📲 How do I get started?
Simply download the app, select your state and then enter your mobile number, a username and a password. We will send you a text to confirm your identity and have a few short security questions. Then, you are all set! If more security is needed, we may ask for a photo ID.

Payments to a bank account, cash pickup, and mobile wallet are usually instantaneous. Bank account payments can take longer if there is a delay in the receiving country.

Absolute rubbish of a company. Their app never works. It's non functional, you literally can't send anything online. They ask for a collection point code. They assume customers know and won't make it an easy process. Absolute garbage. Their staff are not available either. Don't use this trash of a company. I'm not surprised to see how they are poorly rated, other customers and people are experiencing problems too. Highly suspicious, They're scammers for sure. Go elsewhere. AVOID!!!

I have downloaded this app and tried to send money to Somalia with no success ,I kept getting message your transaction cannot be created, so full of glitches, in my experience it's work in progress and needs fixing before more people start using the app in the near future for the comfort of their homes. I contacted their online support but no one was available, so I hope all those will improve with experience and trials.

I been using this app for a short time now. And this time i am disappointed. I been asking help sinced yesterday. And i talked a lot of the agents already. And still the money transfer that i mad3 is not yet solve.

The most useless app for money transfer. The customer service agents are so unprofessional and unhelpful. Use it at your own peril. You will surely regret using it

One of the most useless money transfer app i have ever met on Google play store. Money transfer doesn't work. Customers support = mess up . 20 Thousands years when ,all human kinds are all dead and gone. Before we can transfer funds to our families back home.

This is one of the most sluggish and terrible app on earth they will make life so miserable for u.... don't even try to give it a try. In the computer age, it takes them more than 2 house to get ur account credit that's TOO BAD...

If I could give zero stars, I would.Worst customer service ever.Spent literally 4 hrs on the chat support spoke to 3 different people who provided conflicting information before saying theyhad a system glitch, but the funds were released, and when I inquired when will the recipient be notified to collect. The customer rep stated they're just customer rep they don't know,then added "I didn't need to be on the chat anymore as the "problem has been solved"Horrible customer service incompetent reps!

Worst app ever, I put everything my ID photo and selfie, after that you have to put ID number and type of ID to the person you sending money, this is absolutely nonsense. The person will provide his ID when collecting money from their office. Absolutely stupid app

Worst money transfer ever. My transaction got rejected thrice. And the waiting time for refund in bank account is supposed to be 3/5 working days. And the customer service keeps asking about the same thing again and again. Completely messed up.
