I would give it no stars if I could. This app is a joke and doesn't work. It is updated to the most current version, but when I tried to open it it kept closing automatically and said it kept stopping. It took me trying to open it probably 5 times before it opened. It won't load any MyCulver's information so it is basically useless. I can find the flavor of the day quicker by just going online then I can using the app.

I use the website online order system off my phone since i work late and eat at culvers often because of that. Firstly, the menu is cluttered and options for items could be better organized. Whilst using the app, it processes actions slowly when you tap on items. If you need to edit items, goodluck, your checkout cart might disappear after editing. Its very frustrating when youre on a time crunch. Overall, decent try on the app. I prefer using the website instead

Well designed and everything, I wish you could earn points and promotions in the app. Plus there is no option to add extra or an easy amount of toppings. There is no option for family sizes or other types of floats either. If they add points/promotions and especially more customization options, this app would be way better and a more convenient way of getting what you want without having to go there to get a certain thing you want. Plus I would give it a 5 stars also. I work at Culver's btw.

The app is very buggy on top of missing a basic level of polish. Forms will auto fill with invalid info (e.g. 0 in a phone number field). Critical functionality like the add to cart buttons are unresponsive and don't don't work, no exaggeration, 9 times out of 10. Just use the website to order. The app, in it's current state, is unusable.

Room for improvement like having everything you offer and able to order it. Like if I want a waffle cone or cake cone I can't get that unless I order at the drive thru or go inside. I'd like to be able to add toppings to the pints and you can only get vanilla or chocolate no toppings or mix ins. Like what?! So, customization kinda sucks and the app can be slow and clunky. There's no rewards program either not that you have to but would be nice since you are on the pricey side.

It's quite simply the worst fast food app I've experience. It promised a free meal if you sign up. First of all. You don't actually get it. What you do get is a buy one. Get one offer which is useless. When you're going out for lunch at work and you're by yourself. It immediately sent multiple things of spam has a horrible menu and there's no record of purchases. If you want to repurchase something or if you want to collect points for any kind of reward. It's the only app out that doesn't .

food's great, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. it wont let me save the location closest to me (other ones save just fine), and for whatever reason i cant save a payment type to my account. it doesnt even give me the option to when i order food anymore, so i have to put in my payment information manually each time, which is extremely time-consuming. also, theres a deal that pops up briefly when i go to 'my culvers' but it disappears before i can fully read it. dont know what thats about

Buggy and slow app. There is a major problem with session info being discarded when you're ordering and need to navigate away from the app briefly to get a card number or something. Also if you start ordering while not logged in (because login expired), then log in, the cart will again be deleted. Very frustrating and should be easy to fix. All around seems like a lowest bid app.

For being known for your concrete mixers, you'd think the app would let you customize and add more than just the 2 included toppings (for an additional charge), but nope! Additional add ons aren't available in the app. Had to go to the website to redo my entire order. Not helpful though the app is slowly getting better. Not there yet!

I'm unable to find any locations to order from. When I load up the map and use the search, it just sits there thinking for several minutes and then returns no results. I can't even select it on the map. This makes the rest of the app entirely useless unfortunately. You guys were incredibly late to the app game, so this app should be at the very least on par with other established food apps.

I tried to order from the app and it went mostly okay, but there's no options to do something like "extra pickles" or anything like that. I also couldn't select the "flavor of the day" as my concrete mixer. It advertised what the flavor of the day was for the location I selected, but there was no way to choose it when I ordered. On top of that, when I tried to upgrade my drink to a small concrete mixer, it just kept loading. The only way I could order a concrete mixer was to order it separately.

Overall okay, but needs work. As many have said it's clunky and slow. I did not have check out issues, but it didn't take my saved card at first so I had to type it in. You cannot order flavor of the day with Scoopie meal despite the fact that it is an option right on the free scoop token. Also, being able to further customize toppings (like easy ketchup or extra pickles) seems like something that should have been coded in from the start.

All I have to do to earn my first reward of a BOGO value basket is add a favorite location, but no matter what I try, I can't. The app has location permissions, it can find me if I tap the Find Location button across the top, but if I try to add a favorite location from the MyCulvers page, it spins and spins and spins when I enter a city, state, or ZIP. Nothing shows up and I can't add a location as a favorite.

Scanned a QR code from a coupon mailer that was sent to my home to get this app. Can't use the coupons in the app. They don't have any digital coupons or deals or loyalty programs either. What's the point? Other restaurants reward customers for their data and downloading their app, otherwise these apps are pointless and waste more time than they save.

I use restraunt apps all the time, but this one is lacking. Needs a rewards/points/loyalty system; otherwise, what's the point in the app? Also, my location kept changing which made my "flavor of the day" order invalid in a kids meal which makes you go through every item in the kids meal again to edit/redo the ice cream choice, and my location changed twice, so I finally gave up and took the token to redeem later instead. Also, unable to add extra toppings on for additional fees.

Was able to handle my basic orders through the application. However, was unable to order the flavor of the day for my local Culver's through the app. The UI feels more like mobile website than an application. When upgrading a sandwich to a basket, I would assume it would take me to the side options rather than confirming the sandwich I just made. Also, I had the previous Culver's app on my phone (4.87) and there was no notification of a new app to use. Just a buggy app leftover.

So far, useless. I thought the purpose of an app was to make sign in easier. You still have to wait for an emailed verification code, and there's no option to set up biometrics or remember me. I was kicked out three times, and after finally signing in, none of my preset restaurant locations, previous orders, or payment info was saved. This totally defeats the purpose...

I can't do anything in the app until I select a location, except I can't select a location. If I enter an address, it just spins forever. If I use location services, it just immediately tells me "sorry there are no restaurants near here" (I'm literally sitting in the parking lot, but ok). Not sure how anyone on here is getting to other issues when you literally can't start using the app

Hate this app. I had the app years ago before Culver's decided to take it away and make everything online. App back then was not perfect, but it was better than this time. When looking at menu or flavor of the day, I hate constantly having to put in my zip code when you already have my favorite location set. Also, when trying out the order feature, flavor of the day wasn't there to pick to go with my meal. I ended up not ordering at all and went somewhere else. Where's the coupons and deals???

It mostly works, but while the order flow is acceptable, the responsiveness is not. It's laggy, with some taps not registering at all or very delayed. I'm not a mobile app developer, but compared to other mobile apps, there's something 'off' about this one. As an example, when trying to tap 'I'm Here' it just doesn't respond. Other buttons take a noticeable delay to register (it's not my phone).
