I have always hated this app. There is no way to really talk to anyone. And if you try to chat they only give you a couple choices and there is NO WHERE to write out what you need. Then they tell you good bye without solving anything. NOW they are adding new fees all the time to transfer money etc. Good Lord find a new way to pay us!!!!!!

I cannot stand this app! Rarely does the app work.. but on many days the app crashes and signs me out before I can check or do anything! It's so frustrating!

Don't get this ghetto card. They sent me a card with a misprint number and I haven't had access to my paycheck for two days. It may be a week before I can even get a new card to activate. The customer service is useless. Update, it's been a month and I still haven't received a replacement card!

Sometimes the Earned Pay Request total doesn't reset when the pay period switches. Tried to report this issue but just got the ol' Indian accent run-a-round. Obviously I'm calling because it's not working the way IT HAS BEFORE, but they pretend like it's normal. I guess I'll have access to my available pay when I get my previous pay.. how convenient.

I have not been able to get in to this app at all since the day I started 7 months ago. No one can seem to figure out why on either parties side. I have been on the phone with customer service for hours, days, months at a time now and nothing just can't connect to server. I have also spoke with the IT team and absolutely nothing can been done about it either. With either party's so I just have to live with it I guess. Bad review for me sorry. I have had a horrible experience with this.

Money was taken off my card, and I have no clear indication where it went. when I called customer service, I was given someone with a strong accent who didn't help at all, and I could barely understand. My issue remains unresolved days later.

Not helpful at all. I spoke to 3 differents representatives at seperate times and none have resolved my issue. Charged my account $500 twice and now I can't use my available pay. Somehow a prepaid card is -500.

I had the worst experience ever with this app, I downloaded the app and activated the card, went to 3 ATM Machines listed in the app and each time it says "Account is not exist" the charge me declined fees plus using the ATM fees for no reason, Now I put on the card $300 from my paycheck the account balance says now i have $96 only, Customer service no manager or supervisor asked me after 4 calls to send email to help, and still no body answer me they even says to me it will take up to 7 B days.

Says I already have an account but when I try log in, it says my password is wrong. Reset code doesn't work but I can log into regular dayforce app with the same info, no problems. Not sure what's happening with this app.

SCAM ARTISTS! NEVER EVER USE THIS APP. Card declined at a store, receipt says declined, dayforce card still took all money off my card and says it was a "completed transaction" when i contacted customer support. Cant get my money back and the customer service is actually stupid. Scam app, scam bank, scam help line.

The app automatically logs me out after nearly every single sign in (biometric or not). I have to re-log in about 15 times until it will finally work for longer than 30 seconds. I've tried updating the app and permissions, nothing works.

The moment I log in it signs me back out saying, "session expired you haven't logged in in a long time to keep your account safe log back in." Where I will follow The instruction just to be kicked right back out the app. Then there's the fact that I need a day force card to even be able to use the app.

Can't use it. Every time I try to sign on it tells my my session has expired. Over and over. I uninstalled, cleared cache and force stopped all to try and fix the problem but it just continues

Everytime I login I receive message saying "session expired it has been awhile since you last logged in".I login everyday or every other day and I always log out after I'm finished...It takes me 10-20 to login everytime.This is annoying and frustrating and needs to be fixed immediately..This problem has nothing to do with customer care it is an IT problem...Are you ever going to fix the login problem that almost everyone that use this app has with it.Tired of taking 10-30 minutes to login

I keep getting stuck in an endless loop of needing to sign in to verify my identity. This gets old really quick. I've reset my password twice as well as deleting the cache, storage and uninstalling as well, still hasn't solved the problem.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Straight up STOLE $50 dollars from me in April, talked to multiple representatives, still not resolved. When I checked again they had deleted the transaction all together. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the deduction when it happened. I was asked to send in my proof that the $50 was, in fact, deducted, and STILL have not gotten my money back or even a return email. If I didn't need the on-demand daily pay I would NEVER use this app!!

In all honesty dayforce gives so many problems. They say you can pull out money early, but half the time your funds are unatainable through the app. When they do maintenance or payroll it's always at inconvenient times the worst hours to do them. Which again also doesn't let you pull out money. If they do payroll on Saturday night you can't access your funds until the next Wednesday. Super inconvenient. When they do maintenance and it comes back up, the funds you had there are always gone.

Worst app imaginable, for this situation. Spent 8+ hours on the phone with support. All they could say was my info didn't match. I was on the phone with them the entire time. Verifying all info. Nothing got done. Spent a quarter of my day for 0 results. Called that number, but still no help. Appreciate your response, but it still doesn't help.

This has been totally ridiculous since the servicer switch. Second time my card declined multiple times for a singular transaction before it went through but they sure "took" the money every time! So now I was charged FOUR TIMES for a single transaction. Went to call and complain/dispute again (in just over a month) and a I got was a "we're experiencing technical difficulties" message. I will never use this again once this is straightened out.

Every time I try logging in to see my account information I get a message saying "Session expired it's been a while since you last logged in you have to sign back in" and I get kicked out to the login page. I input my credentials and press login and get the same message again. I called support on time and was told to uninstall app and reinstall or restart my phone and it will work. I did both but am still getting the same message. This app is useless.
