The pay is a lot less. Tells me I'm inactive when I'm active. If I accepted 2 offers, it will tell me I'm going in the wrong direction, repeatedly. I got penalized for punctuality and when I tried to appeal and ask exactly what was not punctual, no one responded – let's not set people up for failure of you don't have the bandwidth to respond to an email explaining why I got the violation. They still don't put business name in description and businesses delivery notes are not accurate upon pickup

Send me a text and said they had work in my area. Download the app and spent 2 weeks on duty and not one offer for multiple vehicles.. another waste of time app looking for ppl to waste time to work for nothing. Stay away from these apps, they are for ppl these companies can take advantage of..

They use to be good. But now I try helping by taking an extra delivery. After i deliver the broker stopped answering and didn't pay $125 agreed on. Text messages show the agreement, yet no one at curri seems to care. Fuel is not cheap, I'll find somewhere else

Rarely, I can have any work, because Curry can't text a new job. Even when I kept the app open, they couldn't display it. I need to keep it in and off to display it and already taken it by another driver.

I had two deliveries on 6/20/2024 and never got paid. Both deliveries were an 1hr 20mins away. I still haven't been paid. No one is reaching out to me or trying to contact me. It would of paid me $175. This is a horrible company and app and I'm very frustrated.

Over 1k deliveries completed 4 Curri! Been about 4.5 years now. They have been hiring a bunch of office positions which has really made the offers and compensation drop and driver support lmao we t from above par 2 years ago to absolute garbage! I don't know how many times I've had to sit at a delivery Google the company to track down the customer or correct addresses. Don't get me started I'm not getting paid for deliveries either. Plus oversaturation of drivers. Who accept anything they get!

I'm very interested, however when trying to sign up it I cannot make it past the verification code screen. I checked both of my messaging apps, including spam text messages and still not code.? I made sure my spam blockers are off and still nothing... help! I will definitely give the app a better rating once I am able to actually sign up.

Get emails and texts about deliveries, but I can't login. No way to contact anyone because they don't accept inbound calls only through the in app chat which I can't access since I'm not a verified driver. Hopefully complaining on the app reviews has someone contact me because this is rediculous.

This app has horrible communications between drivers and curri. You can only message, and response takes a while. Also, the fact that the button to send a message gets hidden from drivers is ridiculous. We need a phone line for communication in real time

app does not function as it should. when I arrive at the pick up location the app doesn't recognize it and when ever I try to contact support they take too long to respond. The live chat is explicitly what I'm talking about. I initiated two conversations thinking one would get picked up quicker than the other but they both took over an hour and what's worse is I was on a job when I needed this help. There needs to be a direct number to call that's easily accessible for people that are on a job.

I've been doing this for over a year and normally I'd rate this app 5 stars, but lately I've been having nothing but glitches and problems with the app (App isn't sending me text messages anymore, notifications aren't coming through with sound) and I've missed out on SEVERAL deliveries just in the past 2 days because of it. On top of that, lately I've been having the HARDEST time trying to get ahold of a dispatcher if and when I run into a problem with the assigned delivery. VERY dissatisfied.

Use to give it 5 stars. App was awesome. Now the past couple months they are adding and changing things and the app is junk. Always tells me it's not available in my area. Been driving in the same area 2 years. I don't get offers anymore for a delivery. Use to get damn near 10 sometimes more a day come through. In the last 2 weeks I've had 2 come through. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no good. Wish it would go back to the old simple app that worked awesome.

The best platform out there. Easy to set up and use. Best payment system and rates compared to other platforms. Professional team. There's some room for improvement for the overall experience with the app. An "Other" option for the help messaging is very important, as often times the issue the driver is seeking help with isn't one of the available options. Keep up the good work team Curri!

Updated rating: Many issues with app. Recently, 6/26/24 I did a 2 pick-up 1 drop-off total 147 miles 4 hour delivery. Haven't been paid the $160 that I was supposed to get. If you're new looking to do this app, I'd just avoid it. Takes support hour or more to have a simple chat it like they help 20 people at once or something. They can't really do anything besides wasting your time and energy. Also you can't call them they closed all the phone lines.

Good app with fairly-good paying jobs. Removed two stars for the unnecessary inactivity "feature". The "You're inactive. Click to reactivate" error message and button can and has cost me multiple jobs! If any app should work in the background, it's this one. You can't expect me to keep this app on my screen all day every day just so I'm not inactive. It's not feasible. You need to DRASTICALLY expand the inactive timeout "feature" to get a full 5 stars. App crashes when I click on notification.

I have had this app for 3 months and have only done 5 rides with it. When a run notification comes up and I'm either rushing to refresh the app or waiting for the run to load in the app it is usually gone by the time it loads. I've also noticed that when I place a bid and am waiting to be awarded the run, I unexpectedly lose it without a chance to rebid lower and without explination. This is something you'll see is a reoccuring theme with this app in other reviews. Support is a joke

Overall the gigs are decent. BUT, this is a HUGE but, the driver's rating is done via non human means. The offers sometimes don't show up until after the pickup time requested. Causing my driver's rating to keep dropping - this is due to factors outside the driver's control. Here's the BIG problem, the driver's score takes the hit because the delivery is past the posted pickup time. This ultimately affects the drivers ability to receive offers. FIX THIS ISSUE!!!
