The application’s support team is not at the required level, as whenever I message you, the robot "jira" responds. I have had problems with withdrawals since April 1 until now, as my withdrawals do not reach the wallet even though I purchased Pools worth up to 2,000$ after great suffering with withdrawals, as they were able to Only withdraw $700. Please contact customers with real people and solve the withdrawal problem I trusted the app because it is posted on goole. Otherwise i don't trust

I think this is fake app . Because I am using the app with the cloud boost subscription I request withdrawal 1 month ago the request is till in pending. So don't use the cryptotab application. They also blocked my app account.

all.goods... only concern was the withdrawal. almost 15 days now even thou it says that nc wallet withdrawal is yltheir priority. support always tells the same thing but no action yet. for now ill give 2 stars. resolve this issue and ill give you full 5 stars.overload is within half a month? NOW IT ACTUALLY PAYS. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS IT TOOK A MONTH BEFORE IT PAYS. MAKE IT FASTER AND SMOOTHER. FOR NOW ILL GIVE YOU 4STARS

Do not waste your time downloading this app. It used to be credible but they haven't paid anyone in 9 months. I sent in a ticket and they still haven't responded as well. Don't waste your phone battery. Don't let them claim this is resolved. If it gets resolved i will edit my review.

This app were paying well before but now I don't know what befall them, it has changed and even their means of payment is not sure to worst the whole thing: they increased the minimum withdraw to the level that may never be possible to withdraw again instead the former 2000 satoshi .

Payouts for this app used to be almost instantaneous as I am using the NC wallet. My last payout request was TWELVE days ago and both emails to support have been met with a canned answer that does not justify this delay. I have to be honest; I am beginning to reconsider recommending this app to others.

I'm not sure what's going on with their support team, whether it be staffing or too many problems filling requests. I sent 30 dollars worth of bitcoin with a ten minute rush to the wallet provided to activate the cloud server at 14x. Now I'm not getting a response at all as to why and it's the third day.

These people are scams ...beware of how they get you ...I'm still waiting for developers to put my balance in order ....read the other views where others are having the same issues as myself...make withdrawal and it's like how long .in the end I cancelled the withdrawal.. however funds not returned to balance 8 months and still not received my balance back . I'm am going to log a scam alert on them . So other don't fall for this scam.

My experience was very bad thrice I requested for payment it took more than a 20 days to process and still not got my btc transferred to wallet, small amount or big amount of btc usually takes within 2-4 hours why it's taking ages, if I have spoken to customer service they will tell amount of bitcoin transaction are overloaded that's y it's taking lot time to process which is wrong kindly do return my amount as per timing... Google will next blocklist ur apps if ur faking with people money....

It has suddenly stopped working, it's not opening even. First you reduce speed, then you stop it from working. Overall not a good experience, you need to buy everything in this app...

This app has totally become something else, I've been placing withdrawal for more than 50 times now, and they are not releasing my mined coin in the wallet. And each withdrawal use up to more that 6 working days and yet nothing is done. I appeal something is done fast on this as it's making me loose interest in this. If I'll have to stop, I'll have to withdraw this cause I put money in it through crypto farm. So please, get this sorted and let it be released. Thank you.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP. I've been with cryptoTab since 2020 and this is not the app I started with. They no longer pay. I made a withdrawal on the 2 March 2024 and then on the payment history I see that it needed to be reconfirmed to which I never got an email to alert me to this, so if I didn't check I wouldn't have know (15 days later ). Now 20 April 2024 And nothing from them. They want you to download NC wallet which you will never get your payment from it. Update 7May and nothing.

was difficult to make sure it's setup correctly and I haven't heard from support of 2 messages I have sent. not sure if I'm even profiting anyrhing. unless my time doing stuff doesn't count for anyrhing. After you get going it's not bad. I don't like having to cash out to affiliate and then cashout again into my wallet. thatd where I got messed up and had started with one email and when it went to my browser, I was logged into a different email, so I bought miners with different accounts an

I am still waiting. Do not give me stories about fees as I know how all this works. Pool app sends instantly to my NC wallet on amounts as low as $1. After one send it'll change to your email address - meaning your next transaction gets stuck in cryptotab. If I change it back to the wallet address it goes in instantly. I will not stop leaving these reviews until I get my coin as I have paid real money - I was planning on investing a lot more if it passed this test.

I switched to a better phone and the old problems where it popped up saying maintenance issues are gone. Now the only feedback/problem I have is that the popup asking to turn on notifications never goes away. I always tell it to keep them on and I use them to turn mining back on too, but they keep popping up. Often twice in the same few minutes.

Withdrawals get stuck in confirmed status forever. Only the first 4-6 payments will go through, to get you to invest more. After that, they get stuck in limbo, after 4 days you reconfirm the transaction and nothing happens. The exception to this is the CT Pool app. Those payments are completed right away. Very frustrating to say the least. Don't waste your money here!
