Worst app ever, I cannot get in touch with anyone, I cannot remember my username or password cuz you are supposed to remember like 50 different username and passwords for everything else you have, all you personal information is apparently given to third parties, not a fan. How am I supposed to see my pay stubs! And I have no choice but to use this "service " as it is what my employer has chosen, now that is B.S. Oh and why do they need access to media and photos, its none of their business

Can't imagine why my company's accounting apartment decided to use this service for employee income tax forms, this is such a hassle. I haven't been able to log in at all because the system keeps locking my password and forcing me to reset. I've tried on mobile, desktop, different browsers, nothing works! Waiting to hear back from accounting department, hopefully they can just send me my T4 instead of having to deal with this garbage Powerpay. Self Service my foot!

And now I can't get in to the app. Network connection error. All of my other apps work fine. Thanks for that.

As with others the password is a constant problem ,put in a new one app accepts it then it will not recognize it ,so go to change and app tells me I can't use the same password as the last 10 ,go through this garbage to often . If I was a newbie on tech fine however I have quite a bit of experience. Seriously looking at going someplace that doesn't use this app it's that bad.

Keep trying to login and it always says (Your login was rejected. Passwords are case sensitive. Re-enter log in information) then it tells me I'm locked out. I've changed my password so many times and says the same thing over and over again. Everyone at my job has the same problem trying to long in. Power pay you need to fix this!

Have no username or password to access my paystubs. Tells me my login details were rejected. Don't know why we can't use a cell phone to login. Each and every time I try logging in, I'm told my login info has timed out. I don't trust this company, what's to say that our personal information isn't going to be safe? Sad that we are forced to use this company. I am going to demand that I get my paystubs and T4 directly from my employer.

Horrible app. Makes me change password everything. Done it 8 times in a row. It except password when making a new one. But when logging it it says password is locked. Click forgot password to reset. BS app. So now I have finally changed my password. Now it won't download the file. Says file downloading but no file actually downloads.

It's not even the app, but the actual service that's horrible. They forget my login information every time! No, it's not me... I have been recording my passwords... even gone so far as to type it out and use copy and paste to ensure it's correct, but I still have to reset my password every f'n (freaking, of course....) time! Awful! I don't have this problem with other accounts with other companies... just this one... noone wants to help... they just juat assume it's me.

App used to work fine, now I can't download my pay stubs. Says "network unavailable" after they updated it. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but now I cant even log in...fix this thing...🙄

NEGATIVE 5 stars. -☆☆☆☆☆ terrible app. NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR on all 4 of my devices. Login, YES. View statement-NO. Logout-YES Dayforce: you need to change to ADP. ADP ADP ADP ADP for Life. ADP on dial-up + a bad day is better than Ceridian.

This is one of the worst App . 1)It's a hassle to log in every time. I had to change my password almost every week . 2)Reading a statement requires to download each file and open them individually with another app. The downloaded file will be visible for anyone to see even after logging out. I had to go back and delete each file every time. Imagine if your bank want you to download your account info for 3rd party just to read your statement . Why not make it possible to read within the app?

Haven't been able to check my paystub in years, because this app never works. Got a new employer, happened to use the same app, got a new acount set up, and still doesn't work!

Terrible app between this and dayforce I do believe i need to find a job that does not use this app. It has been almost a year and it is so user unfriendly that i believe this cons of the app out wieghts the pros of working for my current employer.

Terrible App! I have never been able to use it. It won't let me login through the app at all. I put my username and password that work perfectly when I login through Chrome, but when I put my information in, within the app and click login, my password disappears without any message and nothing happens at all, as if I put something in wrong. And yes, I have tried many times with the correct information to login and it is the same result everytime.

I was constantly getting an error that there were connection issues when I clicked on my statements. There were little to no support from Ceridian. I was able to find out that it was an app permissions issue and resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling. I have an IT background and I can just imagine the frustration of other users. Develop an app with the end user in mind, ADP did it, why can't you?

Literally the worst payroll app I've ever used. I have only been able to access it once and have been locked out because it says I'm already logged in. It also does not show enough information and looks like a 1-star app.

Can't view or download statements. Like most of the reviews, I get the error "network connection not available". I called support, the agent said it must be my connection. She obviously has no clue about the issues, or is pretending to not know. Then she told me she couldn't talk to me and that I'd have to talk to my payroll manager. 1.9 star rating should be a red flag to all employers.

Why can I not stay signed into this app, despite the option being there? This is something we've been able to do with computer and phone applications since their inception and somehow a company is unable to get it working in 2024, yet we're to trust you with financial information?? Wild.

Terrible App. I don't understand why my employers pay department decided 5o use this app. I can never log in even after I restated my password twice! Get it fixed Powerpay. I would like to be able to access it without it saying Your Password/Username is Incorrect. No it isn't, it's correct you are not.
