Excellent App! I have been in the IT industry for the past 20 years and i have never experience sucg an amazing app. This is the most user friendly, simple and eye catching app ever! I use both the Barclays and HSBC app and this app is better than both. Well done Dahabshiil, keep up the good work

Trying to register but it won't let me as it keeps asking for VIP Token and edahab pin that I don't have. Also I don't have Somali mobile phone number, therefore I am guessing this app is only for customers who are residing in Somalia and Somaliland. I have installed the app again but I am still waiting for verification number. Please fix this app otherwise you will lose alot of potential customers

The App is not letting me to register and prompting me to enter token numbers.This is useless app, in addition its asking me to put on a Somali number, whilst I am not in the Somali regions.The App is very complicated, very perplexed to register and messy, henceforth, Dahabshiil was going down deep from the hill for the past 4 years, since this digital remittances came in the market, Worldremit became popular app among the Middle age and young Somali diaspora . Please sort this out to catch up

Normally, I would rate this app 5/5. But the most recent update has downgraded the performance of this app. Now, every time that I try to send money or check my balance, the app keeps lagging, saying my Internet is not stable even though my network is fine. Which causes stress and awkwardness when standing in front of a cashier

There is an issue with the latest version of the app, before it was easy to send money but now it's saying "invalid coupon" so please fix it also I can't reach your customer service live chat. It's frustrating!!

Generally the app is awesome 👌 but, while I'm looking for the nearest ATM to me, I saw my old primary school Togdheer and beside it there's a Christian ✝️ sign, I know it's a human mistake and you'll fix the issue. Best Regards

Their customer care call drops all the time and they have no professional tech support. I just dialed 151 to ask for assistance, a lady answered and i told her about my issue. All she did was drop the call and she had lot of background noises. I got 3G data balance left... i dunno why i can't upload or download when i have a data bundle. Iam kindly asking you to fix this issue or refund me! Thanks Moha the Engineer

I'm still giving 5 stars just the fact this is a major move towards making it easy sending money. But I have no clue what edahab and dahabpay is . I can't even continue to register it's asking which one I use. I googled but I couldn't find much information regarding those two platforms. You guys should include info about the difference between choosing Edahab and Dahabpay. New folks like me have no clue. So pretty much I'm stuck now.

The app is good, However when using dahabpay option it doesn't provide option for narration besides the telephone number so you can indicate whether mobile money or office. So it's kind of hard to send someone money to mobile. I think in the review you need to include the narration option also.

No support, trying to talk to agent at the support center and they are not helpful. Should people complain before one gets assistance!!!!

This is great app and has been improved so far. But when it comes te edahab statement it only gives few transactions, I suggest if you can make it give longer statements that can give more transactions like 30 days or so. Thank you

Hello, the app runs flawlessly. I found it to be quite helpful and I really liked it. However, there are two irritating issues that you must resolve. when I wish to send money from my Dahabshiil accounts and I fill out everything quickly . I receive a text message saying "sorry an error occurred" since the program isn't functioning properly. Multiple attempts would result in success, which is unpleasant.
