Way too many outages and not nearly as good as the old app. The map feature which was the best new feature is now gone. Such a disappointing app which is terrible considering how integral this is to many of its customers business success.

No alarm for new loads listing, One thing was excellent it's removed alarm for loads and old web load board. Nobody listening customers anymore, ridiculous, it's time to find something more customer friendly. You should everything before and after that you had time to improve your app

The money hungry clowns from DAT decided that they have to additionally trim the app by removing the "maps" part, so if you are wondering where certain load picks up or delivers, you are on your own or you have to waste additional time by researching locations on different apps... Next step, $500 monthly membership fee. Goodluck

When u scrolling down on app on loads ones u click for load details and go back it takes u all the way back to top that u need start over to go back annoying and waste of a time fixed that please

Put the map back at the top for Android devices. It interferes with scrolling in its current location. Rather annoying.

I like the app, but I thought backhaul loads were viewable? Am I not doing something correctly on my mobile app/laptop, or is there not an option for backhaul loads to be seen? It would help big time when planning if not.

Board only to activate you $35 dispatch to get you matching shipment $85 and so on with credit rate I paid $85 dispatch shipment help me when I asked to find your own from the board they said we do not want to call the brokerWhat is amazing on this board is that they say deliver for 1091 miles for only $500 not only for free but for your money

Canceled after 5 years with them. Free load boards are free and have better loads. Byw DAT is removing my reviews, this is 3rd one. Cancel and take a breath !!!!

Bad update You open a post, leaving it, the application throws you back up to the beginning of the list. It's impossible to use mobile app 5.15.24 it seems that the app. has returned to normal

If a load is going from Michigan to New England states and opposite, the app will calculate and post loaded miles through Canada. Messed me up couple of times already to book "worthless" load. Please fix it

I hate being forced to use this app. I run a company with multiple trucks that I have to find loads for. I pay $170/mo for your service. Been using the old app for 2 years and like it so much better. This new app is garbage and it's so hard to easily scroll through available loads and have pertinent details available now without having to manually look at each one. Before you had deadhead, loaded miles, price, weight, etc easily viewable while looking at the list.

It doesn't have enough filters or the price for the loads; it needs a similar search and filter system to the original DAT load board. We need to be able to filter by trailer length and load weight, and it needs to have more options for equipment type. I'm running a 26' 12-ton tilt deck. I don't want to waste my time looking at loads that I can't touch.

I've been using the old DAT app for years and was happy about it, even with this DAT ONE app few weeks ago, but now after the upgrading, it's become garbage. The refreshing is slow and on top of that, when you refresh it, it doesn't take you to the new adding loads. You have to scroll the screen to be able to see the new loads which makes you miss easily on some good ones. The app is not free, I am paying over a $100, therefore you guys have to fix it or bring back the old version.

Everything needs to be condensed on the load board screen. One posting takes a third of your screen, which results in having to scroll forever and a day. Just unnecessary to say the least. Please add a price filter. It's a very simple and more than needed feature that needs to be in this app. Whoever is in charge of designing this app clearly doesn't understand how the customers use this app. Speed and function are paramount. Which this does not have.

"The DAT One app is just the latest example of DAT’s dedication to helping you grow your business". Really? Then fix it! For the amount of money I pay monthly, this app should do more than work occasionally! I get more error messages than loads displayed. Hit or miss, sometimes it works, more times it does not. Frustrating and Disappointing! Uninstalled and back to using the original app.

You guys should reactivate the old version. It's much easier to use and read. ///Update review: 11/4/2023 Now the new update on the app is harder to view because each screen only shows 2 loads at a time. Lots of empty spaces. As a truck driver/mobile user, it makes it more difficult because you have to constantly scroll to view. Please compress it to at least 4-5 loads per page like the old version to make it easier to go through hundreds of loads faster.

It was working fine until the MAP allowing visualization of a route for a tendered load from shipper to receiver was suddenly removed after the App has gone through some updates. The map was a critical feature that helped many of us truckers make a sound business decision in terms of negotiating rate for a particular lane. For example, a load from Houston TX to Calverton NY (Long Island NY) would reveal that the load is heading to an expensive toll riddled destination. Bring back the MAP.
