hello guys ! first of all thanks for this wonderful app. I'm an I-army. for us to see our fav idols is all what we need. for this we try various routes to reach them. and this app is one of a kind. but it's seriously disheartening to know that this is only convenient for those who knows Korea. it would be greatly appreciated if there's an English translator. no offence...but getting in touch with our idols means a lot to our I-army. please be kind and generous to us....

Hasn't been working for the past week or so I usually can't even log in, and when I do I get "unstable network connection" and can't access the boards. But my wifi is working properly so the problem is the app.

I haven't received any notification because the app keeps login out every time i close it. And when I open it again it asks for login when I just did!!!!! This is so annoying and unfair. I wish I never had the option of merging with kakao talk. FIX IT ASAP

Sometimes, I have issues signing in, or it will sign me out, but I love how I've managed to speak yo some of my favourite idols.

Ever since the update, i have not been receiving notifications on my phone. Every time my idol posts something i do not receive any notification so i missed his updates a lot. I tried everything but i still don't gwt notifications up till this day. Please fix it. Also, could you add a transate feature for the comments too, not only the posts?

It is an Okayish App but there's no option to translate Things When I Need to select Boards How can I select it when I can't even Understand it. The basic Things are the in English And The Important Ones Are in Korean ,then what's the point. Either put it fully to korean of set it to English fully I can't understand A Word. Its really difficult to use this. Please fix this thing. Then it'll be Great

I'm in a love-hate with this app but this make me realise the purpose of learning Korean, that I should've taken Korean class since then. It's all fine as long as I don't give up! I want to keep in touch with BTS (at least got to know what they're posting other than on Twt) but the problem is only the level-up thingy. Still in lvl 1 but I can't stop in the middle! Ugh!! So annoying TT^TT

Notifications are not working, they are on for the entire app but haven't gotten a single notice when my followed artists post for the past 2 weeks. App is up-to-date as well.

It's a great app and I enjoy it but the joy just instantly fades because it keeps on loging me out. And I need to keep loging in which is a big problem 'cause I can't get notifications automatically if there is. I always need to log in everyday just to check if I do have notifications which is a pain lol. I hope you fix this! 💜 I'm seeing on the reviews too alot of people are saying the same thing so I hope you guys fix it

I installed this a couple of days ago. I had to log in every time I open the app and now I can't log in at all. I can log in on web version but not with this app. Please fix it. And put an option for English as well, there are so many international fams using the app and it's hard to navigate around.

[I'm a International Army] This app is really good so far, there is a setting where you can change the language. I changed it to English but only half of the stuff is in English and the other half is in Korean. I tried doing a post and it told me to select a board and it showed me three korean options. I truly understand that this is a Korean app but there are international Armys. Please make most of the app and words English.

Since the last update, I can no longer view images clearly. When I open them, they are blurry and I can't even download them. I tried to uninstall the app and log in again but it's still not working.. ㅠㅠ Edit: it got solved after a few days! Thank you so much ^^

This app has been giving me stress. Every time I open it I had to login. It keeps sending me verification code. But today it's been acting a lot. I'm not even able to go inside the cafe. It keeps sending me back to login window. I enter password. Type the verification code. And then I'm back at the starting point of logging in.

Its very poor Please bring back the previous version it was so good and amazing comparing to this one Now everytime I enter fancafe I have to log in each time *and sometimes it even doesnt work* and it takes alot of time to load and no improvements at all The previous version was easier and more improved Or fix all those problems please

It stops suddenly when I try to post, it keeps telling me there are internet connection issues while it's not true and it keeps asking me to log in even though I am already logged in... I love this app because it keeps me connected with my idols, but it is becoming frustrating, especially when I have to post multiple times in a day because of fancafe events...

I couldn't experience this app because whenever I open this app it's showing please login again, how many times I can login again and again, really iam getting angry and worried whenever I open this app. If I just exit the app for just one minute its showing to login again. I have seen most of critical reviews are saying like this type of problems, I have deleted this app and cleared the data and again install the app nearly five to eight times. So kindly do some update or fix it. Thank you.

Amazing app, only problem is that it's hard as my korean skills aren't advanced enough, so I wish it was made easier with translation for people who speak different languages. Other than that it works well, I haven't experienced any glitches or bugs and it's handy.

I really liked the translation option. Since this last update when I click translations every one shows "Sorry we couldn't translate this try again in a minute"? I keep trying its not working? please fix ASAP! 2/2/19 Well now the App does not have the translation button, very frustrating!! Please fix so International fans can comment on their idols posts!! A move from 4 to 2 stars!!

Easy to use but wish it would stop logging me out or come up with "unstable network connection" when my wifi is fine. Also I cannot shut the app unless I restart my phone or force quit the app (sometimes that doesn't even work) which is frustrating because when it breaks (somewhat often) I can't fix it quickly.

Really difficult for worldwide fans to use. It would be nice if there were translated versions of many boards. Especially the level up quizzes. They can't be done unless I know korean well and because of this problem, I can't fully enjoy my favorite artist's content. Please add FULL english translation.
