It's absolutely terrible I have been Platinum status for months now and you'll keep ripping me off by not giving me my 100 points per donation y'all are only giving me 75 and even the status before Platinum y'all were still only giving me 75 points I would greatly appreciate it if you would reimburse me for all the points Also I was unable to donate for like 3 weeks and I have been saving up those points for over a year and y'all deleted over 1,100 of my points now how is that fair

I have to say I have had the best experience with CSL and the staff I love coming to donate and catching up with everyone there. I have only had one time that was bad and upset me enough to give a bad feedback servay. Was actually thinking about talking to the management about the incident but decided that the bad feedback servay was going to be enough. I also thought to myself that people can have bad days and I didn't want to make it any worse if that was what it actually was.

With all the apps ive tried, i can say this outbeat them all because you are saving saves and getting rewarded for donating your plasma which is a all around blessing. Thank you CSL for this all around gift to the world that changes the space of time in a beautiful and helpful way!🙂👍

App quit working today. And while I love my CSL staff and the location is pristine, welcoming, and professional...I can't access my money, rewards, questionnaire, or schedule etc. when the app doesn't work. So not sure what to do.

Y'all should really add a feature to the scheduling that automatically blocks when you're not eligible to donate. So if we happen to forget what was said we have an easy reminder and don't tie up your phone lines x) just a thought

The app is constantly loading bits and pieces but the whole screen is never fully loaded. I have a Google Pixel 6 that's fully updated. Tried it on Wi-Fi and data, same thing.

They really needs to adjust the rewards. It takes months to get enough points to get a $10 bonus. And if you miss a month of donating they take almost half of your points away. Enough points that it will take me at least 2 months to get them back. I was in the hospital with pneumonia. Can't donate since and can't donate with bruises so I had to wait and now I just lost half of my reward points. That is unfair and ridiculous!!!

Its a great app and keeps updated info about you and gives promos and rewards! Only problem is getting your donor ID number to activate rewards its a pain grrrrrr

App simply does not work. After putting in the location nearest me when using the app for the first time, I went to the locations tab to double check that I had the right location. It had the location I put in, but above it was a location I did NOT input, but had donated at before, years ago (note I have not donated there in 2 years.) Upon trying to set a reminder it defaults to the OLD location, and upon deleting the location it still defaulted. I restarted the app and the old location was back

App currently not working. I keep going through the process to reset password but it keeps saying "something went wrong" and sends me back to the login page. Prior to this it was a great, easy to use app. Now it's junk. UPDATE: Sent 2 inquiries with NO response from the developer. Update: still no reply from the developer and it won't let me re-set my password.

The app won't load or will only partially load. It keeps saying "Service unavailable". Doesn't matter if I'm using mobile data or Wi-Fi. It wouldn't matter so much if literally everything wasn't done on the app. The website will only take you to the download page and insist you use something that's broken. Please fix the app or make a website for donors.

In order to set up an account, you must use your Email as your User ID to login. I was also disappointed at how many of my purchases were charged a service fee. The toll free telephone card services transaction details Include the service charges/fees you were charged for each purchase. However, the app does not show 'all service fees" for purchases. Which is misleading. I also installed the update notice, and so far have not had any glitches with the app.

What's the point of an app that just opens a web browser window for one of the most commonly used features? (Health history questionnaire) 10/04 update: The design changes are awful. I can no longer see if there is a donation survey to be taken for a particular donation without going into each individual time. This is a downgrade from the survey showing on the list of previous donations. I now have to scroll down multiple screens to click on health questionnaire, when it was previously on page1

Struggling with the app...don't normally have this problem. It's showing that I'm still a brand new donor; some options are missing. I took a friend and went thru the process for referral credit and cannot get any help on this...a live agent is nowhere to be found. The attendants at the center are not trained on this app. Very disapointing.

The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my iGive rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.

During my attempt to do the post-donation survey that the app offers to get the extra 5 points. For some reason as early as last week whenever I go to my donation history and select the date amd do the survey. When loading the survey page it just stays a blank white screen. I have restarted the app and restarted my phone as well. Sadly, no troubleshooting was successful. I'm thinking it's a bug inside the app which is why I'm posting this feedback review. I love this app though.

This app worked fine a few months ago when I first started using it. Now that I'm attempting to log in after not doing so for about a month, it's stating my credentials are wrong, which is not so. I've confirmed my info and it no longer allows me to log in with phone number or email. It's disturbing when apps are updated and result in you no longer being able to use them due to no fault of the user. FIX IT OR REMOVE APP FROM DATA BASE OF CHOICES!!

I love this app except one big problem. Once you set a location, you can't change it. In most apps, you tap on your saved location and get the option to select another. This app doesn't do that. I even went into profile settings and deleted the old location, but it's still displayed as default. I also tapped on location at the bottom, selected my new location and tried to set a visit reminder, but it changed to the old location. Please fix!
