Very poorly designed application. There is a major problem pertaining to uploading claim images for both camera and gallery options. Once you upload the images the software automatically compresses hi-res images to ultra blurred almost unreadable output. Even if you proceed with those uploads the claim agent will reject the claims & one has to resubmit through other channels. Iphone application is better as the images don't blur as badly as Android version. Why do you want compressed images?

App is user friendly. You need to introduce a live chat assistance as it's not easy to get through to your team on the calls and if the calls come through, it's not easy to get information easily from them except for standard responses.

It covers many details but the customer service does not respond at all. They always write we will contact you shortly,since 25 days no response.

Very poor app, hardly ever works, unable track claims as always receive message saying services are unavailable. Pointless. So just completed the update gor the app and same problem, amazing how all other services on the app work except the option to track a reimbursement of a claim. You have my details and I can be contacted anytime, absolutely no point contacting for follow up as the customer service in non existant.

Updating review: got worse after the update. Keeps logging you out, Reimbursements disappear, Whatsapp service doesn't work.

Same experience as mine, like when you need to talk to costumer service for some clarification as I badly needed before it took 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the call.

Once you leave the app to read the OTP, the App resets abd you cannot make the payment anymore! Please fix the system. Uploads for claims are fine. The main issue is with renewing Daman policies

Very bad experience with Daman Customer service team. I have been following up on my request since last 1.5 months and they keep saying there will be a call from their team but nothing.

The app becomes unresponsive if you click on any form more than once sometimes. The app and the company has no customer support system. Only option is to call and mandatory wait for 4 to 5 minutes. Only because every option plays the same message in a very slow pace. This is a typical organisation that is committing fraud by avoiding customer calls.

It keeps logging me out, and most of the time the texts are invisible! Its horrible application to use or navigate. The worst application and very bad customer service line, I called to get someone to talk to, and this machine lady kept talking and talking without giving me any option to dial to talk to a normal human being. This is not advanced service, this is very frustrating that we cannot even reach to you.

Horrible! The development team is bad ! Making a payment is almost impossible! . If you open the message to get the otp from credit card , the portal closes and transaction is suspended for one hour !!!!!

I wasn't expecting such High standard hospital like burjeel, my medical coverage was enough for me to do the needful tests and medicines. I am very much glade to have such a good health insurance. Beyond benifitial. Very much satisfied.

The app does not get updated. Things that have been approved are still saying in process. It's very confusing and continuously phoning the help line takes hours sometimes.
