Dude, this game rocks. I don't write reviews. They take too long, and I hate the sound of my voice in my head. BUT. This game is amazing. it's for people who dont like MMOs because the combat is smooth, and the interface isn't all automatic. You have to actually think before you attack, you have to strategically dodge and attack at pinpoint times, it's lovely. I do wish it were a bit more…open. I'm only starting chapter 2, so maybe it opens up more, but…I hope it does. Try the game, trust me.

Updated review. This game has truly been a great experience. Love the combat, story, crafting system, all of it. The stamina system makes more sense now and why it is limited. You can not play anymore if you run out, and that's the point - that's the only downside. They don't want you to burn through all the content and are stuck doing nothing. After the story, there is plenty of grinding for endgame gear, a ton of sidequests, camera op locations, and fleet activities.

it seems alright. I wouldn't attempt it without a controller. around the time you become level 22 you'll start fighting enemies that bounce all over the map and it is simply not fun trying to track them on a touch screen. it's a shame, because the skills themselves seem fun. you get 4 main skills, and then when you activate them a second on pops up in is place. you get to pick every skill and it's placement. highly customizable. the gameplay is not fun on touch screen due to the camera.

honestly pretty good game so far, you can obviously pay your way to better gear if you want but it is completely unnecessary unless you're one of those sweaty for mobile games types. great graphics and controls are responsive unlike similar games I've played where there is a lag. Each characters skills are wonderfully animated as well. Hard to believe these kinds of games are on phones now. I'd definitely recommend giving this a chance, play through to at least level 20 to give it a shot.

I was only given a couple servers to choose from and later on I found out that they were NA servers. I'm in Asia. The average ping I get in game is about 300ms. They need to add a way to choose servers nearby. For players that they forced to play on random servers, they need to add an option for them to migrate servers. There also needs to be at least 2 more support classes. Gold becomes extremely sparse as you progress. Gear upgrading is a total mess and the stat calibration is at best, clunky.

Action MMO on mobile. Great intro, right into action combat which feels great! and then pretty light on the hand holding through the menus early on. Locked gender classes and character customization comes after a few levels, which is serviceable. Has Gacha for clothing items and different weapons. No auto questing, but it will teleport you closer if you have the waypoint. Feels good to play and that's what matters most to me. It's worth checking out if you are looking for a mobile MMO.

it's honestly been a good time since launch. at first it can seem limiting due to the stamina resource feeling like there's not enough but it opens up after you either hit lvl 60 with a character or start a second character. the game is completely F2P you don't have to buy anything to become strong. I'm in the top 15% of players on my server and I have literally only spent 2 dollars to willingly buy a bonus pass of sorts and to speed up the process of dyeing my armor. 100% worth it.

A teeny bit laggy in some places, but I love how easy it is to customize your character. The story is mid, but thats a given, it's not the negative most folk may think it is. Gameplay is snappy and I love you can customize the game pads for preference. Nice abilities and effects, BGM and the voice acting is decent too. Good legs, let's see if we can keep it standing.

I love Crystal of Atlan. I played to level 19. This is such a fun game. Extremely stylish and full of charm. Its very much like Genshin: Impact from the graphics style to the way the games story unfolds. The character classes have two styles each, once you reach a certain point, you can change your class and customize your characters appearance to a certain extent. There's so much to do, and leveling up is addictive. Zero bugs, and so much fun to play. The devs have created a hit mobile game.

Amended: It's dropped from 4 stars, almost 5 to 2. I gave it a great review originally. Was fully planning on spending actual money. Until I got to around level 40. Your energy runs out and you cannot progress further unless you spend money. I will not support a game, no matter how good it is. When it tries to force you to spend money to continue the story. I really thought I finally found a great mobile game. Very disappointed.

This game is very fun and so is the lore. I hope to see what the new updates add. So far as a f2p, the 120 energy thing is very annoying since there's not a lot of ways to get a battery pack without spending actual money and sometimes you get invested to the point you want to keep playing. The fact high grade gear is ridiculously expensive to the point ppl spend irl cash sucks. But other than that, I hope there's more hairstyles and cool stuff for us to do in future updates.

I lowered my review because recently I invited some friends to join. It is very annoying to have to add them every time we want to explore a different area together. So, if there could be a way to patch that later on to where if you're in a party, you go into the exploration area already partied up, that would be great. As well as if we're going around doing the collectibles for it everyone in the party to be able to collect at the same time instead of having to redo the same area for everyone.

This is one of the rare times that a mobile MMO is actually good. The visuals are nice, the story isn't bad and is super easy to skip through and still get a summary of conversations to follow. The combat is fluid and easy to pick up. And it is NOT auto combat, a feature that instantly ruins almost every mobile game. A rare gem among endless mobile MMO slop.

There are not enough free pulls, and getting them is like finding a needle in a haystack, and stamina is used for the actual story mode. I would not say its pay2win yet, but you're going to spend money playing this game because they leave you with little resource like stamina. From events, it can pile up, but it's crazy how fast it runs out. Animation is great, and the classes are wonderful. Every class is genderlocked, though, which is upsetting.

Seems like a game with really fun classes and okay story, but SO tired of the game CONSTANTLY forcing me to do this, equip that, upgrade this even if don't want, check out this AGAIN; usually it's something I've already done or figured out... WAY too much hand holding breaks the immersion. Worst stamina system with hardly any way to refill on top of gear fails, low content and customization. The game needs optimization cuz even with great phone and internet, still lags so bad or crashes...

This is a great game, one of the best mobile mmos I've come across. If you're looking for some auto fighter or to be able to sit back while it plays for you, you're in the wrong place. The story has been fantastic, the art work.. superb. I've not even experienced a single lag event since I've started playing this. My final take on it 6/5 stars!

Have to admit I didn't have very high expectations for this. first thing I'll say is I'm five levels away from being able to change my class. I picked my character based on the way she looks so I'm not happy about having a different look after class change which is what it looks like. Either way this game is optimized probably better than any other gacha game I've ever played. Very well done. The UI is nice and sleek. Major win there. Graphics are awesome. Skills are awesome. Definitely a must!

Edit from my original. Please get rid of the energy system. There isn't enough to do outside of quests to keep you busy enough for it to replenish. Tree of Savior has an even more punishing energy system, less than dynamic on the combat but there are job occupations to level up, a homestead and an open world to explore. Give the player more to do while they wait . Please, and the PVP...I wish I could catch an opponent in a dungeon.. I'll just leave it at that..

I'm having a blast with the combat, and the story doesn't get in the way of it. The movements for the two classes I've played are awesome (flashy, but clear). The main part of the game is just sick, I genuinely am having a great time. 4 stars for having a gacha system that you can't even get resources for. It's mostly cosmetic (but still gives you stats), but I cant get any resources to draw it for free.

So far, it's a lot of fun. I've only completed the first chapter. Some of the controls I'm finding tricky (I'm not a fight simulator kinda guy. I've always found those games hard). My character tends to wander and not go precisely where I intend. Jumping and fighting - these things are hard for me. But there's enough story content and achievable goals to keep me interested. So, here we are a few days later: bored. 5 dungeons, plot threads left dangling, turns into pvp who's the best nonsense.
