Horrible, cheatful app. Unexpected payment after payment and impossible to cancel - I might have to cancel my credit card to finally get it to stop charging me! It's embarrassing enough to put yourself out there, but to then feel shamed and robbed is beyond humiliating. I will continue to write horrible reviews until you cancel my account and stop charging me like I've politely requested nearly half a dozen times!

The app is extremely amazing and wonderful, I met very interesting people in there, they are all straight and serious ones However it is very very expensive to chat or send emotions or video call, I hope you can take this in concern, to give some free time to get to know each other more .. Edit at 2nd July I gave it only ONE star, because when you refill the balance it gives you an very very small amount of credit and you can't even write a sentence 😭😭😭 A money making machine 😑😑

Guys your app is incredible. You need to consider other options for pricing. This is faaaaaaar too expensive. All of the below reviews have the same complaint. But it doesn't seem that anything is being done about it. The amount of customers being lost, doesn't justify no action being done. Tinder has incredible pricing options for the same thing. Not competitive at all, please listen to the people. I'm giving it a 2* no point in having so many options and not being able to utilize the app.

You will be disappointed, the app has many many features and you have to pay for all, even for the basic like answering a message, is truly awful making people pay for it $70 a month, whats wrong with that! Oh and Leaderboard? dating competition🤦♀️ Anyways another thing I noticed is a lot of profiles seems to have so many "perfect" pictures like professional photographers which it make me think there might be fake account 🤔 is way to much even with the "confirm account " ✔️ I don't trust it.

it's easy to use, just expensive. The credits that you pay for doesn't last. It takes 10 credits to send or open a letter. Then it cost 2-3 credits depending on how long you sentence on your response. So instead of focusing on getting to know a person you also have to be conscious of how many credits you have left or you won't be able to respond after its gone unless you buy some more

Over all it's a good app since it's coming from one of the originals. My problem is, why must a person pay for a monthly subscription and then have to pay between $16 to almost $300 just to talk to people? You get "credits" to talk to people which makes paying for a monthly subscription pointless. I'd rather pay for a higher monthly subscription payment so that I can have unlimited conversations.

It's expensive and you can't contact anyone in China. And most of the profile pictures look like they are photoshoot pictures. Seems like a lot of fake profiles. "New Add" what is the point have having a membership if you only get 150 credits a month?? Then if you chat through them you have hundreds of dollars for more or 22 dollars for only 20 credits?? It's ridiculous. If we are members what can't we pay less for extra credits?

The app itself is honestly pretty good however it seems as though this app is designed specifically to take money from you. I paid for the subscription and honestly it was not worth it becuase even after paying for it you still don't even get unlimited chat with people. They use a credit based system meaning that you must keep buying credits in order to interact with others. All in all would not recommend unless you don't mind constantly paying for credits.

This is not a good app to start looking for dating and the reasons are. First, you cant message someone without paying for a membership even though other apps dont make you do that. Second, you cant seem to filter the age you want messaging you and I personally have gotten messages from men and women way older than me. Thirdly, the introduction of the app is not explained correctly at all. All this needs to be fixed immediately. Thank you.

Absolutely fake! Each and every message I have received is very well thought out and everyone has been extremely articulate. So far I have 10 messages and each one is so well phrased and perfect which leads me to believe that each one is fake. Plus the pictures all look professional or possibly AI which makes it even more unrealistic. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

Too expensive...have to constantly purchase credits to be able to use their services...total rip off of lonely people's money. The app had a bug; it constantly kept freezing or the typing was very slow, and I had to close the app and reopen it for every three letters that I typed. The payment system ripped me off twice...charged my credit card but didn't provide my credits. I contacted my bank to inform them; they wanted me to work it out with the site before filing a claim. I was not refunded!!

Worst app I've ever been on and I've been on almost all of them except for eharmony. Countless fake accounts and even if you use advanced settings, you can only pick a state, and all options all like 4 hours away. You have to buy credits, which are expensive and you're tricked into using them. Somehow I sent messages to a bunch of people without doing anything and lost 28 credits. There's no response whatsoever with app. staff. I want this app deleted and my money back.

I like the quality of the men. But I believe some are bots or something because they constantly write without waiting for me to respond. By the time I'm reading it, there's like 6-8 ? At a time. It's a bit overwhelming. Another thing is it's pricy. You need coins for everything! 10 coins to open an email and 1 coin per response, another idk how much for videos, and so on. Not to mention the monthly subscription. I canceled mine and leaving after I'm done with my coins. That's just me though.

This thing is an utter scam. You pay for subscription only to receive very little accessability. You still have to pay in order to talk to anyone. And on top of that next day cant even log in and it keeps saying some error! Tried to get info to reset my password and surprise surprise another Error occurs! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. EDIT: On top of my previous review, their solution was to help manage my credits efficiently. They completly ignored that I cant even get in!

With other apps and subscriptions the ability to chat is unlimited. After paying for the monthly rate, the fact that you have to keep paying for more credits is ridiculous. I understand there are security measures in place to keep members from getting scammed, but it feels like the subscriptions are the scam. Making us pay so much money for so few credits is a complete rip off. If the security measures are in place and active, then the monthly rate should be enough to cover unlimited chatting.

I love the app for its variety of options and I found a few people I really liked & I subscribed to the monthly payments but I didn't see or read anything about credits until they popped up when I was replying to someone & the prices are super high & I can't afford to pay per message. This is a rip off. So much for helping people find love, this is why people can't stay in touch because of the ridiculous costs! I'm already paying monthly fee for other apps that have unlimited messages & video's.

My only issue is the whole paying for everything (message,email,etc.) Money doesn't grow on trees. Someone who struggles financially wanting to communicate with someone in the app is inconvenient. Don't want the person to think I'm ditching or ignoring them when I'm not. Really think you can achieve what you want with a monthly subscription and free messaging with subscription. Pricing is ridiculous. Make it more affordable and not have to pay for everything. Not sure how long will use app.

No distance setting for searches. Waste of time. Edit: This is my response to DMM solutions Inc. As I previously stated, there are no distant settings for searches. However, you can search a specific city. The problem with this is that there are a lot of cities within driving distance of most people's location. Having to search each city,one at a time, is very time-consuming. A distance search would be more beneficial. That's why all of the other dating apps have it.

Overall, the dating app is just a money waster. When I first made an account, I saw all these people. However, most were not even near me and were in other countries. Also, for a basic conversation to keep going, it cost over 700 dollars. In addition, the video calls were very blurry and did not have audio. Third, price amounts differed from website and phone app. Overall, the idea is good but the cost out weights it.

It starts out amazing, but then immediately ends all of your communication unless you keep paying extremely high prices for credits to keep communicating. They should just charge a monthly base price. Don't waste your time here unless money doesn't matter to you because they'll drain you quickly 💯. I was going to give this app five stars at first until 150 credits ended in a few minutes, and an expensive refill was required immediately. So, two stars because of these experiences.
