EDIT**- After many inquiries I was finally able to get someone that really wanted to help me and was able to help me get my funds straightened out. To anyone experiencing these same problems just start out with sending their support department an email because you'll be helped much quicker IMO!

I was a little skeptical about using this app at first because there were no docs or meaningful help, turns out they're not necessary—cant meds it up. After making a test run with some Doge to DAI, everything went smootly and change now was cheaper with their fees than my wallet was. Thumbs up!

Love the app. I used to think it was pylsechain OGs that developed it. Anyway I'm here because the community recommended this and it's a great way to exchange assets if you're low on swap fees or don't have the time to make a swap. Txns are very swift. Great work guys

I really appreciate the support team on this app, last day I made a swap of tokens and it didn't go well, I contact with support and within 12hours my failed swap was refunded, I thought I could not recover it anymore but thanks to the team they really help me. The best way to get xmr monero in the UK seriously and it's only a little fee the time is acceptable even with just standard charge I recommend this company to anyone they haven't let me down in 10 plus transactions.

Funds have a "one time technical error" & take hours to get exchanged. I've used it 5-6 times & 3 times it's hung up & I have to get customer support to work on making the exchange happen. Waiting for better market conditions? This time my transaction disappeared from the history inside the app. But I found it on eth explorer. Customer support communicates quickly but with minimal information. Update: it's now been days and they still have my funds. No explanations. Deleting this app asap.

A little confusing at first. 1.) Select exchange you want to do. 2.) Paste address of wallet you want new coins to go to. 3.) Send existing coins to address the app gives you. 4.) Wait. Super simple, and it works great! Wish I had known about this earlier! Edit:. To make things clearer, Instead of the button at the bottom saying "enter address". Maybe make it say somewhere that it is the destination address.

Love this app. It's a quick (depending on how busy the blockchain is) little exchange app. no KYC or questions asked at all. just tell em what you're sending, they give you an address and you send your coin to them and usually within 10 mins you have your new coin. there is a bit of a fee especially with higher amounts of coin but that's to be expected and it's not even that bad. for the speed of the exchange, i'd say it's well worth the fee. i cannot recommend this app enough.

This works exactly like it's supposed to. Supports XMR! Update: one month later. Everything still works wonderfully. I've been using the service a good bit and it's been flawless every time. Highly recommended. Review update, Nov 11, 2020- I made a mistake during an exchange, and it errored out while about $200 worth of crypto was heading to an address I had no access to. Lomg story short, they were on it and I was refunded all of it within an hour! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a good app; the exchange rate seems pretty bad, but the app functions as described. The issue is transparancy. The exchange rate doesn't display a view of local currency equivalency and it doesn't display the current market value vs what the exchange rate offered. What happens is that you can easily make the mistake of making an exchange happily thinking that there are no fees, and forget to check anything else. You can quickly lose at least $10 this way. Improve transparancy please! :)

Adding to my original feedback: I'm getting quite annoyed by all the negative comments about this service & app. Honestly, I don't get the negative feedbacks people are posting. Personally, my transactions have always been smooth and without a hitch; and I do transactions few times a month, and no complaints whatsoever! This app & service is awesome!
