"Your device isn't compatible with this version." Can't Install on current devices, e.g. a new Samsung Galaxy 6e tablet, fully updated. So, forced to use cellphone with tiny screen. This is the only app I've had to do this with. Please support all current Android tablets.

I love this app it is very easy to use and I have no issues. CVS specialty pharmacy has always called me if there was an issue with delivery or any other problems with my medication or any new reported side effects to see if I'm feeling ok. they've treated me with kindness and By far the easiest medical app I've ever used and I can also set appointment reminders for other appointments through this app which is amazing

I used to be able to quickly refill my meds in 2 minutes. I spent 20 minutes and it kept asking me to sign in, then it wouldn't even show my prescriptions. And it also kept having a pop-up as I was trying to take care of it. I assume some manager messed with things they don't know and shouldn't be touching. It was glitch last month, but the last several years it has been FINE.

The UI is extremely useful and intuitive and always made refilling prescriptions easy. However, lately the app has been crashing immediately upon login every single time I've tried. It is unusable and I am uninstalling the app. I will simply fill my prescriptions on the website instead.

This application used to work really well, but recently is unusable. It often opens a browser within the application and creates a never ending loop. Additionally, once I can get to the car and submit my order I get an error message everytime. Submitted a help request months ago and never heard back.

App works like it's supposed to. The pharmacy, however, sends medication in the late past 4 months. Issues with delivery every time. It is very important to me that I get my immunosuppressive medication on time, and it gets sent later and later each time. It's super frustrating.

This app worked perfectly the first time I used it. Every time since, once I go through the tedious process of adding medication and supplies to my order, I'll "go to checkout" and I get a "system error" which then clears everything I've done. I've had to order online instead of the app which makes the app useless.

Could really use a slightly easier flowing in-app UI redesign. On utility and reliability this app is solid, but some things with how the interface behaves can be hair pulling. For example, is there really no way to have the app simply go back one page when going BACK? Does it have to go to the main page each time? Almost all elements pretty much saves on demand so it's not like you have to redo too much if you tap to go BACK. But for viewing details from a line item list? My precious hair =(

The app used to work OK for what it had to do. Now it's completely unusable for what it's meant for. I literally cannot order a prescription and need to call in now. And I write this as a software engineer and millennial, I'm far from technology illiterate. If you want a screen recording of all that's gone wrong with the app beginning to end, I can send it.

Every time I go to place an order through the app, it won't go through. It gets to the delivery section, and then it gets stuck on the loading screen until you leave the app, then you have to restart your order. Update: They told me to go to a link, and they would possibly contact me. I've also been waiting on a customer support email for my cvs account, and have received nothing from them. Not even a bot email.

This app doesn't work as well as the regular CVS app. Has lots of glitches. Was not able to refill a particular med. And completely erased my med history. It would be nice if improvements were made. Not sure it's being maintained.

Medication reminders while a nice feature often don't work properly. Have a back up alarm as some of mine have gone off 3 hours after time for medication which is hard for time sensitive meds. Additionally the pause feature on med reminders makes it look like I've not been taking my meds which I don't need at that time. Overall app isn't bad just this feature really needs improvement before individuals can rely on it

Overall app is terrible. I get to the end, to submit my order and it gives me an error. I call the number to report it, they take the information and then transfer me to someone else that has to verify all of my information again, only to be told that it's too early for to reorder and I need to call back in a day or two. (This is after I have received multiple emails reminding me to reorder.) This has happened to me multiple times over a couple of months and nothing is fixed. Don't bother.

This app is not user friendly. Even with biometrics enabled for sign in, I have to do a 2 step verification and that usually sets me on a loop of logging in, requesting the refill and then being asked to login again, with another 2 step. It took me 45 minutes to order a refill that I get every month. Use thus app as an absolute last resort. I would phone in my order, but waiting through the phone prompts is actually worse that using this inefficient app.

For some reason every time I use this app it changes my phone settings to where it vibrates with any button press. (Haptic feedback). Makes it really annoying to use. It only happens with this app and I do use the fingerprint sign-in which I suspect is the issue. I think I will stay away from the app until it gets fixed because it makes me uncomfortable that an app is changing my phone settings.

Only reason it is 2* and not 1 is the fact I don't have to call in a refill. Every time I refill my rx it wants to change my system settings to turn on key vibration. I have never used any app where this was needed and after reading several other reviews of people complaining about the app constantly wanting to change settings it is apparent CVS and the app developers don't care. This has been an issue the entire time I've used this app which has been a couple years.

It doesn't work. I tried removing something from my cart. Couldn't access to do so. When I tried to view prescriptions, I saw a blank screen. After trying to submit feedback through the app (which may or may not have happened) , I could not sign out & was notified there was an error & to try again in a few minutes. Not worth my time.

Just installed this app after reading all of these 1-Star Reviews. I'm guessing these folks may be using a password manager (Like LastPass or having the login/password information auto-filled) because I experienced the same initial problem; the username and password were 100% correct, but the app thinks otherwise. I fixed the issue simply by removing the auto-filled password, then immediately pasting it from my phone's clipboard. Naturally, manually inputting the password will work, too.

The app bumps me over to my system permissions at least once every time I use it. I won't want to activate location, fingerprint, any of that. I want my refill sent to the address I entered in manually, using a password that I save in my phone. That's it. Any feature that a user is repeatedly pressured to use after declining is not a feature. It's a flaw and an annoyance.

I frequently get emails & notifications that I need to check my app for secure messages. I immediately check my security messages, but for the last 2-3 months I always get a message that "the secure messages server is down. Try again later." I now have 4 messages in my inbox that I cannot read. My prescription has cancelled several times because of this. Other app functions also crash due to "high traffic" from other users (i.e. my prescriptions disappear and an error states "high traffic").
