Customer service Level needs a lot of improvement. Application has bugs that the development team of this application doesn't seem to understand and try to pass on. There is no seriousness to solve the issue. The objective of the owner is very unclear whether to make a goodwill or else.

The app is quite ok for now. First of all, I can't register However, I'm having high hopes for it. i think I've noticed a few bugs in the sales area that shows profit which is not the same when you tap that sale. Then the last three details in business report seems a bit off. The area for printing invoice or receipt also needs to be worked on so as to contain the necessary details of transaction evidence.

Cute little app. Started using it today for my freelancing and stuff. Just want to note, there were a few spelling errors in the tutorial (which I loved and was really helpful) and when I went to the little red monitor thing, it displayed a SQL error on line 1. Might just want to check your syntax. Other than that, I'm quite pleased so far.

This app is amazing, it tracks sales, do business reports, stock reports and even low stock reports. You can generate invoices, receipts and lots more. A plus is the fact that it also includes an online store. The dowside is that it is not customizable at all, so when this feature is implemented, then I will give this app 5 stars. Other than that its awesome!

Absolutely brilliant, only been using this over the past couple of days and it's near perfect .. the only thing that would make it better is a WIDGET option .. extremely easy to use and auto update of stock makes my job as a brand rep that much easier ... No more paper charts and having to carry pens, hi-lighters, bulky pads etc ... Fab fab fab

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is even beyond what I needed. Thank you a thousand times. Team, can you look into making possible to edit the product instead of having to delete it just to correct the quantity for example. Also is it possible to assign a rebate per item. It applies on the whole list hence creating wrong figures on the report. But loving the app. Thank you so much

I have used the app for about a week now and I am really liking it. However if you could update the bussiness reports to give a summary of total sales per item in a particular period it would be great. I would also like to see a column for quality sold on the sales list and an option for downloading pdf and/or excel for expenses

Lost Data!!! Unreliable! Will need to ditch this app as I now can not trust it! Lot of work and info now lost, very frustrating. Below was my first review, since then I have had trouble, seems at least two weeks worth of entries have just disappeared?? Down rated to 1 star, and{Old review} Very well designed App, easy to navigate and understand its operation, no problem thus far.

App is amazing. Works great for our needs. Edit: app has many great features but the customer website goes down or shows errors every few days. Doesn't look good. My kids use it for their business but probably would not recommend for anything real

This is by far the most complete sales recording app. You can print receipts and have the invoice upon entering the sales. Business and stock reports are also at my fingertips, so there's absolutely no need to switch to another app or recording sheet as the app does the work for you. Very helpful for business beginners like me. Good job to the creators! 🤍

It used to be a great app before the update into new format. The previous version had some glitches; even then, it used to be perfect in many other ways. Now it takes quite a lot of time to even load the products page with just 10 products listed. And the report generation also takes hell lot of time. Its always in "loading data" mode now. And for me, this has almost become so time consuming. The previous version was way too good though the features weren't so much, and i badly wish to get that

This is an amazing app, very flexible for starting up a business. it's so easy to use and very simple.its fast,reliable and stable.the features are useful and relevant for every business. it's well designed and the graphics and layout looks proffesional. it's so easy to find what you need.

Just downloaded today but these are my recommendations: very good app, but try to make the UI more beautiful: consider the icons in the app (make a little bit smaller) and colours ( make more pleasing to the eyes). Most importantly, add buttons to make PROFIT and TOTAL BALANCE optional to hide or show in case there's any need for one to show a customer his/her profile. OR to show anybody how good the app is, that person must not see your profits or balance if you don't want it that way

I wish you could add a new product while in the customer sales tab. Going back and forth to each tab to add everything is more time consuming vs having at least the option to do it both ways. Also I have an Android and my back button does not take me back. Reaching up to hit the home button every time in the far upper left corner is also an award place. Also an unlimited option would be nice to have vs an exact quality of in stock items. Not sure if I will continue to use or not.

For a starting business, this is an amazing app. The only thing it's missing is the ability to integrate an online payment system, and it would be a one-stop shop. Also, I have done extensive testing and found that customer information is quite secure. I have entered in all kinds of test email accounts during my initial set up and not a single one ended up getting spam/junk mail or password reset attempts which tells me they are true to their word when they say they keep customer info safe.

great app. better than some of the most popular ones out there. Simple AND Powerful!! other apps do one or he other. After trying MANY apps, this hit the spot, customer management AND sales analytics AND easy to use. The interface is extremely clunky though. I hope they work on that. I also hope to see the ability to hide fields I don't use to further simplify the user experience and the ability for the app to work offline, at least temporarily in case of connection loss (temporary cache?)
