The CVS/caremark™ app lets you refill or request new mail service prescriptions, track order status, view prescription history and more. You must have CVS/caremark prescription benefits to use the app: If you’re not sure, check your health insurance plan information to confirm.

Totally useless. When I can get logged in every menu option takes me back to the login screen. Honestly I would think this app is just phishing for passwords except it knows some of my info and did require a verification and even that is leaving me with doubts.

Can't get into your website to check my drugs situation. I keep getting a message that states "ERROR 15" and no one after many calls to Caremark can get the problems corrected. Unbelievably was told that you have no IT DEPT. (HA HA). What an easy way to get out of getting your problem answered. Someone should tell your Reps. @ Supervisors. That every Co. has technical issues Dept. I would like to speak to that Dept. (PLEASE ADVISE)!!

It's been about 3 years now I've had this app on my phone and it still crashes and freezes every 10 seconds. Whoever is developing this app, please send them to some formal training in programming and testing. This is such an embarrassment to the CVS brand!

Everything associated with CVS apps (desktop & mobile) are the WORST in the industry. If my insurance didn't steer me here, I would be steering way clear of anything associated with CVS or CVS/Caremark. Just try to find and then edit the Shipping Address as one simple test to see how messed up this entire system is. You won't find it in mobile and the desktop version doesn't work. Who is in charge of this mess that's been going on for YEARS?

This App is terrible! It keeps saying do you want to wait or close the App. To try and view your perscriptions you have to log in twice not sure if it ever logs you out of the first time you log in. Therefore this App does not seem trustworthy. Also, it does not show accurate information even if you do manage to get logged in. In my opinion they should make two (2) versions of this App... 1. One to go potty on... 2. One to cover it up with. It really sucks!..... Honest!

This app overall is awful and has always been awful since I started using it about 4 years ago. The app only has a fraction of the features the web browser has. The app is only good if all you do is refill general prescriptions, but if you need anything else (like to check prior authorization status etc) then use the browser. Not user friendly and incredibly slow.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Every time I use it for otherwise simple tasks that would take a minute or two, takes about 10 minutes of going through the app crashing. About 5 minutes of trying to log in half a dozen times with it crashing. Then when I finally log in to get the price of meds, same amount of crashing. Going in the pharmacy is a nightmare, calling pharmacy never answer, app is a same just as horrible. Terrible and horrible company all around. This app doesn't help!

Awful app. It tells me that I don't have any prescriptions in the system, but I'm holding one in my hand. It also tells me that the RX number should be 9 digits long, but mine is 7 digits long. Strongly might try Capsule. The worst thing here is that the Mail Order feature can't be done in the app. How long does it take to make and test several screens to do this while making API calls to complete the task. There is no way that it can't take 2 months including testing.

Ugh... latest "upgrade" is even worse... due to having to create multiple "accounts" because I can't update previous ones, the application is defaulting to an older one... not my current one. Tried signing out/in and the stoopid fingerprint ID requirement just overrides any attempt to manually enter the current one. I give up. Hopefully the web page will work. No wonder I have hypertension!!!!!!

Since the update, I am no longer able to access my information on this app. It tells me that I no longer have an account on this plan. Because of this message I contacted Customer Service to make sure my account was registered. It is. This app was amazing before you updated it, now it's worthless for me to keep on my phone since I have to use a desktop to access my account. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to fix the issue either. When it used to worked, I loved it!

Since last update, app opens to CVS Caremark logo and freezes. Sometimes a Google Play popup appears, but the app no longer opens. Looked for the developer contact info to report the issue and it's a Gmail email account! Seriously?!?! I get that they probably outsourced development, but at least give them a Caremark email address to appear legit.

This app is horrible. I go to mail order my prescriptions, it says it's going to send a confirmation, but never does. And yes, all my info is in there. I go to check the status and nothing is there. Turns out later, it was ordered but I already reordered it at a different pharmacy. There is no indication or communication from the app about anything you order. This really needs to get remedied. My last insurance had an amazing app that was so easy to use. Not happy with the switch.

So, I get that technology has some ups and downs, but it's ridiculous to have so many complaints about an app and an obvious systemic problem for almost THREE WEEKS without any update or further communication! AND the mobile web version keeps going down. Restarting, clearing cache, and uninstalling/ reinstalling the app does NOT fix the problem. Do your customers the favor of explaining why the app is not currently working. Your suggestions to do things we've already tried are unhelpful.

I loved this app last year but this year I have had nothing but trouble. I couldnt log in because they said my account may have changed(itdidnt!). Then I waited overnight and tried again. I got in fine and all seemed good. Closed it and tried to open it again and all I get is a white page with the CVS Logo. I tried the update and still get the white screen!! Useless!!!

Constantly says username or password not valid even after resetting the password, checking the user and the new password accepted right after the change. But sent back to login and told not valid. This has been happening for 3-4 months. I even uninstalled the app & reinstalled. Tried on a browser. Caremark sends a text that an issue needs to be resolved with an rx but I can't get in to see the issue. I'm pretty irritated & I do not want to waste time on a call when I should be able to login!!

I've read lots of negative, frustrated and angry reviews. I was hesitant but thought I could always uninstall. To my surprise it works perfectly. Easy set up and it brought up all my prescriptions. I was able to set auto refill, order online and even print out my ID card, which I didn't have. Maybe they fixed it or I have a newer phone? It works for me.

Horrible App! It used to be much better, but with every upgrade it seems to get worse. It won't allow me to order a repeat prescription, check my recent orders....or even touch the password box ...unless I uninstall the app and the reinstall it. Then I get one chance. I do have an older phone, but the app is definitely the issue. I was going to write a bad review last week, but then I upgraded the app and it let me in and worked great. ...ONCE! Again...Horrible App!

Not easy to use. Can never log in without resetting my entire account log in, password and I don't have 20 minutes to update a password, then use the text code, reset the password again. Geeze. The most difficult app to log into. No easy or quick way to use it. If you navigate from one page to another you have to re-enter your log in credentials. End up having to call most of the time. Just a complete time waster.

This app is awful. Does not display accurate information regarding refill status. The app shows prescriptions "on hold," but when you call the store, they say, "There's nothing on hold, we can fill it for you now." The convenience of an app then becomes inconvenient if it doesn't work. Use the Caremark website instead. It at least keeps track accurately and allows you to do everything that the app should. I have my preferences set to be notified of order status, etc., but I get no notifications

The app just seems to be total junk. Their programmers might be getting paid by the bug. But what choice do we have? Sometimes it works, I've found that if I stand on one foot, tilt my phone, say three prayers, breathe deeply, think of Rice-a-Roni and punch myself in the nads, then about 20% of the time it works every time.
