A person called claiming that someone made a big purchase on my Amazon account. He was trying to get me to download this app so they can steal info. Don't allow them to take over you device. I think this app needs to find a way to add more security. Not just allow anyone to use it. I cant blame the app for what others do but please add some other safety nets for customers. While the guy was trying to play me, I heard so many guys in th background trying to draw others in. Be careful please.

Nowadays this app is used by scammers to scan. They call and tell users to download this app and enter session I'd and check 3-4 checkboxs to share the screen. When you enter your debit/credit card details they see your details and OTP as well. In this way they clear your bank account balance. Please be aware 🫡

Most of the time this is a five star service. Other times, like this morning, you can not login to the system. It says it will send you a code through your text number -- but does not. I am more than a little disturbed by the calls wanting access to your system. This tells me this company might not be reputable.... or have full control over its software!! BEWARE!!! FIND SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN YOU NEED IT!!!

We use this at work on Samsung devices. A horrible app for the end user and technician. So many hoops to jump through to connect. Needlessly complicated. Just had to give up on a session as the end user could not connect.

This might be a good application, however fraudsters are using this app to fraud the people being unaware of things and get panic. I got a call for MNGL deactivation account and the frudster asked me to install this app, he asked me to enter the session key that might share my mobile screen and If I am not wrong even if we don't use this app they can record the screen until the session gets time out. Request to ZOHO to prevent this misusaged immediately to get the people trapped.

Paid good money to be able to support family smartphones, but the zoho Android app cuts off any of the options to agree or decline for remote sessions. This is on a samsung galaxy note 10. One of the most common and premium flagship type devices and they can't even render the app properly. Debating asking for refund and look at other providers. At first I thought it was a great tool, but there are way too many little cludgy bugs. Feeling very annoyed and cheated out of $400+ for just 1 tech

Do not install this app. It is a scam designed to gain screen-sharing access to your device. Once installed, they will prompt you to recharge your smart meter using your debit card or net banking. They will then capture your card details and commit fraud.

Why would any of you ever install an app because a stranger called & demanded you do so? Check out Kit Boga on YT for examples of this because scammers have been doing it posing as Microsoft platform for years. They clone the real company's platform looks. Secondly, why would you click to give anyone access to your phone when you didn't initiate the call for help to begin with? This is an app clone of the real zoho remote assistant app. Report this as a copycat.

Never install this fraudulent application. It is controlled by scammers. I received a call and was instructed to install this application. I became very suspicious during the call because the person was unusually friendly, which is not typical of SBI employees. I hung up during the conversation and read all the reviews of the application. Thank God I was one step away from being scammed.

Fraud case is being done by using this app. A person from false identity called me to update the smart bijli meter annd asked me to download this app. Once I downloaded the app he asked me to enter some code and select few options post this a pop up came in which he asked me to click the option share your screen. I urge every users to be aware don't fall for the scammers.

It's a pretty handy app That makes it easy to remotely assist customers. It's unfortunate there's a lot of people that will take a call from a stranger and do their bidding by installing a remote access app and get hacked and blame the maker of a remote assistance software for it.
