D-Bank PRO
D-Bank PRO is designed to provide convenience and convenience for Danamon customers to conduct daily banking activities (including in the case of opening a digital savings account). This application not only meets the needs of banking transactions, but can also be accessed anytime, anywhere through a smartphone device without the need to come to a branch, especially for the opening of digital / branchless banking accounts.

HOW TO USE:
1. Minimum system requirement is Android OS.5.1
2. Download D-Bank PRO Application through Google Play Store
3. Opening a savings account by clicking “Register Now” on D-Bank PRO application screen
4. For the first time, register as follows:
• Select “Register”
• Select “Activation with Debit Card/ATM”
• Input “Debit Card/ATM No.” and “Debit/ATM Card PIN”
• Input OTP sent via SMS in your registered MOBILE Inbox
• Input your email address, create password, and read the Terms and Conditions
• Create mPIN and Re-type mPIN
• After registration is completed, you can enjoy D-Bank PRO Application
5. Software Token – D-Bank PRO
• Select “Software Token” button on the Welcome screen
• Select APPLI 1 or APPLI 2 (as requested on the transaction screen of D-Bank PRO website version)
• Input 6 digits mPIN
• OTP code appears on OTP screen
• Input the OTP code to the transaction screen of D-Bank PRO website version
• Your transaction through the Web version of D-Bank PRO is completed

Spamming information about dbank pro mission plus and reguler. Today already more than 20 times notification. Will delete the apps if its continue tomorrow.

Unlimited notifications spam start today at 3.50 PM untill now. Will change the star later if the problem has been solved.

Very terrible and lousy mobile banking I never encounter before... jiaklat wanted sign also for transfer transactions too hard ...n also I never heard that coz not allowed connected to WiFi as protection and safety for customers.... really non sense.... Too complicated..

I have tried to uninstall and re-install the aps, and still cannot open a deposito with an error massage of "Layanan tidak tersedia untuk sementara waktu". The call center was also not helping. Please UI/UX testing first before you launched it!

Absolutely horrendous, spams the same three notifications repeatedly every 5 seconds (ironically i was even interested in one but clicking it only redirected me to an empty notifications tab in the app). Fix your app please, no one is going to use your app if it spams annoying notifications literally non stop.

This app was good, until yesterday. It is still opening and when I wanted to make transaction it failed and needs updating. However when I tried to update it from Play Store, it was said not compatible with my phone. My phone is running Android 11. Crazy!

Not able to do transaction, super slow and it's keep loading endlessly.All ok before upgrade, and now i can not do transaction. I dont want to upgrade if not compatible. Why force to upgrade if dont works well, also noticed too much upgrade for short period.

I'm can't log in, stuck on the first loading page. The page kept on loading, but the log in page doesn't open. My phone is using Android OS version 7. Edit : there's nothing wrong with my internet connection, cause before the update on April 2024 I could still open this app. I've also cleared the cache on this app, but I still can't get into the login page.
