Slow. Full of bugs. Tired of using this at conferences

Was working then it stopped working. Uninstaller and reinstalled with no ability to use it. See an update happened April 12th, that is when it stopped working for me.

So buggy you can hardly use it. Messaging section crashes almost every time, 5 minute wait per character entry. Otherwise a great clean app to use.

Wasted a long time updating my event profile only for it not to save. Worked back on myself, deleting as I go (on mobile only because no browser interface) and it's down the image. Cropped image to 0.4mb. No dice.

Slow, AND a truly stunning number of information requests against your device. They claim to not share data with third parties, but 5000 requests in just a few minutes? You're almost at malware levels!

It is not extraordinary but does the basic of information and registration.

As both a CVENT planet and also a user if this app at other conferences, this app is complete garbage. Move back to crowd compass. This app can't do half the things crowd compass could and it is constantly frozen and giving mis information.

Never had a worse experience with a mobile application. I have to click on buttons 5-15 times before they register the click, getting to the details of an event takes a minimum of 5 second. It is infuriating.

Terrible at providing conference event presentation downloads. Every file opened differently, some would not open at all, others required me to install other apps in order to read the file. For the amount I paid to attend the conference, I found not getting the presentation files to be unacceptable.

It worked well for me and I don't think the bad reviews about how it is slow are justified. The app really isn't that slow and was able to show me all events that were coming up within 10 seconds. It even outlined breaks in-between events which was nice. However the app isn't perfect since the map visuals are a little hard to read, but overall it gets the job done.

I honestly don't get all the bad reviews. Our production company is using it at our event without issue. Granted, we aren't using the attendee functionality, just keeping track of all the general sessions and breakouts. I like the ability to search and filter for literally anything. It could be snappier, but so could the WiFi in literally every ballroom. So I can't fault it like everyone else seems to be. It has a simple and effective interface.

App is very slow often freezes, my ram is 8gb on my phone. Shouldn't happen like this.

Sooo slooow. Where do I start? Even though all the data is cached, it can't work offline. It's so slow and unresponsive, you end up clicking something twice, then it decides to also use the second click which you then have to get back from. It makes such appalling use of screen real estate... session titles are truncated so you have to click on each one to even read that. Then the session's abstract is truncated so you have to click "more" every time.

Only lists past test day. No access to 2024 date.

When it works at all it's extremely slow, but mostly it just freezes and crashes

Nice app, however not useful for collaboration. I have no way to share my calendar, not with coworkers attending event nor with colleagues or management to get feedback on my schedule.

Scanned the QI, downloaded the app, the correct convention shows, type my details. That's all it did, haven't received email with the code to enter at all.

I used this for a conference last week and had no problems with it. It was very handy to have the event info at my fingertips they way Cvent does it. I liked getting alerts when a break was ending. Good stuff!

Overall feels like a prototype rather than production quality app. Selecting events to attend from the overall schedule is very tedious, 2 clicks to expand each event with 1-2 sec delay per clico. Offline experience is very poor (I hoped to make my schedule on the airplane - not possible). Viewing personal schedule is bad - shows just the first word of each title.

Incredibly slow. Tapping on any item often takes 10 seconds or more before anything happens. The default schedule view isn't smart enough to show me current and future sessions, it always starts from the first event of the conference. Then I have to try to scroll (which often doesn't work) to the current day. And don't think you'll have any better luck by adding them to your personal schedule. Clicking the plus button works rarely. In summary, something is seriously broken with this app.
